I bought a coffee and when I drank from it tastes nasty. I opened the lid and the creamer they used was bad. Never again will I buys anything from there.

I like this location for their egg and cheese ciabatta breakfast sandwich. It goes well with their name brand coffee. The inside is nice and clean and there are plenty of spots to sit and chill. The service is friendly, there are a lot of pastries and bagels to choose from, and the sandwiches are prepared really well.

I accidentally made a mistake on my drive-thru mobile order, so I parked and went inside to have it fixed. Bryan helped me right away--no hassle at all--and I was out in seconds! The customer service here is always excellent, and this location has been consistently great. I'll always choose this store over the one near my home. Thanks Bryan! This totally made it a great work day!

Ive been here more than a few times for the walnut chicken salad sandwitch. A couple times the lettice was not fresh so I removed it. Today I ordered with no lettice and the tomatoe wasn't fresh. I found bits of lettice burried in the sandwitch and I was also given a pickle that looked like it had been ate on. Save your money, the quality is not up to par on a saturday afternoon.

Went through the drive-through to pick up my online order for a dozen bagels and cream cheese. Got to the office and this is the crap that I find. I'm standing here trying to match bagels for my meeting and it looks like they gave me used or partial items. So unacceptable.

The food was fabulous and tasty perfect breakfast meal. The staff is nice and friendly. They were patient to answer all our questions because there is so much to choose. The dining area was nice and quiet they also have dining space outside.

This location is actually why our family became fans of Panera, however the cleanliness of the dining area has diminished. They once had an employee keep the area clean. They still have two very kind and friendly staff members and occasionally you will see the manager assist the pick up counter or cashiers. The food is still good and we have enjoyed the new menu. Hopefully this review will improve a location we visit after movies and doctor visits.

If you want to see a high end Panera Bread, check out this place, got a huge entrance building outside with a different logo design on the top, has a big drive thru. Inside was clean and spacious, and I will tell you how to rate each Panera by only looking at one thing, the Monin Syrup bottle, make sure it's next to the drink counter not the back of the kitchen, and if it's full, you know what's up :) meaning they refilled it, and they trusted to leave it out for the public to use since it wasn't cheap. That's all I can say about this place, I must have missed out Downey, because it was good, it looked good, and the people in the dining area seemed to enjoy it as well.

We were craving some warm pho on a cold night, and Soup Shop sounded like the perfect spot. The plaza Soup Shop is located in is usually super crowded, but if you go after 9pm when most of the other restaurants and shops are closed, you'll find plenty of parking. Write your name down on the waiting list at the front podium and then wait for your name to be called. They have a few seats to wait right outside the door. Once we were seated, we were given menus. I really like that their menu has a lot of large photos of the dishes, so you know what you're getting! Once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly despite being busy. For appetizers, we ordered the Crunchy Pork "Bao" since it sounded unique. Inside the bao is pork shoulder, mushroom, Vietnamese sausage, and quail egg. The outside has a thin, perfectly crispy layer that gives a nice little crunch when you bite into it. Really enjoyed these and would recommend! We also got the Crusted Parmesan Cauliflower. Not sure what's in the sauce, but it's sweet, tangy, and delicious! It's also topped with fried onion, cilantro, cucumber, and parmesan cheese. Also a winner! For entrees, we got the Chicken Pho and the Pho Ribeye. For the chicken Pho, you can get it with thigh or breast meat. I got it with breast meat, and they gave a good amount of meat! A little dry, but I appreciated that it was nice and lean. The flavor of the soup is really good. Pho Ribeye was also tasty! Hit the spot.

June 2026 Updated review:…read more Bowls have been dumbed down by 40%. Less meat, more noodles, less broth and less veggie amenities. Truly disappointing since they upped the prices as well. So you're paying more for less good food. I would hope they read my reviews and go back to how they served big bowls of yummy pho with great ingredients. I know food is expensive but they've already increased their prices to offshoot current inflation. SO GO BACK TO HOW YOU USED TO SERVE PHO.

My absolute favorite is the Greek chicken salad--I can't even explain how good it is, it's just that delicious every single time. Recently, my sisters surprised me for my birthday by taking me there, and we had such a great time. It made the experience even more special. Their pastries are also amazing--fresh and so tasty. What really stands out to me is the customer service. We had such a kind and friendly server who took the time to talk with us, which made us feel so welcome. That's the kind of service that keeps you coming back. We ended up staying for almost three hours because that's how comfortable and relaxed we felt at The Marketplace. It truly feels like a place where you can enjoy great food and great company.

I have an egg allergy, so before placing my order I made it clear that my food needed to be prepared without eggs. Despite informing the staff, my order was made incorrectly with egg, making it unsafe for me to eat. My husband returned to the drive-thru around 11:24 a.m. to let them know about the mistake and asked if they could remake my meal. Instead of correcting their error, they only refunded his order and refused to remake mine. While he was still trying to explain the situation, the employee shut the drive-thru window on him. I then called the restaurant because I couldn't believe how the situation was handled. I spoke with a lead named Danny and explained that this wasn't just a wrong order--it involved a food allergy that could have had serious health consequences. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed. The employee who answered the phone, Aaron, was unprofessional, and when we asked to speak with the manager, Muriel, she refused to come to the drive-thru window or speak with us. This wasn't about getting free food. I simply wanted the meal I paid for to be remade correctly so it was safe for me to eat. Instead, my allergy was treated as if it didn't matter, and we were met with rude and dismissive customer service. Food allergies are serious. Restaurants have a responsibility to take them seriously and respond appropriately when they make a mistake. I hope management addresses this incident, provides proper food allergy training to its employees, and improves the way customers are treated. No one should have to leave a restaurant feeling ignored and unsafe after reporting a food allergy concern.

While the price of a bowl is somewhat reasonable and the food does come out quickly, the service overall was great but could use a slight improvement. Throughout my meal I could hear multiple patrons flag down a server to refill their water. Remember, you're serving dishes that contain spices and some people's heat and spice tolerances are different from others so it's no suprise they're going to consume large amounts of water to cool down. It would be more convenient if the servers walked around with a water pitcher (ice cold preferably instead of lukewarm water) and check if any of the patrons needed refills. This would be an exemplary service that any restaurant should follow. Now the bowl itself that they serve the ramen in can be deceiving. While the bowls look large from above and the broth looks abundant, the base of the bowl is actually very narrow and therefore the serving size is significantly smaller than your normal serving at another ramen establishment. They intentionally do this to serve less broth. The fact that they use a large mouth bowl with a narrow base to "stretch out" their broth is a huge red flag and is definitely not worth the price. Now you may read this and say, "You're paying for the noodles, not the soup!" If you truly know ramen and the art behind it, the noodles isn't what makes the dish; it's the broth. The broth is the foundation and adds depth to the entire dish whether it's from the stock, the seasoning, or the oils, each component is what truly makes up ramen, not just the noodles. It's clear the design of the bowl is flawed and what's even more obvious is they serve just enough broth that measure right below their establishment's name on the bowl. I understand they do this for aesthetics but in the culinary world, if you're going to sacrifice quantity for art, save that for fine dining, not a noodle shop.
