Richard at Philly's Best CheeseSteaks gives phenomenal customer service!!! Thanks Richard!!! Today's order Hot Honey Chicken Cheesesteak!!!! Trust me the picture does not equate to the tastiness of the sandwich!!! This is a bad sandwich- I mean BAD as in GOOD!! I mean really Good!!! Chopped chicken, lettuce, pickles, mayo, hot honey sandwiched inside of a submarine style loaf!!! All good... no complaints-- i think there is some melted cheese in there too!!! My compliments to the chef- thank you for taking the time to construct this flavorful masterpiece.. Additional seasoned pickles and jalapeños are provided at no cost!!!!

Didn't know they were located here! Decided to come here before they close! We had the Phillys best with extra grilled onions and also the pepperoni cheese steak! Both were mouth watering good. Cooked just right! Amazing customer service all the food is cooked as you order! I will be back soon

So I came to a tuna sub..... it was here or next door. I'm glad I came here. It was good.... Tuna was perfect maybe just maybe a tad bit more mayo but other than that. I'll be back when I'm In The area The service was quick and pleasant. She took our order with happiness and spoke to my inlaw in Spanish to make sure it was the way she wanted it. Thank you for the awesome service

Chicken Parmesan sandwich but Philly cheesesteak style.

Not sure what I wanted when I crossed through the door but I knew I was hungry. After looking at the menu I chose the chicken parmesan sandwich. I noticed that the gentleman put something in the fryer, after a few moments I asked him if that was for my sandwich he said yes it was the chicken. I told him I misunderstood the menu, I thought sandwich would be Philly chicken cheesesteak style not a deep fried chicken Parm. He was so kind, he said we'll make it anyway you want, so the young lady with pretty braids grilled the chicken, added marinara and provolone just as I thought it would be. I's the best damn sandwich I've had. Meat juicy with the marinara and melted cheese. Thank you both for such an enjoyable lunch sandwich.

My go to is the Philly's Best sandwich. However, their Meatball sandwich is even better.

It was hubby's idea to check out Philly's Best. I'm not a Philly cheese steak fan, so I wasn't excited about it. There was no greeting when we entered, and there were these handmade written signs throughout the place. "Uber pick up," "Do not throw away trays," etc.. they just took away from the professionalism of the restaurant. Hubby went ahead and ordered his Philly, and I went with a burger and fries since I'm not a fan of Philly. It was actually not bad. Good tasting burger and fries. Hubby seemed to have enjoyed his sandwich as well. What really grossed me out though was the soda fountain. While getting a soda, I noticed how gross and disgusting it was. Not only just the drain but even the top of the fountain. It immediately was a turnoff, and I decided not to even get a soda. They need to do a better job at cleaning. Three people were working that day, two girls and a guy who looked like he was either the manager or owner. One could've walked around to clean the fountain and even the tables. Cleanliness is crucial for me, and for that, we will not be coming back. It makes me question their cleanliness practices for the restaurant as a whole.

All their bread is so light and pastries aren't too sweet. If this is your first time- get the strawberry croissant. It's the best. This location is way more spacious than Tustin too, but parking is a bit limited. We were able to find street parking because the lot was full. We got- Egg Sando (4/5) closest thing to Japan with their milk bread and def used kewpie. I just wish there was more egg filling. Chicken katsu (5/5) just like how I remember. Curry is so fragrant and slightly sweet. Chicken is crispy Strawberry croissant (5/5): a must. Do it. There's a reason why they sell platters of it Plenty of seating inside. I was in Lomita and was looking for a place to grab coffee and pastries. While browsing Yelp, I was…read moresurprised to find out there was a Cream Pan nearby. I've always wanted to try their Orange County location but just never got around to it, so I was excited to finally give them a try. I walked in expecting it to be self-serve like 85 Degrees Bakery, but it's actually set up more like a donut shop or Porto's, where most of the pastries are displayed in a case and you tell the staff what you'd like. They do have a refrigerated self-serve section with sandwiches and onigiri, as well as a table with loaves of bread and buns. The ordering process caught me off guard because I usually like taking my time looking through all the pastries at bakeries. Since everything was behind the counter, I felt a little rushed with people waiting behind me. They have so many options that it can be a bit overwhelming. I also had to stop myself from ordering too much since I'm trying to cut back on carbs. Here's what I ordered: Hot Dog Bun - 4/5: Tasty with a soft, fluffy bun. I just wish it had a little more of that cheesy crust on top. Ham and Cheese Croissant - 3/5: My boyfriend ordered this and thought it was just okay. It was a little small for the price. Strawberry Cream Croissant - 5/5: They're known for this, and now I understand why. The pastry was light and flaky, the strawberries were sweet, and the custard was rich without being overly sweet. Spam Roll Onigiri - 4/5: I loved the egg, and it was really flavorful. It was served a bit cold, though. I think it would taste even better if it were kept under a heat lamp. Raisin Bun - 5/5: So soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of raisins. It was also a great value--six buns for only $4.20. Hot Vanilla Latte - 4/5: Strong with just a light sweetness. It was really good, but I think it could have been a little creamier. The prices were reasonable. I spent about $26 for everything, which I thought was a great deal. Customer service was excellent. Even though there was a line behind me, the staff never made me feel rushed while I decided what I wanted. The barista was especially friendly and even checked in afterward to ask if I liked my latte. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely come again.

(In the voice of George Takei) Oh my! This place is awesome!…read more You walk in to get some coffee and a breakfast burrito and, at first, think maybe you went in the wrong place. It's a super clean looking liquor store at first glance - genuinely nice place! But then you smell and see the magic happening to your left. Greeted with a friendly face and offered a nice cup of coffee then I ordered a Philthy Philly Breakfast Burrito and HOLY COW! This thing must have weighed in at about 2-3 lbs easy! And it was just as delicious as it was heavy. Super cool, simple little spot to grab a coffee and a good breakfast burrito!

I especially like their breakfast burritos and have had good experiences here before. Unfortunately, this visit didn't quite go as planned. I ordered the ham and sausage burrito, which costs extra as a two-meat option, but when I got home it only had ham and no sausage. The burrito itself still tasted good, so this felt more like an order mistake than a quality issue. One thing to note is they charge a fee for credit card purchases, so cash might save you a little if you come often. Overall, still a solid local spot for a quick bite, especially breakfast, and I'll probably still come back.

She argued with me and yelled at me, and got the chef to argue and yell at me, insisting the hash browns were indeed in the omelette. I continued to yell back at them, explaining that there were absolutely no hash browns in my omelette and I want a refund for the hash browns immediately. The cafe also sells coffee, gelato (six different flavors), salads, affogato, and croissants (plain, cream, nutella, and apricot). I had a cup of house brewed coffee and the drink wasn't quite on the same level as other third-wave coffee shops in the South Bay. They sell coffee beans from Danesi Caffe. *** Breakfast panini (Scrambled egg, fontina cheese, tomato a avocado - $10.95): A healthy-tasting sandwich, but it probably needed more sauce to add flavor. Bread was good. Rustico (RUSTICO: 24-month aged prosciutto di Parma smoked scamorza cheese, arugula, & white truffle extra virgin olive oil - $11.95): A solid sandwich, but it definitely lacked the "it" factor. *** A solid local cafe for anyone looking for a healthy Italian panini.
