I had gotten a brand new car and within a mont of having it, someone had sideswiped me, leaving my bumper popped out a little. When I brought it here to see if they could fix it, the service manager said they would try and not to charge me yet just in case they couldn't get it. A little over a hour later (which isn't long), they had given me a call to let me know they had popped in back in for me and they still wouldn't charge me just in case the fix wasn't permanent which so far it is (it survived a car wash). Was the light still on when my car was returned to me? Yes. Did I pass my smog check? No. Although there are some helpful associates there, this guy was not. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. I was having a very difficult day after attending a funeral a couple of days before and trying to get ready before heading over to a 2nd funeral. My dog was out of food so I decided to try to get to target when they open. When I got in my car I notice the tire sensor light was on. I called my husband who was at work to see what I should do. I don't know anything about tires, nor do I know how to put air in them. They were able to check my tires and realized that all I needed was air in my tires. Went next door at McDonald's to grab a snack and wait, but didn't have to wait too long. They seem very honest. No surprises......Just good service. Always would pass by this Goodyear Tire shop, but never took my car there. It is close to my house, I saw on YELP that they received pretty good reviews. Took my car in for a wheel alignment, but also needed the car before noon. The person "Mike" was very helpful and said they would work to get the car done before noon...and that they did. We found this place when we moved to the Garden Park area and quickly made this our "go to" place for our autos....well, mine anyway. They recently put all new tires on my Rav 4 so I just took it back for an oil change, only hiccup was when the young guy kept trying to tell me that I needed my 60 k done, that it was over due for one.......um, hello dude, I know I'm just a female but why the eff would I need to have a 60k when I just had the 30k done. I may be a lowely female but at least I can read that my OD says 35000 - not 60000!!!!! Even after I told them this several times and when Chris picked the car up, I noticed that all of their paperwork says that my car has over 60k in their system! Great!! Still a pretty good place to come though to get work done. They do a good job and they are reasonably priced. read more

i brought in my car for an oil change and specifically asked for synthetic oil because that is what my car uses. after two weeks my engine light came on and i was already due for another oil change. i had barely driven my car and it was no where due for an oil change so i went to my usual auto repair shop and the mechanic told me that all of the oil had burned off because it was not synthetic. on top of all of that mess, i didnt even get my car back until 4pm even though i made an appointment at 8am. never coming back read more

Another day driving the mean streets of LA. One hand on the wheel, and another out the window, giving a single-digit salute to the other oh-so-competent drivers out there (sarcasm). While my battered but trusty whip may not win any beauty contests, it gets me from point A to B. Maintaining my aging beast is no mean feat; thankfully my brother is a former mechanic and car nut, and can fix or soup-up anything with four wheels. And thankfully, for those tasks that he doesn't have the tools or spare time to handle, he pointed me to Morrison Tire. Any preconceived notions you may have about garages, throw them out now. Instead of swarthy, greasy mechanics with a cheek full of Red Man slobbering over your ride and/or girlfriend as they lounge around an equally grungy shop, the guys at Morrison are all clean-cut professionals that take pride in what they do. The service area is clean and well-kept, and the front office staff are all professional and friendly. The rep I usually deal with, Joe, is super friendly, and goes out of his way to help customers. On my most recent visit, I was in need of new tires, on account of thinning tread, as well as a nice big nail discovered as I was getting ready for my morning commute. I called up Morrison, explained my needs to Joe, who pulled up my service records, looked up available tires for my vehicle, went over pricing options, and gave his recommendations. No pressure, no hassles; I mulled over my options, and went with a nice set of Goodyears. How soon can I come in for service, I ask? Right now, is his reply. Sweet. I drive on over, fill out some paperwork, then hang out in the waiting area, since they estimate about 45mins. to install the tires. The waiting area is comfy, with TV, water, coffee and tea, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi (which came in handy as I did some yelping while waiting). The work was done on schedule, with the only glitch coming in the form of a problem with their credit card processing system (not their fault), as well as a problem with my credit union's system, that dragged out the payment process. Aside from that "perfect storm" bank glitch scenario slowing things down, it was another painless visit.
