I really like the gondola pies at this restaurant. I have ordered in different ocasiones and the product and quality is consistent. I ordered an extra large. It came in a big box but the pizza was not. Disappointing. Even the teenagers said it was only ok. Also ordered a turkey sandwich. Not much meat. And boring as hell. Unexpectedly good. I was in a new area with few options because it was getting late, and I used the app as a tool to discover what was available to eat. SO THANKFUL I picked this spot. Pizzas were great (tried the Margherita and the meat lovers)! They really reminded me of NY slices. The wings were mediocre (garlic parmesan). I tasted neither garlic, nor parmesan.. And it was a sauce. I would say try another "flavor", but I could also do with better quality chicken. Unless you're cool with fast food quality chicken wings, I'd still opt for their pizza. Wasn't a great value either, but I will most certainly try this place one more time for some pizza toppings I didn't get to try. read more

The spaghetti meatballs is delicious. People are Friendly when I do carry out. Only thing is that the desserts are expensive for what you get. $6 for a small tiny piece of tiramisu :( I won't be ordering tiramisu anymore but the pasta is great. Can't wait to try their pizza. :) read more

First time trying the pizza here. Had a flyer deliver to my mailbox. It's a bit pricey compared to some other places, but, the quality looked worth the extra dough. Best decision I've made in a long time. What struck me right off the bat was the freshness of the ingredients. The jalapeno's has that sort of grassy, fresh flavor you expect from a fresh pepper, the mozzarella was very clearly high quality, the bacon was crispy, not over greasy, and the cilantro was also pleasantly fresh. Hands down one of the best pizza places I've found in L.A. If I had one critique, it would be if you're going to advertise something as a "spicy pie" you gotta amp up the heat. Maybe spice up the sauce, deliver different levels of heat---other than that, I will most definitely be coming back! read more

Wow what a gem. I was waiting to get my car serviced and decided to look for a close place to eat. Luckily I came across Napoli's Pizza kitchen. As any yelper would do, I hopped on Yelp and looked for the closest destinations. Swiping through the pictures I noticed they had a brussels sprout pizza! For something as common as pizza you'd think you've seen it all but, having crispy brussels sprouts on a pizza was a first for me. I had to try it. I have to say, I am so happy that I did. The dough prepared and baked fresh with a perfect crust, the toppings were fresh and well portioned, the cheese was ooey gooey, the bacon was as delicious as bacon could be, and finally the brussels sprouts were full of flavor, crispy with a little char....everything was amazing. Pizza may be good, and it is - but Customer Service is terrible, and so I highly recommend you choose another local pizza restaurant in which to spend your hard-earned money. My 70 year old husband used their online app to order pizza. I was the designated person to pick up said pizza. After bringing it home (without an order review from the cashier) - it wasn't what we thought he ordered. Perhaps he isn't the best with online ordering, but when we returned to Napoli's to express the order was completely wrong, the Manager today (1:00 pm) was rude, and sent us off with "It's what you ordered - see (holding up the receipt)." Not a scintilla of customer service. When a business tells me I'm not a person worth listening to, that business is not worth my money. ESPECIALLY a local business. The pizza is expensive and good, but not worth the rude customer service. No one needs to be treated like that. Never again Napolis! Great pizza delivery or takeout option in Sherman Oaks area. The pizza is not heavy which means you can eat more and that's always a plus, right? We were brought onto it because of how diverse the menu is. Lots of sides and entrees to choose from, and the pizza toppings are super original. We loved the basil pizza (their take on a margarita pizza) with pepperoni. And the cheese pizza with mushrooms is also really good. The garlic bread was pretty bad, boring and bread was too hard.
