I was incredibly impressed by the customer service here! Each employee was very helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience there! I ordered a cookie through the app, but when I got there they were out. The manager offered me four free chocolate chip cookies, but I decided to get three snickerdoodles from another employee instead. I shared the cookies with my two friends and they were delicious! A girlfriend and I began a breakfast club because of this place! I have had the breakfast souffles a couple times from different Paneras! I'm pretty sure I have tried each of the 4 flavors! The prices are a bit steep for breakfast especially for this recession, but, you it is well worth the indulgence for a quality souffle made with real butter and other fine ingredients! My home internet failed so spent my morning (8 til noon) working from this Panera. Two observations from my 4 hrs there: 1) Its about 80 degrees inside. Not sure if its bad circulation or they try to keep operating expenses down with minimal air conditioning; but it was uncomfortable inside. 2) This location is down right filthy... tables never once washed between customers. The worst is the bathrooms...really dirty and unkept...something so basic not addressed at this location. Once I saw this I limited my order to diet coke...thanks. read more

I have eaten at this new location a few times. It has been okay but today it was disappointing. Ordered soup and the bowl arrived luke warm and maybe 1/3 full took it back to the counter asking if there should be more and was told no. My husband ordered the two item meal. He had more soup than I did and he loved it. However his grilled cheese sandwich looked like you would get in a grade school cafeteria. The bread wasn't cooked and the cheese inside was burnt. The food is delicious here. It's my go to when I'm at the mall. Nice and quiet place to meet with people (unless school just got out in which case there's lots of teenagers, but not too bad) the service is good. My boyfriend and I came to the new drive thru for a quick snack. After ordering our food we tried paying with a gift card but the lady at the window tells us there's nothing in it even though we've never used it before. No big deal, so we paid with card. We park to check the gift card online and says the card is loaded with money. We then walked in to show proof that our card had money to possibly get our money refunded but the lady at the register says she won't refund our money and that their "gift card system is down." I understand technical difficulties but maybe tell the customer that in the first place when being handed the gift card instead of telling them that they're gift card has no money? I think Humans have been eating bread and soup for centuries. I got hungry and heard this place has bread bowl soups. I know back in the Middle Ages humans didn't care if there dishes were clean but I think in 2015 it's a good idea to clean your plates and flatware. This place might not know that. The turkey sandwich was just a slice of turkey tomato, lettuce onion on 2 slices of white bread nothing on it! Placed an order via phone for "RAPID pick up", I get there to pick up at the specified time and 2 out of my 3 items were missing. One girl bring me my other item and I'm still waiting for my coffee (caramel latte).. it takes them another 10 minutes to have it ready, they made the coffee wrong so they had to remake it. Love the food but its been a several times when we've arrive about two-three hours before closing during the week and weekend and they've ran out of almost everything! My friend, a nice of hers, my husband and I went yesterday. I had ordered a "pick two" an italian sandwich toasted and the lady told me the had ran out of the bread it comes with and that they only had two options to choose from which i had to settle. When i chose one of the two she did mentioned it would be a smaller sandwhich because of the kind of bread. I also wanted a soup in the bread bowl and she also said they ran out of it too(the bread bowl). I had to settle for the regular cup of soup. Then she asked me what would i like for my side item, ships, cookie, or bread, and i sarcastically asked her if they even had the bread for the side, she laughed and said yes (i guess is not their problem if they don't have enough food supply). My friend had also order a pick two with a bread as a side and they had told her in advanced that the had enough. When we received our orders my sandwhich was not toasted as i had told her and when the server brought my friend her order she said she brought her another kind of bread because they ran out of the one she ordered. And last my friend's nice was almost done with her soup when she finds a small piece of hair at the bottom of her cup. Luckly she is not the kind of person that gets grossed out and she just stopped eating her soup. I just received a called from them when i was writing this review and the lady explained to me what their process is. That they only have so many breads to bake a day i expressed to her that they need to improve in that specially when there is just a couple of Paneras around our area specially when they have so many costumers. If I can rate this place negative I will. The service is poor and to top it off the management is even worse. We waited for our order for 30 min just for soup and salad. We called server to follow up and was told our order wasn't in the kitchen. Waited another 10 min we were told they are making our order manager came back saying we didn't he four order be we didn't pay and told them that's impossible bec we got the receipt this time they told us we will get our meal prepared which will take another wait time. This location has left quite an after taste in my mouth. Customer service here the times I have been (3) in two months has been below par. The last time the staff had recognized we waited for over 30 minutes and felt bad and gave us treats. This time the receipt was thrown on the counter. When asked about two things; the first about product and the second about the rewards program, the cashier was not too happy to explain either. Lastly, my food was tossed on the counter for my to-go orders spilling my soup in the bag. For the price of the food the service is not worth coming here any longer. Horrible experience. I had two rewards that expired on the day that I went in to use them. Online it only says they will expire that day not a specific time. Naturally you would think you have all day to use it. When I went in, these rewards said they had expired at 2am. Absolutly ridiculous. The staff was extremely unhelpful, refusing to do anything. I love this location! Staff are always friendly and seems like they love their jobs. Great place to grab lunch and study. I always order the chicken tortellini alfredo pasta. The best thing about Panera is the speed of service. I usually pick the "U pick 2" which is a half sandwich and cup of soup. The coffee bar is impressive with many cool condiments for every taste. All the drinks are refillable and if you dine-in you just leave it! Oh and don't forget the free wifi and great environment to read or chat with a friend. read more

I love the place. The food is as healthy as I can bare and still delish. My favorites so far are the turkey sandwich and broccoli and cheddar soup with a frozen mocha for dessert. It's a great place to study as a group or individually. Free wifi and the music isn't obnoxious. Best part is the service. The employees are great at what they do, I second a raise! I like how when you dine-in you basically get served without all the bother of a big restaurant. They serve you your food and leave you alone until they see an empty dish to be waitered away. Food is good but they can't get orders right. Last time a cookie was missing from an order and I was told I would be refunded. That never happened and I've since lost the receipt. Today my wife ordered a salad with no arugula and added cucumbers and it came out with arugula. The server was nice and said it was romaine and when my wife picked out more he stated some may have gotten in when mixed but reassured us that they didn't put any in the salad. Long story short I sent it back as my wife had to keep picking out arugula. 15 minutes later I have to go back to see where the salad is. It's finally ready and the same server follows me to set it down at our table. As she gets ready to bite in she noticed they forgot the cucumbers!?! Once again I have to get up and bring it back.
