Hate doing this but people need to know. Sorry if this hurts the good people of this company, you know who you are. I've given this company every opportunity in over a month to do the right thing. But like most things it starts at the top, with Herman. I have left him messages to call me, no reply. Even left message with the owner Woods, and no reply. They just don't care about their people or customers, everyone is expendable to them. Besides working in the most Toxic environment I have ever experienced in my 15 years in the Industry, not caring about people is what bothers me the most. Reason a certain sales manager with low self esteem but hugh ego makes everyone's life who he comes in contact with living hell. When I first started he said it was a mistake that I care so much for the customer. From then on like my coworkers, you try to avoid him, go around him. You make a deal with a customer and he wants you to bump (his words) $2495 more. Customer wants to buy out their lease, he try's to charge them $3000 more. Which is illegal in my experience. He's all about himself looking good. Because of one guy, we lost just as many customers as were sold. In stead of working together for the better of all. He gives resistance everytime for everything, always eating instead of giving you his full attention, disappears whenever you do need him. Talks negative about his team to all who'll listen. Makes fun of certain customers. I have never seen such a bad manager and even worse person. Reason I walked away in less than a month besides what I've mentioned. Every paycheck wrong. Paid four times and four times wrong. And instead of handling right away, to show they value their people. They tell you wait till next week. And even then it's not correct. Do not I repeat do not go to this dealership. My mother's air conditioner motor broke and she took her car to this dealership to get it fixed. A few hours after she picked her car up from being fixed, it started flashing warning lights and completely stopped working. Her car wouldn't go over 10 mph, and it wouldn't work at all in general. She ended up stranded, with a broken car for almost two hours. They towed her car and ended up fixing it. The problem comes in with the specific associate, Noah, and his response to the situation. She was reasonably upset about them messing up her car and when she went to pick it up, she expressed her frustration with the situation, Noah dismissed her, and said that they hadn't caused the damage, and acted as if they did her a favor by fixing what they damaged. There was no one else who had worked on her car, so there is no doubt that they had caused the problem while working. Noah was incredibly rude and acted as if she was out of line for being upset about them messing up her car. It was the most rude and inconsiderate customer service I have ever seen. He was smug the entire interaction and refused to give her any compensation for her time. He refused to admit that they caused the problem, even though there is no one else who could've caused it. They refused to take responsibility and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Not to mention, during the time her car was being originally fixed, they only called her one time to update her, over the three days that her car was being fixed. Then after we came to an agreement we headed to the finance department. It wasn't until we got to the financial part of the sale where I had the WORST experience. We purchased my new Honda here back in 2016 and had a decent overall experience. However, this review is regarding the service department. I had one oil change and tire rotation here and it was great (the first one), but another incident happened that left me a little uneasy with the service department. Tire pressure light came on. I added air, but not too long after the light came back on. Took it by the dealer to get it checked out and they told me that the tire had a nail in it and I NEEDED to replace it because it was "unrepairable". I took it by Costco Tire and asked them to check if there was a nail in my tire and there was. Without even telling them what happened at the dealership, they assured me that the nail was in a perfect area that allowed for a quick and easy repair. So the $200 tire replacement turned into a $10.99 easy fix. About 3 months later (right now), that tire is still going strong and the light hasn't came off since. read more

Don't waste your time going to Northside Honda! I made an appointment over the phone on Wednesday for today. The lady suggested I come in early since I needed them to diagnose my vehicle. She suggested I get the 7 am slot, but failed to tell me the technicians don't come in until 8! Finally the tech asked me to go on a test drive to point out the noises I had been hearing. Of course the main noise would not happen, but the steering column was making the other noise, and the tech said he heard it. Well, later on he said he didn't get any codes for anything, so couldn't do anything about the noise in the steering column. I also said the gas mileage dropped from 25 to 19, and that my vehicle was being sluggish. But again no codes came up and they did nothing about it. I did ask them to do a fuel injector service. The only thing they came back with was low air in the tires and that it needed a new air filter. I should be happy that there were no major issues, but the sluggishness and noises are still there. Also, absolutely no one smiled or was friendly. They all seemed bothered that I was there. When I complained about having a 7 am appointment, even though the tech isn't there until 8, everyone just shrugged their shoulders. No apology, didn't try to find out who scheduled me, nothing. I took my husband's car in for an oil change and to check the tires as the "check tire gauge" came on. I didn't have an appointment but that was ok. This place is usually extremely busy and the wait time usually is a lot longer than an hour for just a simple oil change. They did tell me that the wait time was going to be about 45 minutes which was way better than I've been told before. It was, however, they also told me that I needed new tires which I kind of knew or suspected already since I was told the last time I was there that the tread was pretty low and there was a nail in one of them. We went ahead and decided to get the tires since this car is used for my husband to go to work in and he does have to travel quite a distance. This did require me to have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for that to get taken care of. I'm giving this location four stars instead of five because the wait time was still a lot longer than it should've been as there was not very many people at all here to have me wait so long. I went into this Honda dealer with my hybrid clearly knowing what I needed to be done with the car, and they said they have to do a diagnosis before they could do the repair, they said it would cost $79 and if they find the problem then I wouldn't have to pay the 79....then they said it would take all day then after waiting till about a hour before closing they call me then send me the report and what I wanted done (even tho they clearly knew what I wanted done already) so I tell them to do what needed to be done they said ok we will call back when done,... They closed and never called me and never told me they needed the car overnight (because they didn't) there's more to this story but all in all they charged me twice for the diagnosis and didn't wash my car and left paint on the windows and the problem I went in for was never solved very very very angry at this place I definitely wouldn't recommend to do any service here if you can read more

DON'T GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE My wife took the car in to get the airbags replaced which were at no charge. After the work was completed on the airbags, the mechanic said that they found several items that were in need of repairs ranging from fluids needing replacement to valves leaking and engine bolt needing replacement. The total of all of this work was $1600 !!! My wife handed me the phone and after questioning the mechanic it was clear that they were trying to scam my wife into authorizing the repairs. $600 of the repair work was for replacing fluids that I had done the year before and when I asked the mechanic about the leak and if it was necessary to repair or more likely a minor leak due to the age of the car he admitted it was probably unnecessary to do at this time. I declined to have any work done. Afterwards I took the car to Car Pro who reviewed all of the items that the Honda mechanic detailed out and said that the only thing that was needed was an air filter and a cabin filter !!! He was able to determine that the fluids that Honda wanted to replace were recently replaced and there was no reason to spend money doing this again. Its amazing how a reputable shop can tell if the fluid in the car (power steering fluid, automatic transmission fluid, and cooling system flush, and brake fluid) didn't need to be done. I knew that most of the fluids didn't need to be done because the air conditioning was completely replaced one year before. Car Pro told me that he would wash the engine area where the leak was and asked me to come back in two weeks to see if the leak was a problem. It might be an issue but they were being cautious not for me to have work performed that didn't need to be done. The engine bolt that Honda wanted $500 was not an issue and I was advised not to waste my money replacing it. By going to a reputable mechanic I saved myself $1600 in unnecessary repairs. Did not have a good experience here. They kept my car for an entire week for a tire and windshield repair with little communication. It was hard to get someone on the phone anytime I called asking for an update. Whenever I did finally get someone on the phone (after many attempts), I didn't get the answers I needed. When I finally got my car back, it was dirty on the inside. There were handprints, dust, and stains on my leather seat (that I was able to rub off, thankfully). Hondas are great cars. I've been searching for a really good deal on a newer CR-V and found one listed at Fiesta Honda. It was actually the best deal I'd seen even with a nation wide search. And it was right here! I reached out via their website, started a conversation & was shown the same ad I had responded to. And wouldn't you know it? It had JUST SOLD. But they could find me another one almost as good. They made me a pretty good offer on an even newer model, of course it was several hundred more dollars than the one I had seen listed (which is apparently still showing up on searches). Wait a second. Is this what savvier people than me call "the bait and switch?" IDK. I didn't even think about that until I was writing this. So from the get-go, I told this internet salesman that I have a budget limit imposed by my nonprofit which was actually buying & would be owning it. But more importantly, I needed to know if they would recognize and accept the entity's non-taxable status. I explained it wasn't a traditional nonprofit and sometimes retailers can't cope with filling out a couple digits differently on their form. He repeatedly assured me he's done this a thousand times; don't worry about it. "Let me send you my documents to show your guy just to be sure." I sent the documents via PDF, as requested, three times. Twice by email and once by text. Apparently he couldn't open the simple attached file no matter how I sent it, but "it'll be fine. Just bring it with you." I asked, how do you accept payment? Cashiers check? Wire transfer? He said that I could pay with either a CC or a personal check. I asked him at least one more and probably two more times and maybe three if he was SURE I could write a check from the organization's account. Because if not I can get a CC. "No, a personal check is fine." So I got dropped off for my 8:30 appointment, took the car for a spin, and we started the paperwork. At some point I believe the salesman actually interrupted the "managers meeting" because they were actually slowing the process by being unavailable to facilitate the purchasing of a vehicle by a customer. As I retired to the holding area to wait for the bosses to finish their meeting, I learned that per usual, someone had taken the car's second key and not returned it. So I might have to come back when they get a second key made. When I was finally called back to the financial guy's office, he asked me for that one number they're used to filling out that excludes the sales tax. Oh brother. Here we go. Thanks a lot for assuring me 10 ways to Sunday that this would not be a problem and you could handle it. You've done a thousand. Not a problem. I'd gotten approval for a specific sum, and there was no way I was going to buy this car. Yada yada yada; "he assured me that you would be able to do this, but oh well. I need a ride home please." A few minutes later the salesman and I got into the CR-V I was expecting to drive home, but first he had to try and find the magnetic license plate that one of his €%#!? co-workers has stolen. Not finding it, he stole one from some other dealership car. (Easy when it's magnetic and what goes around comes around, fella!) On the way home I learned that they wouldn't have accepted a personal check anyway, so even had he not absolutely 100% messed me up with "it's not a problem just bring the paperwork when you get here" I STILL would not have been able to purchase the car today and would have needed a ride home. ... Lol are you still reading this? If you are, then the parable is this story is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FIESTA HONDA. There are plenty of professional, honest, Honda dealerships out there. Take your pick. Oh! Almost forgot. When the salesman and I were first beginning the paperwork, he told me that they would be giving me some kind of score card to rate my experience. If he gets a good rating he gets more money, and he needs to take care of his elderly mother. So please give the highest # (1-10 I think) rating I can, and if there's some reason why I wouldn't do that, then mention my complaint in the comments section but circle the high score. I went into the dealer because they just changed my radar sensor. When I left all of the lights came back on right away. I spoke with the company that I purchased the spark plugs from before I had them fix the radar sensor. They said that the spark plug brand probably is causing the misfire, but I needed to take it to the dealer first because something else was wrong. I took it back to the dealer and they said that I had a blown head gasket because when my son topped off the antifreeze he spilled a tiny bit next to it. And there were two misfires that came up on the computer. They said I needed the whole new head gasket because it was blown and spooning out antifreeze everywhere. I went to AutoZone and purchased new spark plugs and changed them and all the lights are off and everything is running great. I can't believe that they tried to rip me off for thousands and thousands of dollars for a head gasket when it was only spark plugs. My car is a 2018 Honda Accord. Also, they tried to charge me another $195 fee for hooking it up to the computer. I refused to pay it. read more
