I had higher hopes based on reviews. Was good not great. I got the 10" pizza and a side of meatballs. Meatballs we pretty good. Pizza crust was a little dense, didn't seem fresh. I'd give it 3.5-4 stars. Just not up there with the top dogs. Lady was super nice but suggested the bbq chicken pizza and sweet hot wings (not what a purest wants to hear). Love their ajarski! My kids are big fans of ajarski....Not just any ajarski but one that's cooked to perfection! If you're also a fan, this place is a must! We chose to dine in during one of our visits and were pleased with the service. The place is on the smaller side but we didn't have issues with securing a table. We also often order to go and haven't been disappointed with the quality of the food. Sometimes the eggs in ajarski continue to cook when enclosed in a box, but we haven't experienced that issue with this establishment. Their ajarski is always consistent. We always order from Napolis when at my brothers house. The pizza is so good. Our favorites are the portobello mushroom pizza, the Basturma pizza and the Margherita pizza. I also love getting the Greek salad, the dressing is so delicious. Next time I'll try the pasta dishes to see if we like it. We always get the pizzas but not the pastas.. The Tomato Basil pizza is the bomb!!! Perfect amount of tomatoes to basil made this pizza a 5 star review. The crust was the perfect size and for those of you who skip the crust, don't on those pie. You will never do it again if you order from Napoli's!!! Hands down the best pizza I have ever had in Los Angeles in 30 years! We ordered an Extra Large which can feed a family of 5. It was $25 and we splurged for delivery for an extra $2. FYI: It would have cost the same in gas or more to drive there and pick up. It was easy to order over the phone and the person we spoke to was very friendly which is always a plus. She told us it would take an hour and that is exactly how long it took. Feeling generous tonight, we gave our delivery guy a $6 tip and thanked him for taking the time to drop off our pizza. I opened up the box and gasped. Wow!!! It looked amazing and we were not disappointed with the taste either. DELICIOUS!!!! I am just thrilled to have found the perfect NY pizza in LA. My feet can't stop doing the "happy dance." I've been looking for a new pizza place in my area latley. Every other pizza place has something off, either the taste is great but the customer service is horrible or the customer service is great but the flavor isnt there. Fortunately for me there's Napoli's Pizza and 5 minutes away from me. I've always seen them on Yelp and for whatever reason never ordered from them. So today was the day I finally tried them and I must say ... THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT!! Amazing customer service and friendly staff with easy take out hand off process! And just as important, it was delicious!! My fiance and I ordered the meatlovers pizza with jalapenos, the chicken Alfredo pasta and a house salad. It also came with free garlic bread . And of course we ordered sides of ranch! Everything was exceptional! Flavor of the pizza was on point as well as the soft delicious crust. The chicken parmesan pasta might be the winner however! The sauce was so creamy and seasoned perfectly, almost cheesy! And the chicken on it was cooked immaculately. And the house salad was very fresh and tastey as well, great price for the large portion. I definitely will return to Napoli's pizza for my future pizza needs and I would reccomend this place to anyone who loves a good Za! I'm curious to see how other things on the menu taste! I would rate Napoli's 9 out of 10! (I know it's not a yelp rating format). The only thing that could have been improved to make it perfect is the jalapenos were a little too spicy for my taste, I ended up picking them off half way through.
