That was basic as well. Tasted more like tomatoes than anything else. For $16 you would think that the burrito would be amazing, and it was not! In this case, a flour tortilla with egg, sausage, cheese, salsa, crispy hash brown potatoes and $.50 extra for some diced jalapeños. Meh. Not bad, nothing special. As a Redondo local I may be biased, but pound for pound i would put this breakfast burrito against any in the city. And for the price, it's an affordable treat that can be enjoyed over and over again. Now that they have the pastrami back you can literally take yourself on whatever BBJ(breakfast burrito journey) you want to go on. I usually go pastrami or bacon/sausage but my Gf loves the soy rizo. I know this place is popular and Maby we just went on an off day but the breakfast burritos we had were both super salty. The coffee itself was fine but there are a few other coffee shops nearby that are better. Again not sure if it was just an off Saturday morning but I feel there are better options in the area and a better price for what you get. Customer service was fine but a bit impersonal. The restaurant inside was closed so we had to order in the front then pick up on a parking lot on the back and had to ask for salsa as they didn't offer it give us any. Really good breakfast burritos. I had the pastrami and a bacon one. Not a hefty portion but just enough in my opinion. Also I like how they proportioned all the ingredients where some May stuff theirs with too much potatoes (ahem lucky boy). Phanny's plain and simple rock. A good breakfast burrito with quality ingredients and coffees. Only downside is it comes with a crowd on the weekend. If I lived nearby, I would make this place a regular. It's a solid breakfast burrito joint. Delicious ingredients and salsa and it's so easy and convenient to eat. I ordered the 2 meat combo with ham and bacon (I prob went too ham on the meat lol). Bacon would have been just fine. You can also add jalapeños to your burrito if you like a kick! As for drinks, my friend ordered the lavender latte and you couldn't really taste the lavender part. It was still refreshing. My other friend ordered the horchata and she said it was sweet and good. Finally got a breakfast burrito from here today. I got a bacon breakfast burrito w/ avocado and my son got the carne asada breakfast burrito. They were both good and felt fresh. I think a little more meat would put me at 5 stars. Pointers: call ahead so you don't have to wait in line to order. After placing order on the phone, when you arrive there is parking in the back or street parking. You can pay and pickup food in the back; They have a table to assist. Next time I will get the coffee since everyone who was waiting for their food had an iced coffee. Also, salsa wasn't spicy. Next time, I'll eat it at home and put some Tapatio on it. read more

This place use to be cash only, but now they accept card! I dont think you can order in advance though so you have to go there and line up. I got the veggie burrito which has onion, mushroom, bell pepper, and tomato with eggs, hash brown, cheese, and salsa. It is a good size burrito, but I feel like I didnt get enough mushroom and hash brown. The cheese was also not spread throughout. The cheese was mostly at the bottom of the burrito.
