Cute local boba place, but makes mistakes with drinks. The peach passion fruit tea is quite good. I like the peach bits in the drink and the size of the drink. I mentioned I would like boba in the drink but it came without boba. I also tried the dirty strawberry drink, it mainly tasted like milk and some strawberry pieces and strawberry popping boba, not great but not bad if you like milk. The service was fast. Headed to get dim sum the other day and decided to stop by this aesthetic boba shop! What drew me in was definitely their cute logo + cups. We decided to try their more popular drinks, you know, to get the full experience. So we got the cheese yogurt foam mango and strawberry + the strawberry dirty milk ($6 each). The pricing for the drinks was pretty standard, if anything a couple cents cheaper than other places. The drinks themselves were delicious! They used actual yogurt instead of yakult for the yogurt drinks which I liked. And the dirty strawberry milk comes with these super cute star lychee! Besides that, I would skip out on that drink b/c it just tasted like lychee milk. They have all the classic drinks a boba shop would have, but they also have a lot of cool and pretty speciality drinks. In addition, they have coffee! Another plus to the place was that they had free milk alternatives! We love not having to pay extra for vegans/ lactose intolerant people! The reason for the four star though was the lack of urgency and customer service. There was only one worker, but the worker didn't even acknowledge us. So it took us like 7 minutes before we could even order (and they were only making one drink). Overall, if you are looking for a delicious and aesthetic boba shop, this is a great spot! read more

I came to Oops Cafe two days in a row. Yesterday, the staff member was incredibly patient and helpful. I appreciated her service and left a tip. However, my experience this afternoon, Nov. 5th, was completely different and disappointing. Today's staff was, at best, dismissive and disrespectful. If this had been my first visit, I honestly wouldn't have come back. It's surprising how one staff member can so drastically impact a customer's perception of a brand. The afternoon was very slow, so this lack of attentiveness was shocking. She seemed more interested in her phone than in engaging with guests or offering any level of care. All the drinks looked delicious, so I asked a few questions to find the best option. Instead of being helpful, she responded with visible annoyance, giving only minimal responses, often just pointing to the menu without saying anything. It felt like she didn't want to be there at all. When other customers said goodbye, there was no response--just silence. Later, another customer accidentally spilled a drink on the grass mat, yet she made no effort to clean it up, remaining behind the bar and let it air dry. Honestly, I think a kiosk could have done a better job than this staff member. If she's going to work here, perhaps it would be better if she stayed behind the scenes making drinks, as customer service does not seem to be her strength. I'm not sure if the owner is aware of this situation, but it's worth noting. With such delicious and beautifully presented drinks in a charming space, this business could easily earn five stars and become much more popular--if only it weren't for such discouraging staff interactions. read more

Decent amount of parking for all. This also the 1st location. The 2nd location is in Temple City (recently opened). Ambiance/Decor: Nice ambiance with modern furnishings through out the shop to sit and enjoy ones company. They also have and neat decor along the walls (inside) and outside of the shop that you can take pictures of/with. Service: Service was good and drinks didn't take long to get to us. Drink Of Choice: Had the summer lemonade drink that came agar boba. Absolutely loved the drink. The only complaint was that the lemon slices were sliced so thin. There were times times when I felt like choking. The lemon slice would go through the straw really quickly and would cause me to choke. Not a fan of tapioca balls (boba) in general, but I did like the agar boba. It was nice and chewy. Plus, it's also an healthy alternative to the tapioca pearls Food Of Choice: This shop doesn't offer any food. If you want snacks or panini sandwiches, go to the Temple City location. Such a let down, heard ready good things and read the amazing reviews but today was not their day. I know it's not the server's fault that it was busy and he was the only one working. He was a machine, taking orders, making drinks and customer service. In our experience today two of the three drinks were made wrong. On mine he filled the drink 3/4 of the way and requested for it to be filled completely, upon the request he only added the hot tea which unbalanced the flavor of the overall drink. On the other, he forgot to add the boba which is the key ingredient to the drink. When making the correction he changed the same drink into another cup that did not have the brown sugar. Did not even want to ask for more corrections as he told the next family it would take him 20-30 minutes to make their drinks, they left immediately. Aside from the hick ups the decor and space is nice and inviting. Except for the giant Costco packages of supplies stacked in the restroom and hallway since they don't have a storage place. Might give them another try another day when I'm in the area, hopefully they live up to their previous reviews. read more

Both were delicious and creamy, I added boba to mine. Their boba is chewy and not overly sweet. I'm hoping to try a milk tea drink next time, like the tiramisu milk tea flavor. Parking: Pretty sizable lot, it's all free. Easy to get in and out for me. I remember trying this specific location when it was first opened and operated. The fruit drinks here match my preferences. They're not that sweet which means I don't have to make modifications. My go to here is anything peach or watermelon related. I can't speak for other drinks but I have never had a problem with the consistency of the drinks. I come here sporadically and the drinks always hit. When I first came here service was super fast and possible. The other times coming around here have been hit or miss depending on who was taking the orders. But it was never to the point where I felt inconvenienced. The place has changed a little bit since covid hours and has more seating available with more space.
