Not a good experience at all. They arrived 45 minutes late (had a 1 hour window) and neither spoke English very well so it was difficult to communicate. One man asked to use the bathroom, asked for water and asked for a smoke break all within a 90 minute period. I had packed a lot of it so didn't have any cups and gave him a bottled sparkling water but he didn't seem too appreciative. Offered the other man a coconut water (all I had available). I just feel they were inefficient on purpose and it ended up taking 5.5 hours (double drive time) to pack up and move out of my studio apartment. I had prepacked everything I could but they said they provided wardrobe boxes (which they did) but they brought them one at a time and insisted on breaking down my platform queen bed piece by piece rather than leaving it in big pieces (headboard and base) like the previous movers had done. Nothing was broken but I felt ripped off and it was over )$250 more than when I used Qshark (5 stars, worth paying more per hour because they're efficient and professional). I definitely think they milk you for the time and don't recommend moving anyway (even within Orange County) on a Friday afternoon due to higher moving rates and more traffic! Update: A few days after my original post the owner Sandy reached out to me and showed genuine concern about the quality of their service and my experience. She single-handedly changed my opinion because it shows a lot to have an owner read and respond to reviews! She also graciously offered to refund me for part of my moving expenses due to the experience I had. Great customer service goes a long way! Props to Sandy for reaching out and making things right. Our king bed box spring couldn't fit via the stairs or elevator, so they lifted it 3 stories to our balcony and brought it through there. Aside from 1 lunch break they worked a straight 12 hours. The movers themselves get 5 stars, the company estimator 3. When getting estimates, I would overestimate. In hindsight, we should have gotten a 4th mover. read more

I had such a great experience with Moving service AG. I contacted multiple companies through yelp and went with them because their price was reasonable and it was so easy to schedule through text. Other companies respond and want to talk on the phone then you play phone tag for a day. I was pretty annoying and had to make a couple of changes. I needed them to pick up items at another location and they were able to accommodate that as well. Then my pod was scheduled to arrive earlier than expected and they worked with me to come a day earlier. Then pods pushed back the delivery window and they were able to work with me on that too. Bek and Tim went to pick up a couple of items and came by around 5 to unload a pod full of heavy stuff. They were so nice, efficient, and helpful. They were careful not to scratch anything and didn't bang the walls up. I'm so happy I went with this company.
