Hey, it's a PFChang's so you already know the deal. But I have to say, they've only been open 5 days at the time of my visit. I'd expect they had a few kinks to work out. Not so. They brought in some very experienced staff (I heard one one waitress tell her customers she had come in from California to help get them up and running). The device couldn't have been better. My water glass was always full (which in my mind is a great barometer). Another big kudo goes to the design staff. Every booth has an outlet above the table (no crawling under the table to find it) WITH a USB port. Someone's thinking! Great addition to TPA. read more

The food is BAD! We love PF Chang's. But food at this restaurant was not edible. We normally take leftovers home. We left it.

PF Changs is one of my fav places to dine. The orange chicken, bee, and lomein is absolutely incredible. The service is quick and the meals are affordable. The alcoholic drinks are also awesome and you just cant go wrong with anything! read more

We had an awful experience at this location. We went because I was just arriving and since my family picked me up we celebrated my birthday. They did not accept the official restaurant gift for my birthday neither another promo coupon. Service was ok and food was not good. The curry tasted like nothing, hard to make a curry so bland. At the end they did not even have a birthday candle. That's what you get at a chain restaurant. read more

Great food. I had the tuna roll and side of asparagus, both of which were well prepared and delicious. Sake complimented my food nicely. Too bad the server (half my age) repeatedly called me "sweetie" or "honey" or other too familiar and inappropriate names while serving me. Her bad manners made for such a disappointing dining experience and speaks to poor management and lack of adequate training. I'd eat here again, but request a different server next time. read more

Management here needs to wake up. Your a new restaurant, then get involved, double up staff, make.some.effort.to improve. This is an airport location. Outside security. I dont know about you but I dont go to the airport for dinner, I'm traveling, and I'm usually on a schedule. Add to the that the TSA and their inability to see the sun due to rectal dematitus, and you can ill afford to have slow service or service that is broken. I ordered a cup of soup and plate of their standard fare. At the same.time.I ordered a beer. Shazam the plate came out in about 5 minutes. Ok so the kitchen seems to be working well. Then beer showed up. And the waitress seemed.surprised...Yeah she was counting on not having to rush those beers back that were sitting on the bar. No soup, asked about the soup as sever dropped plate, asked about soup as waitress dropped beer, asked about soup when she came back a second time, and then the soup came.out half way thru my entree. The soupneas good, the entree was good, the kitchen again is doing a good job. Waitress blamed it on a communication issue, sever said, it wasn't on the order. Hmmm. Then its time to go, soup is gone, beer glass is empty, plate is clean, no waitress, 5 minutes goes by, no waitress. I stand up, she standing at the hostess station talking to the 2 hostesses. No follow up, too late now I need the check. It took 10 more minutes to get the damn check. Everyone's lifestyle is their own personal choice, but when your personal choice infringes on mine, something has to give, so either you learn to move faster and work harder, or I look at my.other choices for dinner. Corporate needs to know that the PF Chang's at the Tampa Airport is awful & not up to the PF Chang's standards - the dynamite shrimp we've had over the years at this location was all clumped together into one so the shrimp wasn't individual... sushi roll took longer than the Pad Thai & the sushi roll was falling apart.. also no sense of urgency here we are at an airport some people have to leave to catch a plane - the waitress was either new or incompetent she forgot a beer my guest ordered & took forever on getting our drinks keeping them filled & getting our food order ... this place was not slammed or in the weeds but you would think the cooking staff & waitress were serving a million people at once - I've gone to several locations of this establishment & it's always been awesome food awesome service but not at the Tampa Bay International Airport don't waste you time or money ... where was the Manager you ask who knows but they were not doing their job either to let food leave the kitchen the way it did or allow such subpar service from their staff ... read more

We were picking up family with a couple of hours in between flights. One group had landed and were already in the restaurant. We ordered some food. The waitress pointed out their drink specials, and two people opted for the "special tea drink." It was okay but little alcohol. I was the DD so I had water. When we got the bill the special drinks were $15.49 each! There was nothing on the table top promotion card nor did our server mention the cost. One person had a drink before we arrived, a vodka and grapefruit juice, in a very small glass (as the person called it a "thimble"), for a mere $8.99. I understand any restaurant makes a lot of profit off of drinks, but this was gouging. As to the food it wae average "mall food." No real taste or spice or any finesse. We should have done take out from a local place. Granted the food offerings at Tampa Airport are limited, so you are locked into just a few choices. In the real world they'd be out of business in six months. read more

I stopped here while waiting for a friend. I had just planned on having one drink and nothing to eat...we plan on going to the Columbia in Ybor....BUT the sushi looked so good that I ordered my favorite, a California Roll. OMG I don't know what magic they do, but it was by far the BEST sushi I have ever eaten. Each bite was better than the last and the ingredients were so fresh and full of flavor. I'm not sure about other PF Chang's, but this place rocked !! The gin and tonic was pretty darn good as well. read more

Don't try the Tampa Airport to help because the only number they have is 813-947-7268 and it doesn't work. Don't try another location, although the people at the other location I called were as helpful as they could be, they don't have any other phone numbers as these are individually owned. After reading the other lower than expected reviews, I think I'll go to Hard Rock and spend my money instead. read more

After a SUPER long travel day, we stopped in to have dinner before our flight. Our waiter was amazing, funny and very personable, attentive to say the least. The food was good and fresh. Stopped in tonight for my every other week Sesame Chicken dinner. My usual bar buddy, Carly, wasn't here so I just knew it was going to be bad. Carly always knows what I order so when I walk in, she puts it in! Tonight, a guy who I haven't seen before was working. I thought I'd give it a shot. I order my coke and peruse the menu, just in case something changed since I ate here on Tuesday. Well, this guy Alejandro was AWFUL. I asked for my regular meal and response, "We don't do that". Really? Cuz they do it every other week. When I told him that his response was "I'll get my manager, I've been here a year and we don't do that." Now I'm pissed off. I typically love P.F. Chang's, however the location at Tampa Airport is not to par with the traditional stand-alone restaurant. First, our waitress forgot everything kids drinks, appetizer plates, taking away dirty plates, etc. We watched the bartender try to wave to her several times about our sushi rolls that were sitting, waiting to be brought to us. She ignored him. I ordered a kaleidoscope roll and had to send it back as it was spoiled. Other items that came to the table did not match the menu......Just an extraordinarily bad experience. read more

Great service from Carly at the bar. Excellent attitude and perfectly attentive. Food was delicious and after a great meal, we were quickly on our way--I would definitely stop here again. By the looks of things everyone was enjoying their meals. The wine selection was also pretty good. read more

I dined at the Tampa International Airport location on 10/31/17 and I must admit that I was deeply disappointed. Anytime I see a PF Changs, I get excited and stop. I wish I would have settled for Olive Garden or even Chillis when I left. Upon being seated, I waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Once she came over in her bat cape (whatever - it was Halloween), she didn't even say hello or introduce herself. She just asked what I wanted. The spring rolls were a little cold. The sesame chicken tasted like something prepared in my job's cafeteria (American Asian food). The chicken didn't seem to be freshly cooked at all. The combo lo mein's noodles were a little dry like the noodles sat out for a long time. I had to add a ton of soy sauce. The server was by far the worse, took her forever to do anything. Barely checked on me, I never got a refill. It just was not a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be craving PFC anytime soon. I've always had a good experience at other locations, today was definitely a fail. I would have enjoyed corner Chinese food much better. read more
