My hubby and I just had thee most wonderful brunch at Petit Soleil Cafe. The new location on Imola, at the Best Western is adorable! We could have spent half the day reading all the funny and cute signs they have. The service was excellent and the portions abundant. This was our first visit, and definitely NOT our last!

Decided to try this place before a full day of wine tasting! I ordered the sexy skillet which came with a bed of potatoes, chorizo (you can pick carne asada as another option), cheese, peppers, 2 over easy eggs and a side of flour tortillas. The chorizo had a nice kick to it, so didn't have to add any hot sauce. Wow this was so filling, had to take half of it to go! Definitely great value, but the flavor was also so good. Also tried the mushroom bacon omelette with a side of potatoes which was also very good. I wanted to like the blueberry lemon pancakes but it was just too sweet. I would still recommend this place though since the service was great and we also got seated very quickly. The drip coffee was also very good and they refilled my cup 3x. Would come back next time and try their other breakfast options.

Large brunch spot in Napa with classic breakfast and lunch classics. I ordered the beef tri-tip sandwich and the meat was well cooked and topped with cheese and mushrooms. It came with a side of crispy battered fries and is the perfect hearty meal to keep you full for the day. Servers were attentive and friendly. Parking was available via a shared lot with the adjacent Best Western.

Big boy breakfast had good hash browns and gravy. Good espresso... I had four shots. I couldn't decide what to get until the last minute, but the poached eggs of the eggs Benny complimented the shallot vinaigrette of the side salad. The glass of orange juice is a larger serving than the complimentary ice water. We also had a tri-tip sandwich for lunch and it had something sweet, a fruity onion jam?

Great place for breakfast. Food is always fresh, staff is friendly. This new location is much bigger than their previous location. I highly recommend the avocado toast, eggs Benedict, corned beef hash and the biscuit with their fresh made jam!

They were very accommodating of our party of 10 and the service was good. I must say the Jalapeño Popper sandwich with the heirloom tomato bisque was a gem for my taste.

Petit Soleil is one of my husband and my favorite places to come eat. The food is always tasty and fresh, the workers friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming! My favorite part is all of the art on the walls and I'm so glad they carried that over from the old location!

Still my favorite breakfast spot, they just moved onto Imola which is also closer to my house (lucky me!!) kitchen sink skillet is my go to with homemade rye toast and a coffee, my boyfriend normally gets the huevos rancheros. The new location is great! Cute funny signs all over and a very homey ambiance. LOOK AT THE UNICORN MUG

Came here with a group of girlfriends. Wrote our names down and waited about 10-15 minutes until we were seated outside. Our server was cool and attentive. The food was amazing! I ordered the avocado toast and hash brown on the side, both were delicious. The other girls ordered a lot and they shared it family style. Everything looked great! I wouldn't mind coming back here to try their other dishes though.

Brunched at Petit Soleil on Clay and left in a blissful food coma! Ordered the Sexy Skillet, mostly because with a name like that, how could I not? Turns out, it's not just a flirt...it delivers. Cheesy, crispy, goodness in a hot pan. I may or may not have whispered "I love you" to it between bites. I opted for carne asada/corn tortillas and chorizo is an option too. What goes with a Sexy Skillet...you got it; a mimosa. Washed it down with an apricot mango mimosa, which tasted like summer and good decisions. Portions were generous (Stephen warned me) and by generous I mean I strongly considered unbuttoning my pants halfway through (I didn't, because I had romper on...lol). Shout out to Stephen, who was friendly, funny, and magically appeared every time I needed a refill or a life decision confirmed (like a photo idea for content purposes). If you're looking for a brunch spot that feeds both your stomach and your soul, this is it. PS: The playlist is everything. Bon Jovi to Ready for the World. A hidden gem in Napa!

My friends sister was visiting from out of state and a Napa trip was a must! But with so many great wineries, where are all the great brunch places? Well upon my research, one name kept coming up Petit Soleil Cafe on Clay. My best friend is on the keto diet, when I saw this location has an item perfect for his diet I knew we had to check it out. It's a small location with most of the seating outdoors. Outdoors does have a few spatial heaters but I would recommend bringing a jacket or blanket as if can get chilly in the morning. The service was super friendly and accommodating. Even making multiple suggestions and checking in on us to make sure we enjoyed our meals. I wound up getting a scramble and really loved how everything was fresh and flavorful. I will for sure recommend this place to family & friends and be back again.

A friend and I visited Petit Soleil for brunch, and it was good. Upon arrival, Lucas, the host, greeted me right away. He was professional and outgoing. There was about a 30-minute wait. Once we were seated, we were greeted immediately, and our server was attentive throughout the dining experience. However, it's worth mentioning that the place is quaint and the tables are very close together, so it's not ideal for a private conversation. It was also quite warm inside, a nice, cool flow of air would've made it more comfortable. Nonetheless, they have a robust breakfast menu. I went with the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes with sausage, and my meal did not disappoint. My friend had a scramble that she also enjoyed. Overall, the customer service and food were good! The space isn't ideal on a warm day since it gets hot inside, but I'd visit again.

Really good breakfast, brunch, and lunch food. There's lots of seating inside, it has an old school diner vibe with quirky and funny decor. Service was friendly and attentive, and our food for a large group of 10 came out pretty quickly. We did have to wait about 20 min for a table since we were a large group on a weekend at lunchtime. Food was really good portion sizes. Veggie sandwich was very flavorful with nicely melted vegan cheese and a nice size side salad. Garden omelette was also a good size, nice and savory with lots of veggies, and the potatoes were really nicely seasoned and cooked. Not a fancy place, but good food and probably about average prices for the area.

You get a menu and order at the counter, and despite the long line, that gave us enough time to pick what we wanted to eat. Once we got the counter, there were fresh bakery donuts, and pastry options so got of course adding a sweet treat to share. They give you an order number, and you then go find a table and they will bring you it. If you ordered a drink after the check out counter you can grab your drink. Here's what we ordered for the 3 of us which was plenty! Superfood bowl $15 (5/5) This was super refreshing. The mix of the cut up, strawberries, apples, blueberries, nuts, coconut flakes, chia, and dried fruits over yogurt and passionfruit honey. I mean that tasted SUPER and wayyy delicious medley together. Pork Belly Loco Moco $22 (5/5) OMG get this! And don't forget to upgrade to garlic rice ($2 more) and add you can add avocado ($4 if you want lil pricey butttt just do it since you are trying to balance out the healthy in this dish). Braised soft pork belly pieces, with 2 runny eggs and fried rice and mix it all up together. Monkey Bread $7 (4/5) Yes, this is what we saw on the counter. Me being a fatty stopped myself from getting extra donuts but maybe next time. You can pull apart the pieces to share. The top had a nice chocolate topping and inside was chewy sweetness. Fresh OJ $8 (4/5) Fresh, so like freshly squeeze thus the high price. Good for you. Large Coffee with 4 shots Americano $5.50 (4/5) Can go wrong with a wake me up coffeeeeeeeeeee Would definitely come back to try the other dishes when were in town.

My wife and I were in Napa 2 weeks ago and heard about this restaurant from Check Please Bay Area television program. The lines were long both times we visited, but we knew about this before going. This is the oldest building in Napa and limited in size. The parking lot is also limited so allow for extra time in case you have to park further away and walk. On our first trip we had the special tacos of the day, side of beans, and the flan french toast. Wife had the mimosa flight and I had the beer flight. The food was excellent. We could not stop raving about the food to one another. The rice and beans alone would have compelled us to visit again (and they did, unfortunately). The tacos were flavorful and juicy. We had no negative notes for the flan french toast. My wife enjoyed the mimosa flight, but would have liked the mango mimosa in the flight to have had a little less juice. I enjoyed my beer flight as well. I was curious about their in house beers and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed them. Fast forward 2 weeks. My wife and I had another planned trip to Napa and we made it a point to build time in the schedule to revisit La Cheve. We arrived about the same time in the day as our first visit (2 pm) and waited patiently in line. We ordered the steak tacos, rice and beans (of course) and the guacamole, because it must be out of this world like everything that they make there. Wife ordered the beermosa and I had their in house American Dream beer. The steak in the tacos were very flavorful but nothing out of the ordinary. The rice and beans did not taste as good as the first time. We talked about how good the rice was the first time and how we could just eat the rice without anything else. This time around, not so much. The rice and beans lacked flavor. Oh and the poor guacamole. The only flavor there was lime. The guacamole was over limed with chunks of onion, tomato and was in dire need of salt. My wife took one bite and refused to go back to it. The drinks were fine. In the end, the flavor of the food went from a solid 5 stars to a 0. I gave a 2 star rating because of the downward trend versus 3 stars given the 2.5 star average. Overall, I'm not sure if the 5 star experience or the 0 star visit was the anomaly. It's a significant price to pay to find out given the 30+ minutes waiting in line, the limited parking and a lost meal opportunity in Napa where there are many excellent dining options.

I came in today to pick up a pie that I had ordered over the phone, and unfortunately, what should have been a simple pickup turned into an extremely disappointing experience. When I called to place my order, the person I spoke with told me the pie would be $35. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged $45. My receipt clearly shows that I was charged $45 for a "Whole peach blackberry pie." I understand that prices can change or mistakes can happen, but if a customer is quoted one price when placing an order, any difference should at least be explained at pickup. To make matters worse is when I cut the pie, it was not the peach blackberry pie I had ordered. As shown in my second photo, what I received is an old fashioned Apple pie instead. So not only was I charged $10 more than the price I was quoted over the phone, I did not even receive the pie that I ordered and paid for. In addition, The person who was taking orders and working as the cashier was also extremely rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I initially did not catch her name, but according to my receipt, the server/cashier was Kelly F. For identification purposes, she was a younger woman with extensive tattoos. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is now the third time I have encountered this same employee, and each time I have experienced the same rude and unfriendly demeanor. After three separate encounters, it is difficult to simply chalk it up to someone having a bad day. There was no sense of friendliness, professionalism, or basic customer service during my interaction with her. Anyone working directly with customers should understand that the way customers are spoken to and treated reflects directly on the business. At this point, I genuinely feel that the business owner should consider assigning her to a position in the back where she does not have to interact directly with customers. If customer service is not her strength, having her at the front interacting with customers reflects poorly on the business and can leave people with a negative impression regardless of the quality of the food. Between being quoted $35, charged $45, receiving the wrong pie, and once again experiencing rude customer service, this entire experience was unacceptable. After three encounters with the same type of customer service, I finally felt it was necessary to leave a review. Management really needs to address this. Based on my experience, I would give zero stars if Yelp allowed it.
