This is my go to place for breakfast! They are open from 6am to 3pm Monday through Friday which is great because I like to get in early and grab my breakfast to go. They have limitless options ranging from bagels, burgers, chicken tenders, breakfast burritos, smoothies, wraps, home made salad platters, soups, baked goodies!!, fish platters, etc! As you can see, there is something for everyone, which is why this place is always super busy! That's the only thing I don't like because even for a take out, you have to wait few minutes. Their food is fresh though which I love. Today I had their palm beach breakfast burrito which is simple and light! It has eggs, cheese, home fries in a soft tortilla with a side of salsa. It was delicious. Next time I want to try their southwest burrito which has pepper jack and jalapeños since I like spicy food! Last time I came here with a group of friends during lunch and we all loved their "create your own omelette" because they have plenty of fresh options to pick from. I usually get their veggie omelette with side of home fries. And I also want to mention that if you want something light and healthy, they have hummus and fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, stuff it tomato which is stuffed with homemade salad. Typically they have great breakfast sandwiches. Today they gave my sandwich to someone else picking up a to go order. 5 min later he brought it back in and they gave him his. They did NOT throw the returned sandwich in the trash. I watched them (yes, 3 employees) unwrap it - toast a new bagel - take the sandwich he returned around the corner - and min later hand me my sandwich. I got outside opened it an the bagel was warm but the egg and cheese were cold. This is unacceptable at any time. But during Covid!?! Seriously? The food here is pretty good especially for the price. If you're looking for a tasty breakfast that's decently priced this is the place! The home fries look simple but they come with lots of flavor. I confess, it says I have only have had 10 checkins here, but considering that most of my experience with Palm Beach Bagel has been mostly deliveries to my office, this is the most frequently used breakfast establishment I have ever eaten in or have gone to in my entire life. A lot more than 10 visits. In fact, it is quite embarrassing that I am only writing this review now. No hard feelings, but my activity from Palm Beach Bagel speaks for itself. Palm Beach Bagel is located right across he street from my office on Yamato Rd. in the Shoppes at Blue Lake. There is nothing they do not have for a hearty and well prepared breakfast or lunch. I only have eaten there or have had deliveries for breakfast, so that is my experience, over and over again. The Staff and in store Service: As soon as I have arrived when I physically go here, they greet me immediately and seat me and with no hesitation, there is always a server right at the table to ask for coffee, automatically give you water and within a couple minutes take my order. I have been here with friends as well who also frequent here, and it is always the same consistent service. In and out within 45 minutes without any issues. Yes, this place can be quite busy and not a lot of time for server chit chat, but that is what you expect here. Fantastic, Consistent Delivery Service: If one is in the vicinity of getting delivery's from Palm Beach Bagel, not only is the delivery timely, but if you do it often enough, they make a point to get to know you, know what you like and pretty much will tell me what I am about to order. The staff is so friendly over the phone and they make sure they know my phone number and / or extension so if there is any issues, they know how to reach me. Not many issues. BUT..... if there are, and I have had just a few, they MAKE IT RIGHT. Not going into detail, I must say that for as many times I have ordered from here, the few that I have, the OWNER makes sure she gets involved and goes above and beyond. She lets you know she cares for sure. Lets get to the good stuff: THE FOOD. The quality, portions and variety that keeps me coming back. Although I usually order and Egg White Omelet with Nova and Onions, No Bagel or Toast, only tomato, Oatmeal or Grits, I will mix it up and get a Spinach , Mushroom and Onion Omellet from time to time. Sometimes I order Turkey Sausage on the side. Never ate an egg white omelet so full and fluffy. The vegetables are so fresh and that alone could be my whole breakfast. They never take any short cuts and it is like that every time. It always is delivered HOT, oatmeal and grits hot and that is all I ever expect. What I really miss, which I have slowed down ordering is their Nova and Bagel Sandwich. Their bagels are so fresh, toasted and a very healthy portion of Nova. Nothing short of perfect from Palm Beach Bagel. Ok, so after ordering so many breakfasts, (I lied), I started to love the variety of healthy alternatives of sandwiches and wraps for lunch. I usually will get a Turkey or Tuna Spinach Wrap, simple, but Palm Beach Bagel has 20 signature wraps to chose from, 21 grilled sandwiches, and 21 sandwich combinations. Home made soups, SMOOTHIES, yes smoothies and endless sides to order along with the meal. For as many items they have to offer for lunch, the breakfast menu is just as diverse, with several omelet combinations or "make your own" omelet. I never need to feel guilty after dining here or ordering in. There are so many healthy items on the menu, did I mention smoothies? Oh yes. They know what it is to cook an omelet "dry", to put butter and cream cheese on the side and they give a lot of Veggie combinations on the menu for non meat eaters. Can't ever go wrong. If I wanted to go to the "other side" I could order 3 eggs, Hash Browns, Corned Beef Hash, Bacon or Sausage and a Fresh Bagel with Cream Cheese. Believe me, I've seen that dish. Tempting. I have the evidence of the consistency and customer service at Palm Beach Bagel because if I had to take a stab at the number of meals I have eaten from here, it could be close to 100 over the last 2 years. I have to say, I prefer to leave positive reviews, but will leave a negative review if necessary...and it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. We have ordered delivery on multiple occasions. The food is tasty, but twice before my coworker returned her food. Once was dirty lettuce, the next was a dirty tomato. I can over look dirty vegetables to a point, but there are some things I just cant get beyond. Today there is a dead fly in her meal. YES...A DEAD FLY. Not an easily overlooked little fruit fly or gnat...we are talking a FULL ON DEAD HOUSEFLY! DISGUSTING. How someone ever closed the lid on this food container without seeing it is beyond me. Terrible delivery driver . Extremely unprofessional, and lacks timeliness.I placed a order at 12:30 for my work lunch . Order did not arrive until 1:40pm and my office building is 4 minutes away from the restaurant! Then the driver delivered to the wrong building. Which was not the address I provided for delivery. I had to walk to another building to pick up my food order . Which is a good 1/2 mile away . The driver had the audacity to be rude and belligerent towards me because I didn't want to leave a tip for him inconveniencing me. Saying things like he should have took the food back but sir you went to the wrong address ? Sorry not sorry, The driver is too old to do deliveries. Hire someone else to do it . Someone that can follow a gps . I never had this issue through door dash . This was my last time ordering from this place . I really like this place I go out of my way to eat here. The ladies are very friendly but unfortunately, the last couple of times I went there. My food was terrible like someone didn't even care if they made it. It's a shame and they were frustrated to with the establishment, I hope that the owner who is a very nice guy reads this and can speak to the guys in the back and if they don't want a job they should get out of there because they can't even cook scrambled eggs correctly and every time I order french fries they're singed with grease and they told me that's just the way they are Otherwise the staff was very nice. I used to love this place and for many many years have gone and enjoyed their food, particularly their omelettes. I heard about a year ago or so the place was taken over by a new owner and everything since then has started going downhill. I was there on Sunday, June 2, 2024 with my grandson and wife. We ordered food and everything went very well. The service suffers greatly but we enjoyed the situation. When I was checking out, my grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich and my wife had a grilled cheese sandwich. My grandson was 588 and my wife was 1088. I asked why there was a difference, considering the size of the sandwich looked the same, etc. When I got to the front desk, I just asked the general question I was just curious. As I was inquiring with the people at the checkout area, a gentleman approximately 17 to 18 years old said he used to work there and started interfering with my conversation with the girls. So I turned around and asked him to please mind his own business. He's not part of this conversation and then he got rowdy. He called me an old man and I am and he wanted me to step outside and he wanted to fight, because I asked him to step away from a conversation that he had nothing to do with and no one wanted his opinion. I didn't back down and I walked outside and I guess his mother was there and he never followed outside. But no one in that whole place said anything to anybody or helped out a customer whatsoever. Ever since the place was taken over they have a problem getting help and some of the people that used to work there who were really great are no longer there. I do enjoy their food, but the service is lacking greatly!will we be back there again? We will wait and see! So Service is not that great and needs improvement. I think they could change their name to Palm Beach Salads if they wanted to. Everything from their extensive menu comes out of the kitchen, fresh, tasty and in generous portions. But I find their salads to be especially impressive and delicious. I usually choose one of their cobb salads with grilled chicken, a large scoop of tuna or turkey for lunch, but whatever you choose, it will be first class. Every time I go sit in with my girlfriend at around noon or 1 o'clock, we always get the same server who seems like she needs to force some hospitality. Regardless of her poorly acted serving performance, the food tickles my tummy. This is not a review bashing the establishments workers. This is simply a review for the ages. The build your own omelette is amazing because the size of the omelette you get along with the added ingredients such as broccoli, mushrooms, meat choice, tomatoes, peppers and more. The bagels are delicious and my husband says that they make the best Matzoh Brie around. The owners, Jill and Howie, are always present making sure that everything is perfect. Used to come here years ago, and just decided to pop in for an early, sit down breakfast. Hot, delicious coffee was the perfect starter. Menu has everything you'd want - but make sure to order one of their tasty bagels. The eggs and bagel came out just as ordered, well made and scrumptious. The potatoes were not hot - not even warm, so they certainly didn't come off the griddle. But everything else was solidly crafted. A few small additional items: the restrooms still say men and women; in this day and age it's much more inclusive just to change the sign and have two all-gender restrooms. I'm also no fan of air dryer only in the bathrooms. Those things never dry your hands, and then you got to figure out how to open the door without an actual paper towel. The food is always delicious but I've been very turned off lately by how rude and fake the staff is. My thing is if you don't like to work around people don't get a job as a server. The service is the most disappointing part about the restaurant but when you order to go the food isn't the same. I have now been here twice and enjoyed the experience each time. Friendly service, extensive menu and tasty food make this a real good place to check out for breakfast or lunch. My nephew's office building is across the road and they eat here or take out from here a lot. Last time I had a tuna wrap and this time I had a nova and onion omelet. Both good to excellent.
