Not enough rice was there , as it was hidden under the grilled salmon . The other side dish I wanted was coleslaw .. however , I mis read the item and ordered a kale , the green purple leafy vegetable mixed with cabbage . I didn't like it . Anyway , it was not enough food for a stocky man, who was a fairly hungry . My friend , who also ordered grilled Salmon, had a side order of cauliflower-rice and side order sweet potato fries which were seriously over cooked , and borderline burnt . I took them back to ready station person and told the young lady that the sweet potato fries were burnt, and could I have another order of the fries ( obviously not overcooked) . She was surprised. But agreed to tell the cook , to make another order of them . After 9 minutes No one said anything to me , so the new perfectly cooked fries would have sat there if I didn't get up and locate them . Also the drink I originally ordered could not be found on the drink machine which I mixed a tea with a little soda . Nevertheless , the grill salmon was nicely prepared , but the skimpy portion of rice and the kale-slaw were not enough for two us. I was feeling like I could have ordered a second dinner , as was my friend, as we drove 35 minutes to meet there from different locations. The young fellow who took our order was helpful in helping us use the touch screen. However , it was our first time at this restaurant chain , and we're both feeling hungry leaving the place .

As a wrap, I'd recommend getting your dressing on the side, or "heavy" dressing if you're eating it right away. Lastly, when you order in person, it can take a bit of time; therefore, I try to order ahead through their website or through doordash (as a pickup order).

This is my first review ever, as well as my first time trying Panera bread. Long story short I waited in the drive thru for about 15 min and upon ordering was recommended the pick 2 (half sandwich and soup combo) Bacon turkey bravo and tomato soup. I added avocado for an extra $1. After getting my order I drove about 3 minutes to my house only to experience the blandest/driest sandwich and sour tasting tomato soup. What made me actually write this review was the fact that although I expected a good quality sandwich for the cost of $10, is the fact that I didn't get the avocado I was charged for. I would have easily moved on with my life if I had eaten a bland sandwich and bitter soup but not giving me avocado that I paid for cmon. I will never buy another sandwich or soup from Panera bread again. read more

I ordered food today and set it up for pick up by 115 pm since I have to be at work. I came and parked in a curbside pick up parking space. I followed the directions and waited 15 mins. I finally went inside since, my time was running short and found that 5-7 staff members doing nothing. They were not busy, but yet no one brought my food to me.
