Went here for breakfast with my husband because I was CRAVING these donuts. I love how they are sourdough base so they don't feel heavy and/or cakey like a regular donut. I would say to double check their website to check the flavors they have, especially if you are looking for a specific one. Overall I would come back here - I enjoy their donuts
There's a reason why this place gets so much hype, and it's probably because most of their donuts are made fresh to order, and the creativity of these donuts are top notch! My friends and I wanted to try a variety, so we got 8 different kinds, and did a taste test of our own at home. We got the: bumbleberry glazed, banoffee, butter pecan, Harry's berry strawberry glazed, ricotta and apricot jam, and PBJ. We also added a bonus savory pizza one. Oliboli is popular for their sourdough donuts, which is similar to the Cambodian-style fluffy donuts. As someone who prefers cake donuts, I did find them to be really fluffy, delicious, and light! Of the 8 sweet ones we tried, my top favorites had to be the butter pecan and banoffee. The butter pecan was a sweet and salty flavor, and the banoffee had strong flavors of banana and coffee. The rest were all on the overly sweet side for me, but the fluffiness kind of balances out the sweetness? The bonus pizza one was also a huge favorite of mine! It was kind of like a fluffy hot pocket, but tasted perfect and not too salty. Each donut was about $5-8, and the pizza one was about $13. It does seem pretty pricey for donuts, but they are novelty donuts, so it makes sense.
Insane donuts these are definitely one of a kind donuts. Top ranking for us was definitely the sprinkle donut but runner up has to be the classic glazed donut. The chocolate donut is not very sweet but it tastes very luxurious. I was really surprised with how fast they came out with how many people were inside ordering and waiting for their donuts. They come out PIPING HOT don't use those plastic forks if you're trying to sneak a bite they will melt We decided to wait till we got back to the house 10 mins away and they were still warm paired with some milk omg it was a perfect way to end our night There's plenty of parking outside and the crowds come and go don't be intimidated just go try Oliboli
I used to live in this area and was in town so I decided to stop by. It's a small place with cut decor. The staff member that helped me was sweet and very helpful. There were several I wanted to try. I guess these donuts are made with sourdough and are fried to order. Bumbleberry: it's really goods you can taste the berries that had a bit of tang to it which balances everything out. 4.75 stars Bananoffee: I love bananas. This kinda reminds me of banana pudding. It was good but the whipped topping was a bit much for me. Still very tasty though. 4 stars Both donuts were still warm and airy. I've never had such an airy fresh donut. Quite different and delicious. I'm definitely coming back when I'm back in town.
OLiBOLi The BEST of the BEST Donuts--ever! The staff members are pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. The price reflects the high quality, taste, and presentation. It's made to order. Try it for yourself but be prepared to get addicted. I guarantee you will keep coming back for more--promise!!!!!
I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Oliboli Donuts, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their yeast-raised, fermented dough creates a soft, fluffy, and airy donut that doesn't leave you feeling weighed down afterward. Every donut is fried to order so they come out fresh, warm, and so delicious! The donuts range from about $5.50 to $7 each - pricier than your average donut shop but the quality is evident in every bite. We waited about 8-10 minutes after ordering since there were a few people ahead of us, but the fresh-to-order experience made the wait worthwhile. My favorite was the Butter Pecan (not a flavor I'd normally choose). It had great flavor/texture and even had a hint of saltiness at the end of each bite . The Strawberry Glaze made with Harry's strawberries was another standout; fresh-tasting and flavorful without any artificial sweetness. Parking is shared with neighboring businesses. We visited on a Friday afternoon and had no trouble finding a spot, but the lot is fairly small and will likely get crowded during peak hours and weekends.
Super bummed about Oliboli. Got the banana, cinnamon sugar and maple. Basically these things all seem like the same base and they put different glazes on them. They are kind of just big, firm, bready donuts. And the proportion of dough is way off with the tiny bit of glaze they put on each. And I could not taste the maple or banana.... so really faint flavors here. It's a monotonous thing to eat. Is there something I'm not getting here? Anyway Sidecar and The Goods are leaps and bounds better.
As someone who lives nearby, this spot satisfies the craving of a sweet tooth. Absolutely has to be eaten fresh. Great service in a friendly store front. There are seats indoor and outdoor, pets welcome I think... I bring mine. Must try! Community favorite. Not your average donut so don't expect average donut prices.

The location is close to both home and work, which makes it an easy stop, though I do wish there were more parking spots. The shop itself is spacious enough for tables, so you can sit and enjoy your donuts. They also offer coffee, teas, and sodas -- I haven't tried them yet, but maybe next time. Service is friendly, quality is consistent, and everything tastes handcrafted. I'll absolutely be returning.
This might be my new favorite doughnut spot! I saw this place listed as one of the top donut shops in Orange County, so I had to see for myself. The inside was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. I've heard the lines can get long, but we came on a saturday morning and there was barely a wait. They had a good selection of donuts with flavors for everyone. Service was quick and efficient with no complaints. The donuts are fried to order and honestly came out way faster than expected. We also grabbed coffee, I got the maple shaken espresso and it was really good. Strong coffee flavor, creamy, and not overly sweet. Now for the best part... the donuts! They were hot and pillowy soft just melted in your mouth! My favorite was the strawberry glazed, sooo good! If you're in Tustin, I'd say this is one of the best donut spots in the area!
Donuts are one of my favorite pleasures in life. This place, discovered accidentally while out for other responsibilities in the area, was a delight. The delicious donuts did have a clean, fresh taste - and they did make them once we'd ordered, so very fresh. Light, cheery, and clean ambiance with tables inside and a few outside. Great selection of donuts! I ordered a cinnamon sugar and a glazed. My husband ordered the cardamom bun and bambleberry (I think that's what they were called). These donuts are unique, huge, and tasty! I could taste a light flavor of sourdough, which is the base dough for all the donuts. I'm not a sourdough fan, but it was so faint that it only added to the flavor. So that worked. We ate two served warm. The other two we ate later in the day, and they tasted great at room temperature, too. This is a great donut place. Creative and excellent.
Not a huge donut fan but I had to try this place out cause I happened to pass by. Drawn by the lingering smell coming through the door, I was lured in. The store was very clean and welcoming. I was recommended to try their Butter Pecan donut and it was delicious. I expected it to be overly sweet, but the saltiness balanced it out. Despite all the donuts being made to order, they were able to get it out fast. If I plan to be in the area again, I will make sure to make a visit.
I wished I lived closer to Oliboli Donuts as they have the freshest yeast donuts in Orange County. Personally, I'm a cake donut kind of girl, but the fluffiness and deliciousness of Oliboli's sourdough yeast donuts have me rethinking my allegiance to cake donuts. We came on a Sunday afternoon and I was immediately drawn to their case of yummy and aesthetically pleasing looking donuts. I ended up going with the "Bumbleberry Glazed" ($5.50) which is a combination of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry glaze atop of their 40 hour fermented sourdough yeast donut. Their donuts are fried to order so mine arrived perfectly warm and is definitely one of the best yeast donuts I've ever had. Service is friendly, and the shop is clean with ample amount of indoor and some outdoor seating so you can enjoy your donut right then and there. I can't wait to come back to try more of their other flavors!

Was influenced by Tik Tok and NEEDED to try these donuts. I came on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty busy -- but I was still able to place an order right away with barely any wait. The store is located in a very spacious plaza so parking was a breeze! Upon walking in, the decor was so cute and was decked out for Valentine's Day! Table seating is also kind of limited so just keep that in mind. I got the popular Meyer Lemon Glazed donut and the plain glazed donut. We waited to the side for a table to open up and after 5-10 minutes, our donuts were ready! After being handed our donut box, an employee came over to let us know they had accidentally gave us the wrong order, but were told we could keep the donuts on top of us getting our actual order! They were sooo sweet and accommodating. First and foremost, the donuts were delicious! They're made fresh, which is why it may take a little longer to get your order -- but the wait definitely makes it more worthwhile. They're hot, fresh, and slightly crispy which is perfect for someone who loves a good crunch with every bite. The lemon glazed donuts can definitely taste a bit overly lemon/citrusy and in general the donuts are VERY sweet, but it still hits the spot regardless! Just make sure to grab a cup of water to sip on after every few bites LOL. We were accidentally given the raspberry lychee glazed donut and that actually turned out to be my favorite! It's made "fried-to-order" meaning it was so crispy and had a delicious raspberry + lychee flavor. In all, this is the cutest little donut shop with the sweetest staff! I cannot believe I've been missing out on this gem for so long! After living here for so long and never stopping by, I finally visited [Donut Shop Name], and let me tell you--I've been seriously missing out. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest shop. The walls even had "Carpe Donut" written on them (how perfect is that?), and there was a shelf of merch for those who want to take a little piece of the shop home. The display of donuts was also super inviting--so many tempting choices! Right away, we were warmly welcomed by a kind young lady who asked if it was my first time. She recommended the butter pecan, saying it was their best seller, and also suggested the banoffee as the next most popular. Naturally, I had to try both. The Donuts * Butter Pecan - Hands down, my favorite! The perfect balance of salty, sweet, and buttery, with a nice crunch. Absolute perfection. * Banoffee - If you love banana cream pie, this is a MUST. Creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. Let's just say... I would 1000% get both again. Sourdough doughnuts fried to order??!?!?! What a genius concept. I tried their Bumbleberry (wild blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry), Meyer Lemon, and Sugar doughnuts. Excellent on all counts! The dough was fresh, airy, and fluffy with a slight crisp, and the glazes were flavorful yet not too heavy. The Bumbleberry was my personal favorite -- I love a good berry glaze, and they really nailed the tartness without it being too sweet. The Meyer lemon was a close second and I really enjoyed the tangy fresh lemon flavor. One thing to note is that I tried these doughnuts after they had been sitting for a while. Even though they weren't piping hot by the time I took my first bite, they still tasted absolutely scrumptious. I can only imagine how much better they'd be fresh from the counter! I've had this bookmarked for years and finally had the opportunity to try it. I'm glad I finally did because I was blown away! Arguably the best gourmet donut I've ever tried! Very cute shop. Did see a few gnats, which made me a little weary. Service was decent, but donuts were amazing!! I had no idea they came out hot and made to order but that definitely was the game changer! Apparently they're made of sour dough but I couldn't even tell! My boyfriend and I tried the banoffee, bumbleberry, and butter pecan. 1) Banoffee is by far our favorite. (And my boyfriend loves butter pecan). We were both expecting it to be super dense based on how it looks but it was actually pretty light and fluffy!! The cream is amazing!! Light and not so artificial banana taste! It's like a banana cream pie but warm and in donut form. Didn't really taste the toffee but my boyfriend said he did. Definitely recommend even if you're not a big banana person. 2) Bumbleberry was okay. It was a little too sour for me and I personally like sidecar's huckleberry donut better 3) Butter pecan also not my favorite but I'm not the biggest fan of this flavor to begin with. My boyfriend liked it so I'm sure you'd like it if you like butter pecan. Not so memorable for me Definitely order the banoffee!! Staff, donuts and the vibe was on point here! Would recommend trying for some sourdough donuts! Need to go back and try more, but I have no negative things to say. Family run business and experienced some family who were visiting their son who worked there and told me more history about the spot. A local business that you won't be disappointed by coming to experience. However, if you prefer cake donuts do not come to this place expecting one. The sourdough donut is unique and different. I forgot how amazing the place is!!! The donuts are pricey but incredible. We had the Banoffee and chocolate glaze. Both were phenomenal. Coffee was good too. I make banana cream pudding and the Banoffee frosting was similar, but lighter and fluffier. I was shocked when I took the first bite -- unexpectedly delicious. Let me just say, I love donuts. I've tried Friendly Donuts, M&M Donuts, Donuttery just to name a few and this place was awesome. It was my first time trying these donuts and they are definitely worth it. I asked the cashier for their most popular. With her recommendation I got the bumbleberry and butter pecan. These were freshly made, light and delicious. The amount of sugar was not overpowering or underwhelming. The donut itself was so soft. It is one of my new favorite donut places. The inside was organized, and displays their donuts. I came in 30 minutes after they had opened and will definitely return. I finally got to try Oliboli and omg so glad I did! This is my first time having sourdough donuts and I don't think I can go back to regular donuts anymore! They make them fresh to order and it truly makes all the difference. The flavor options are also a good variety and such a delight. Oh dang these donuts are really expensive... HOWEVER!... it's absolutely worth it. Best donuts I've ever had. The texture was soft but still chewy, and it doesn't just disappear in your mouth like cotton candy. The flavor was good and all the glazes tasted exceptional. came here on a whim and i'm so glad i did! was welcomed with a smile and they were patient with me as i looked over all their unique flavors inside has a few tables to sit at and the left side has a small cafe portion their donuts here are made with sourdough which made them so fluffy but also crunchy! they're all made to order so it could take a little bit for your order to be made. i especially liked the banana flavor. these donuts are the perfect amount of airy, fluffy and crispy and wernt too sweet! such a treat! read more
In a small business center, I came across this Donut shop that specializes in fried to order gourmet sourdough donuts with seasonal flavors in a warm hip setting. Decent amount of seating, but most people who come here order to go. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, always checking up on their customers to see if they need anything or asking how they enjoyed their coffee or donut. I ordered the Coffee Crunch donut, it has oliboli fresh coffee glaze, coffee pudding, coffee whipped cream, and toffee crunch topping. The donut is really light and fluffy , I love the blend of flavors as it is not overpowering ad the crunch from toffee adds a great experience. I also ordered a Banoffee Latte. If sidecar doughnuts is your gold standard for amazing cake donuts then Oliboli is your place to go for the best quality raised donuts. Freshly made. They come warm and meant to be eaten as soon as you get your hands on them. We've had our share here and we love the cardamom, cinnamon and glazed. Can't go wrong with any of those. Their menu changes monthly but they have classics that are constant throughout the year. Seating is available inside and out. Cute little tables. Parking can be limited as there are other stores around the donut shop. Service is great, they carry merch and the t-shirt is a super soft material (still wears it around the house) Overall a win in our books! read more

Besides the normal flavored donuts of maple and glazed. They have passion fruit fool, banofee, cardamon bun. These are unique donuts because they use sourdough batter. We shared the Meyer lemon, Bumbleberry, and Passion Fruit Fool. I liked the lemon the best. The passion fruit was nice but probably get the other one without the cream next time. Donuts are too tier. I prefer over sidecar. These are more fluffy vs dense and the bumble berry is my fave along with Mayer lemon. They have seasonal flavors and the coffee is excellent. I get the alcohol one of the shaken espresso. read more

Must follow their social media for flavors of the month!!! I love in LA so I don't come down to Tustin very often, but when I do, spluging at oliboli is a MUST! I barely made it for their May guava flavors and so glad I did!!! The guava glaze is officially my absolute favorite donut of all time!!! Myer lemon was hitting today too! A lot more flavor than the first time. We did wait about 25 mins before digging in since we were being these to a friend's house. So they weren't piping hot anymore but I think I preferred it. I felt like I tasted the flavors more when they were cooler. However, you won't get that crisp bite that you would've gotten with a freshly pipping hot donut. I also tried the guava soda today, I wish they added more of the guava syrup tho. It was very tasty and refreshing but felt more like flavored soda water vs a guava soda if you know what I mean lol. I was shocked there was no line when I went on Saturday around 4pm. Lucky me!!! They did have self service ice cold water available which we absolutely had to partake since it was like 80° today! I stopped eating donuts a long time ago, until I found this place. These sourdough donuts go down so easy. The flavors are well balanced, not to sweet, curated just right. The staff are adorable and absolutely the friendliest. I love their rose matcha or cappuccino. This spot can get busy, but there's never a very long wait. Each donut is made to order fresh and comes out nice and warm. The best way to try these donuts is right there on location. Wow... wow... wow... these donuts are not like any run of the mill fried dough!!! These donuts are made to order!!! If you are going to eat sugar and fried dough it better be worth it and these are!!! The Meyer lemon has the perfect ratio of sour tanginess to sweetness. The glaze is not too thick or too thin. The dough is delightfully fluffy with a slight chewy texture. The banana is incredibly rich but shockingly not overly sweet. The donuts here are fried to order, which is so special, but probably takes a while if you come at a peak hour! But I came on a random Thursday afternoon, so there was no line. Hooray! I ordered a Meyer lemon, banoffee, and a strawberry rhubarb cobbler (which is a seasonal item). I always have a great experience here: everyone is warm and friendly, it's spacious and cozy inside with cute decor, and the donuts are INSANE. Very comparable to Sidecar, but dare I say it? I finally made my way over to Tustin one day and tried this popular donut spot! Oliboli, you've been bookmarked for years now and I finally got to check you off my list! The shop is pretty spacious, clean, bright and inviting with cute decor and a big display of donuts. There were many flavors to choose from and I had a hard time narrowing down my options. I finally decided on their popular Meyer Lemon Glazed, Summer Sprinkle (for my daughter), and Harry's Berries Strawberry Glazed which was one of their seasonal flavors. The donuts are made to order so there was a bit of a wait even though there was only one other person waiting. It was worth the wait though! The donuts were so delicious!! We all really enjoyed it. These were totally my type of donut--light, fluffy, flavorful, unique, not too heavy, not too sweet. I wish this place were closer to me. I would come here all the time! read more
This location has really delicious donuts. I really enjoyed the banana pudding doughnut. Also, once arriving, I saw that parking was very open and had no trouble parking. The seating inside was very open. I got to enjoy my donut in there as well. I thought the texture of the donut was really delicious. It was fluffy and not very oily. I thought the flavor was spot on banana pudding and I really liked it. It was an extremely over sweet. The staff was really patient with us since it took us a little while after looking through their whole selection. Overall, the prices were not overpriced, and I did overall love the donuts I would come back again. read more

I called to ask if you still make a vegan treat but got forwarded to an order sight and hung up on. I have no idea if you still make a vegan donut but won't be heading there right now? 🤷🏻♀️

Does anyone know when Oliboli Donuts will have their Oliboli mini donut bites/holes? I was able to get it once (I don't remember what month) and ever since (I've been back two or three times), they always tell me it's seasonal.

Yes. We use a 40 hour fermentation for our dough, made from scratch in house!
Is Chai latte discontinued?
They don't have a chai donut but they do still offer chai lattes on their drink menu (not sure which you are referring to)
How's their coffee?
I had the Americano during my last visit. It was good. Doesn’t have the overextract acidity so the brew time is right. Not sure what type of beans are used, it was on the nutty side and less on the fruity. Aroma is plenty.
Are there gluten free options?

I have not seen any during my visits. I would guess they would like to establish things before they head in that direction.
Are there any vegan options here🍩?
They don't post that specifically but I know the donuts are fried in coconut oil. They are so friendly and wonderful there; definitely ask! :)
