Visited Pandor Artisan Bakery and Café and had a positive experience. The bakery items were well-executed, with good texture and flavor. The menu offers a nice variety of pastries, coffee, and brunch options. The space is clean, bright, and inviting. Service was efficient and welcoming. A solid choice for a casual brunch or coffee stop.

I've been to Pandor and honestly it's a good place for coffee & quick pastry grab, however the food here just seems to decline in quality over the years. Le parisien panini was my fav and can you imagine my frustration when I bite into this and find a sum of two tiny cornichons sliced in half. The concept of this place is great but execution just keeps to miss, I wish the management paid more attention to the quality of food they serve to people. My honest advice to anyone who adores this place is do yourself a favor and visit L'Orange cafe in orange circle, they have exactly same pastries and menu and they actually put effort into the food.

Came to meet up with family for a nice lunch. For some reason they weren't able to process a gift card for payment. Service was not so great. Not sure if the young man at register was new but we ordered things, did not realize he didn't include them on our receipt and while we waited realized the items were never ordered and they were not coming. The inside and outside was busy with customers. The big table by the counter was reserved but no one was sitting on it. We went to the outside patio in the corner by the other restaurants. My savory crepe was cold because I waited for everyone else's ores to come. I was not too impressed with this visit but still enjoy the food, pastries and drinks.

Great customer service staff was very nice friendly, professional and very nice The coffee was fresh and hot The dessert was so delicious and fresh Thank you for all great service

I got an email saying I could come get a $20 birthday treat for free. This was confirmed on the app as well. When I went in today I was told "it was a glitch" and that they would not honor it. The counter person was very polite; however, I didn't appreciate this lack of customer service from management.

Simply the best chai lattes and pastries in town. Great service as usual. They now have more covered patio seating which is awesome!

Such a sweet and delicious place! Everyone one is so kind, it was definitely busy in there however it was so calm. You can tell everyone who works there loves what they do, they take time and pay attention to details. I got the OMG latte and excuse me but I was so happy that it said crème brûlée topping and they actually whipped out a little torch and did it super delicious! The food was fantastic, between the kind service and good food I would 100% come back!

Has some nice brunch type options, but the standouts here are the bakery goods and the gelato. I had the dark chocolate gelato which was yummy and had great flavor. Also, I didn't take a photo but I also got a chocolate croissant that was really tasty. I think they also sell wine but I'm not 100% sure. Would be great to come here for a croissant and a mimosa followed by the gelato.

First time visiting and honestly came to buy only the Pain Aux Raisin, then I glanced over the menu and couldn't resist trying out a savory crepe, and chose the Chicken & Mushroom with herbs de Provence bechamel and Green Tea, peach flavored, it was delicious!! Place was busy and noise level is low, you can have a conversation. Servers are nice, polite and friendly. Good to know they have another location in Newport Beach.

I found this cute café on Yelp and decided to check it out. As soon as you walk in, the ambiance gives you the cozy feeling of a creekside café. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. I ordered the Hazelnut Iced Latte and the Romeo and Juliet crepes -- both were absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be coming back again soon.

Pandor is my wondor. The elegant sinplicity of this cafe/bakery keeps me coming back. My go to is the soup and bread which is already some of my favorite food types. The soup is simple yet complex. Always comes out hot and always comes with delicious bread to dip it in. It's not made to stuff you to the brim if that is what you are looking for, but it's great for brunch and snack time. Their Nutella cortado is amazing with the right amount of milk and Nutella to cut down on the severe acidity of regular cortados. Wonderful place. Their membership card is a little difficult to sign up for, but make sure you sign up before you pay so that you can start getting rewards!

Pandor has a great space to enjoy breakfast. I went here and ordered a cappuccino, a croissant, and a Romeo and Juliet crêpe. The crêpe had Nutella banana and strawberries. The croissant was not the best but I very much enjoyed the coffee and crepe. They have a huge menu of food items to explore. I just sat and relaxed and enjoyed. It was great. Casual. Good service. Good parking. Please come and create your own adventure.

The review is a long time coming, as Pandor tends to be my go to spot given my proximity and caffeine's iron grip on my morning routine. But just because my commute brings me time and again doesn't mean I will go out of my way to come here, I mean literally. Food: 3.5 out of 5 -Both the formal menu and the display case offer a large variety of sweet and/or savory selections with nothing in particular being offensive or bad. It's just that nothing in particular is spectacular or notable with everything seeming adequate in terms of portion sizes and quality. The coffee drinks also meet basic standards for you're typical espresso or machine pour coffee, but nothing to attract devoted coffee aficionados. Ambiance: 4 out of 5 What is attractive about Pandor is its ample seating inside offering ample room between all guests and patrons. Non-seated space is open and the color scheme of the store is bright but not overwhelming, matching the colorful pastries in the display cases. There is a TV playing above the entrance playing European news that adds to the pseduo-Euro theme. Service: 4 out of 5 Overall everyone is pleasant and attentive, including during the busiest times of the day. Kudos to the hard workers who bus tables quickly once customers leave. Price: 3.5 out of 5 Nothing particular of note, but fair pricing even in an expensive area such as Tustin Marketplace Overall: 3.75 With limited sit-down coffee options in the market place as of the pending of this review, Pandor does stand out as a slower paced and welcoming option. However for coffee specifically, I recommend going further out of the uniform beige that yells Irvine Company. But if you do find yourself spending a long day shopping in the Marketplace, I would recommend coming here for a reasonably priced and simple brunch filled with both locals and visiting shoppers who are taking a break from the chaos of capitalism that is Tustin Marketplace.

And I truly believe that they are not really made out to be a full-service restaurant as much as I like their dedication and drive. I had a reservation at 7 pm. I checked in at 6:45 pm. At 7:25 pm, they brought us in and did not have a table ready for us. They made a table then after a table left 15 minutes later, they rearranged us. I do not understand why you offer reservations if you will not actually honor the system. Around 8 pm, we asked if we could order as they had only brought water. Listen I understand. You're closing soon. You only had 1 server for the entire restaurant the weekend of Valentines. You have to go lean on the busiest last weekend ..? I don't actually understand. When all came to, they were not offering dessert because "they were saving it for Valentine's Day". No notification about when their kitchen closed and no asks if anybody wanted to order for to-go. On top of that, everyone did not have free parking and had to pay upon exit even with validation. You will do great as a ghost kitchen since the food was good and everyone enjoyed it. If you come back as a full service, I would seriously reconsider how you do business.

To experience as much of the menu as possible, we ordered several dishes to share. We started with the Burrata and the Butcher's House Pate. Both were excellent, but a special shout-out has to go to the bread and butter. The bread quality is top-notch, and the butter is divine--it immediately reminded me of the high-quality butter I've had in France. Before the mains, we shared the Butcher's Salad. It was incredibly refreshing and the perfect palate cleanser. We opted not to add protein to the salad since we knew we had a feast coming, and it was the right call. Since they are known for their butchery, most of our group went with steaks. Two friends ordered the steak and eggs, and I went with the classic Steak Frites. The steak was cooked to perfection and the accompanying sauce was amazing. Both the potatoes and the fries were standout sides--perfectly crispy and seasoned. Toulouse Sausage was a total hidden gem! It was incredibly juicy and flavorful. I tried a bite of my friend's cod, and it proved that they handle seafood just as expertly as their meats. It was delicate and fresh. While I didn't get a chance to try the cocktails this time, I noticed they have a full bar with a great selection. I already have my eye on the Espresso Martini for my next visit! Overall, a fantastic spot for a celebration or a nice date night. I can't wait to come back.

They clearly care deeply about hospitality and creating a true culinary experience. Honestly, the entire team is top-notch, but on our most recent visit, Kara took especially great care of us. She remembered our preferences, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without needing to ask, and made my birthday feel special while also giving my husband and me space (I dislike when wait staff at smaller restaurants hover - they don't do that at all). The way the staff serves, takes orders, clears, etc. is like a really well-rehearsed dance - they want everything to be paced, smooth, and efficient (without feeling forced or robotic) and it really makes a difference. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, with thoughtful attention put into every detail of the flavor profile and color palette. They NEVER miss. I love how they refresh the menu a few times during the year to showcase seasonal ingredients while still staying true to the restaurant's overall identity. They also have a selection of dining experiences - I always go for the 3 course prefix during lunch and the portion sizes and timing of each course is perfect. Also highly recommend their afternoon tea on Saturdays. Couldn't find a more luxurious afternoon tea experience in OC! I genuinely hope they continue to do well! It's a pleasure to be a guest and feel pampered for a special day or an elevated casual meal with friends/family. Will be back many times in the future!

Definitely will be back for the dessert at least... and maybe the tasting menu. Apple (vanilla panna cotta, tatin, earl grey crumble, granny smith: compressed & gelee, green apple sorbet): You gotta come here for dessert. This was phenomenal. The earl grey crumble was delicious and plays well with the sweet tartness of the granny smiths. I'd say the component that felt out of place was the compressed pieces; they tasted like an fresh apple version of tandra which was too sweet and the layers meshed together. Main diver scallops (cauliflower, romanesco, capers, lemon confit, crostini): The scallops were so juicy and perfectly seared on the top. The cauliflowers were good but lackluster. The server told me there's cauliflower puree on the bottom which was yummy. Lemon confit who? There was an essence of lemon but nothing very present. Crostini was essentially like mini plain croutons. Wild Alaskan halibut (braised & fermented fennel, castelvetrano olives, preserved lemon): Only tried a bite of the fish and fennel. The fish was very nicely cooked and the crust on top was delightful. The fennel was sour due to fermentation but I didn't particularly enjoy it.

First off, I loved the cozy, charming European vibe of this place, with the indoor and outdoor dining. They got so many things on the menu that I feel it's perfect for eating meals or just getting some light drinks and desserts. I got the vegetarian omelet, apparently one of their best sellers, and I was amazed by the taste of it. The eggs themselves plus the side veggies, fruits, and butter made for a tasty and visually appealing meal. The Utopia Latte is the way to go, both for taste and presentation. I even tried the fruit tart and the chocolate baklava (yep, pretty unique). I feel I wanted to try everything on the menu. It's one of the restaurants that's worth a second visit. I think it's even cool how it's in a mall complex so you can shop or walk around afterwards, perhaps even go to Planet Fitness right around the corner. I would highly recommend Utopia if you want delicious food and a unique European vibe!

I read it could take longer but I honestly think they forgot about my order. I was here with two other people and their food arrived first and I encouraged them to start eating without me. We had to go in and ask about it and they said they would check on it halfway through their meal. They finished their entire bowls food and we still had to wait before the food came out. In hindsight, we would've rather just canceled the order and received a refund the moment everyone else had finished eating and I was still waiting. Wish they were more apologetic or communicative about it.
