Since my favorite pizza place "Guido's" went out of business, I've been searching for a new pizza dealer ;) I tried Napoli's tonight based on the many good reviews. My verdict: edible, but nothing special. Crust was OK. Toppings were decent (except I asked for garlic and MAN did they ever heap the garlic on!) Sauce was nearly non-existent (I think a good sauce is very important for a good pizza). Adequate cheese. Pizza was delivered hot and in good time. It was a perfectly acceptable pizza, but I'm still searching for a pizza to fall in love with. read more

I have to give Napoli a five star rating! Right out of the gate with their first delivery we had the most fabulous pizza! It was the freshest pizza ever delivered to our home in my entire life. I would highly recommend Napoli's pizza to anyone. I don't know what their other meals taste like but we had a fabulous pizza, New York style with a thin crust and crispy but soft yeasty dough with pepperoni and mushroom and fresh garlic. Having lived most of my life on the East Coast where you can find the best pizza, it took me a long time to find a place in LA that had a decent pizza. When I discovered Napoli's, I was blown away. While it may not be the best pizza on the planet, it is the best in the area. And, anyone who thinks Papa John's or some other chain pizza is better should have their taste buds examined. They are swill compared to the tasty, hot delicious pizza prepared and served by a friendly staff!!! My choice hands down even though I have to drive almost 8 miles to get it!! read more

These guys have all of the key points covered.....the quality of the ingredients is fantastic, super fresh, and flavorful. They're excellent at providing exactly what you order. We have a bevy of requests, including No sauce and lots of fresh garlic and basil, and they get it Exactly right every time. Finally, their portion of pizza is really big, so we always feel like its an excellent value. They are our go to neighborhood pizza place and as long as they keep taking care of our orders like they do, we'll keep coming back. read more

This place is da bomb! It is soo good. I've had it only a handful of times, all of which, I ordered it for delivery. The pizza is always hot, and they use fresh ingredients. I always get a large pepperoni and mushroom. And I'm never unhappy. The elderly man who delivers is always super nice. What is there to complain about? That's right! Absolutely nothing! LA's number 1 pizza. It is scary how addicting it is . I have tried many pizzas and this is truly the best place to order from . This review is about Napoli's pizza and anitpasto salad. Napoli's pizza, at least the three times we've had it, is not amazing. While fresher than the Pizza Hut that's kitty-corner, but something about the pizza just doesn't right true. Perhaps it's the bland crust or maybe it's the too alkaline sauce, but it tastes like a "lite pizza," with fewer calories and less taste. (I have no idea if there are really fewer calories; it just tastes that way.) The antipasto salad is a bit pricey but it's decent with lots of ingredients including a few extra peperoncini than one might expect for a salad that size (12 oz). The good news is that their plain cheese pizza doesn't have nondescript extra ingredients (what my daughter calls "green things") so young kids love it! read more

This place is probably the best sandwich shop I have ate in the entire 818 area so far. Ive had their pizza, pasta, and many sandwiches and I have to say all of them were great. Their pizza is perfect no matter which one you order crust is perfect toppings aren't skimped and the oil isn't much just the right amount. Pasta isn't the greatest but it is good worth eating and ordering. Last their sandwiches are out of the world good, the pastrami is cooked right and the bread is also soft and crunchy, their philly cheese steak is just great everything is perfect and you can just taste the freshness of it. Just ordered delivery for the first time. It was delivered quick (we are only 2 streets away) and was very tasty! My 3.5 year old kept saying how yummy the pizza was-we got the tomato and basil. I was in the valley and was in search for a pizza place as that is what my daughter requested. I saw this place and yelp and was excited with all of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff was so nice and really observant. The owner saw my daughter eating all of the olives off my salad and asked her if she liked them. He them brought her a small bowl of them without me even asking! Very thoughtful! And speaking of the salad- I ordered the antipasto and everything was so fresh! It looked hand cut made to order! The pizza was perfect size. I agree with others- a bit soggy but I think it's because the sauce is homemade and everything is so fresh! Very pleased. read more
