8 oz. Center-Cut Filet Mignon with lobster tail and miso sea bass
    Todd G.

Awesome experience start to finish. Exceptional service and spectacular food. If you're on the early side, sit at the bar area for an amazing bar bites menu (in addition to the regular menu) including mini filet sandwiches, awesome short rib tacos and many more. Awesome streak cooked perfectly (and you can choose a 6, 8 or 10 oz and add a lobster trail). Ideal miso sea bass. And one of the best carrot cakes anywhere. Will be back

Great service with validated parking ($18 for 3 hours!). While this may not be as posh as some other steak places, one thing this place has is good service and great prices (for a steakhouse!). Items we ordered as of 6/2025: - French Onion Soup - $13 - Good flavor and size is appropriate for the price. While not the best we've had, still quite good. - 14oz Dry-Aged Ribeye - $65 - Absolutely delicious! Extremely tender with a fantastic beef flavor. I would definitely get this one again especially at this price point! They also had a Wagyu set when we went (for ~$80 if I recall) that came with 2 cuts of wagyu beef, 3 wagyu dumplings and a Szechuan green bean side. The 2 cuts of wagyu beef were marinated with a soy based sauce (I think) and were delicious and tender. The dumplings were also a huge hit with a great filling. The Szechuan green beans were alright as they were more sweet than spicy. Overall we were happy with the special and would recommend if they have it when you visit (avoid if you don't enjoy marinated beef!). Also of notable mention, their complimentary onion bread is AWESOME and one of the better breads I've had at a steakhouse!

Great service and the steaks are great. Lots of great steak places in the city, top 5. You know you are going to get a great steak here. I had the dry aged ribeye which was cooked perfectly at medium rare. Also I think their prices here are very good.

Given the choice, however, I now prefer the modern, polished, almost clubby feel of this location in the Seaport. The restaurant isn't particularly large, but it's a beautifully designed space. For larger groups, they have a few round tables that work especially well, including one that perfectly accommodated our party of seven. You can always count on a great dining experience at any of Chef Jamie Mammano's restaurants. His commitment to the highest quality chow, attentive service, fine wines, and an elegant atmosphere has made him one of Boston's most respected restaurateurs. Our meal here was spectacular. The cocktails were perfectly crafted, and it's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. Standout starters included the Wagyu Beef Dumplings, Tuna Tartare, and the Dry-Aged Bolognese Lumache. For entrées, we shared several different cuts of steak, all expertly prepared and presented sliced for the table. The Beef Wellington is also fantastic here. The sides are uniformly excellent, but don't miss the Char-Roasted Heirloom Carrots with Honey and the Yukon Gold Potatoes. Desserts are equally impressive. Highly recommend both the Milk & Cookies and the Bananas Foster. I'd like to especially thank our waitress, who provided exceptional service and helped make the evening truly special. We were celebrating my son's graduation, and her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail enhanced what was already a memorable occasion. I also appreciated the excellent service from their new sommelier. Mooo continues to set the standard for the modern Boston steakhouse experience. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The reservation process was easy and a group of 5 was easily accommodated on the day and time requested. We arrived together after a short walk from the office. Bonus points to Moooo for not only having complimentary coat check, but also safe bag storage knowing much of their clientele on a weeknight is in transit from the office to home. Please people, don't forget to tip the coat check girls, it is only the right thing to do. Seated at our table the restaurant was initially fairly empty, but filled up nicely while we are already enjoying cocktails, wine, and appetizers. The long bar followed by tables of various sizes filled the restaurant, but it never was too loud and there was plenty of space between tables that you did not feel like you were sitting on top of each other or listening to their conversation more then the person across from your own table. Like most fine dining experiences, the complimentary rolls were served warm and lathered in melted butter. Sinful!. We ordered several appetizers for the table to share including tuna tartare which was very tasty and recommended. I also recommend the Japanese wagyu beef dumplings which were both delicate and savory. Lastly, the calamari was crispy and hot with the right amount of heat from the lemon and herb aioli. To accompany the entrees we ordered the broccolini, Yukon gold potatoes and the highly recommended tater tots. The only issue we had was with the tots which we collectively thought were both slightly over cooked and tasted "different". Said another way, I have never had a tater tot that didn't leave me wanting to eat them one after another until they were all gone, but this one was more than enough and more than 3/4 of the serving was left for the bus-person. Three of us ordered the 8oz Omaha filet which were cooked to perfection and delicious. Why is there not a 12 oz offering like most steak houses? Literally mine looked like it was 4 oz on the large, stark white plate when served. Thankfully being cooked to a perfect medium rare and accompanies by a bordelaise sauce which is also a rarity to find offered, was a treat. The prime New York sirloin and prime ribeye were equally cooked perfectly and delicious. We passed on dessert or after dinner drinks, but certainly enjoyed our visit. I have eaten at the Beacon Hill location previously, but this was my first experience in the seaport, but it won't be my last.

The steaks were expertly prepared, the sides were very good, and the service was professional, attentive, and polished from start to finish. The wine list was also thoughtfully curated, with plenty of excellent choices. Unfortunately, the ambiance did not match the quality of the food or the prices. We measured the noise level throughout dinner at approximately 76-81 dB, making conversation difficult without raising our voices. For a restaurant where steaks range from around $76 to over $200 for Wagyu, I expected a more refined, relaxed atmosphere. I was also surprised by how casually many guests were dressed. I have no objection to casual attire in general, but at this price point I was expecting more of a special-occasion dining experience. Instead, many diners were wearing Bermuda shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers, which made the atmosphere feel more like a busy upscale neighborhood restaurant than a luxury steakhouse. If you're looking for outstanding food and excellent service, Mooo delivers. If you're looking for a quiet, elegant fine-dining experience where you can enjoy a conversation over dinner, you may be disappointed.

Our wait staff was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, and the whole experience was truly out of this world. I started with the Golden Tide, which was a delicious combination of pineapple and orgeat flavors. Refreshing, tropical, and a great way to kick things off. For appetizers, I ordered fresh raw oysters and the scallop ceviche, I honestly don't know much about choosing oysters, so my waitress basically gave me a mini oyster class and I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was! She explained the differences between oysters, including how some are creamy and briny while others are much saltier, almost like taking a bite straight out of the ocean. Such a cool experience and something I genuinely appreciated. And that scallop ceviche? Hands down, the BEST ceviche I've ever had. The scallops were incredible, and I loved that they served it with root vegetable chips instead of the typical tortilla chips. Sweet potato chips added such a unique flavor and texture. Absolutely delicious! For dinner, I had the sumac-crusted tuna with haricots and assorted vegetables, and it was fantastic. The tuna was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and paired perfectly with the vegetables. Between the food, the atmosphere, the energy, and especially the knowledgeable and attentive service, Row 34 delivered a dining experience that I'll definitely remember. Yelp Review 2026 #221:…read more I first dined at Saltie Girl when it opened in 2016 and I would always eat here every time I'm in Boston after falling in love with their Lobster and Waffles. Saltie Girl used to occupy a small space right next door: a bar and a few tables. They've expanded due to their success. They even opened a restaurant in Los Angeles. I made a reservation for dinner weeks in advance. We got seated right away. The place was packed inside and the patio was also full. I looked at the menu so maybe I can try something else other than Lobster and Waffles. Everything seemed delicious. They have pasta, caviar, crab roll, lobster roll, fish sandwich, clam chowder, calamari, steak, fresh oysters, seafood tower, tinned fish, smoked fish, salads and desserts. I had my eye on the Lobster Frites so, I asked our server about it. It's basically a whole 1.5lb lobster with a side of garlic fries. So, I reverted back to my go-to Lobster and Waffles. Caviar Dip: Crème fraîche, fried shallots green onion, Saltie Girl potato chips. It's like sour cream and onion vibe but elevated. When we finished the cup of chips, we asked for more chips and they gave us a bag of chips. 4.5/5 Lobster and Waffles: This is my go-to for a reason. Lightly breaded and fried lobster served with sweet corn butter, spicy maple syrup. That butter is so addicting. You don't really need a whole lot but I use up the whole scoop of it every single time. It's slightly sweet and with the mildly spicy maple syrup? Come on! The waffle is nice, warm, crisp, golden brown. It's decadent and very filling. 5/5 Spring Crab Carbonara: Asparagus, english peas, pecorino, preserved lemon. A nice summery pasta dish. Creamy yet refreshing. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The greens were popping against a rather beige background. 4.5/5 Pistachio Tiramisu: Gluten free lady fingers, pistachio cream, toffee crunch. This is meant to be shared since it's a huge heaping pile of creamy nutty goodness. Layers of textures: crunchy pistachios and toffee on top, soft cream, and spongy lady fingers at the bottom. 4.5/5 Our server was fabulous, friendly and fast. He answered our questions and he checked on us from time to time.

The wait after check-in for a table only took 5 minutes. I ordered from the restaurant week's prix fixe menu ($55), opting for the clam chowder, bone-in Kona crusted dry aged NY strip (+$12), and flourless chocolate cake. The cup clam chowder seemed decent enough. The NY strip arrived textbook medium rare per my request - warm red center without grey bands. The accompanying shallot butter did not overpower the steak. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes, as expected of a classic American steakhouse, deliciously tasted like butter with potato and spinach garnish. I strategically asked for the dessert to-go, expecting to have no more stomach capacity by the end of the meal. In all, another great experience at a solid price.

The interior is pretty stunning, with large paintings all over the walls. It felt like a European art museum turned restaurant which was a cool surprise. There are also some neat statues around, with a lot of the decor reminding me of Revolutionary times. The atmosphere is comfortable and classy, and I almost felt like smoking a cigar or something while I was in the booth haha Our server didn't rush us and we had plenty of time to choose from the wine selection. The basket of bread was terrific, all kinds in there which I appreciate. I had a piece that tasted like it had cheesy onion in there, which I haven't had before. I got a cabernet to start. My appetizer was a lovely, refreshing salad, mixed greens with kale, feta cheese, dried cherries, toasted almonds, orzo and walnut mustard vinaigrette. There were wonderful textures to enjoy and it's probably enough for two people. I also had the wonderful German Riesling white wine they had. I had to go all out for the entree, choosing the seared hand-carved tenderloin (two 4 oz. pieces) with two butter poached lobster tails! I haven't had lobster surf 'n turf in many years so it was fun to have again. The dinner was wonderful, with hearty medium rare steaks very juicy and bursting with flavor. The lobster tails were sublime, and well garnished. We also got garlic spinach and mashed potatoes to share which were perfect sides. Because someone sent an appetizer back, we got a really nice dessert of a chocolate cake and some kind of soft tan colored cake with a lovely crust underneath. The meal was phenomenal and I think everyone should experience at least once, especially if you're hankering for a great steak!
