If you update prices for your business, YOU MUST update on all menus. Customers should know what they are paying for items ordered. And it's cash only!! So no proper itemized receipt or proof of purchase. That's a very dishonest practice. And the cherry on top: VERY UNSAFE PARKING LOT AND AREA!! I used to really like this place...but now I don't go anymore. I really enjoyed their Pho before because they had really nice cuts of meat and it was never dry. I'm not sure what it is but the last couple times have been really weird. I am from the heart of Asian Cuisine in Westminster where there are 2-3 Pho restaurants at every corner and Pho 94 is up there. We are judging the food and the service. The food is fantastic and plentiful. This restaurant gives plenty in their bowls and you leave satisfied. The price is great also. This is one of the top 2 that I know and the people are friendly. They closed down last month to renovate. The place is much cleaner, tastefully decorated, with no change to the AWESOME pho!! Depending on who you get, your service might be a bit surly, but keep going back - you'll want to - and service always comes with a smile. They even know our order when we walk in. I freaking love this place. I believe this place has the best pho. Trust me, I have tried pho almost everywhere! From Las Vegas to Orange County, Pho 94 won. This place isn't the best "dressed" restaurant, but the Mom and Pop who own the restaurant know how to make legit Pho. Their broth is too good to not finish! I dare you to try and not finish it all. My Grandma and Dad order the #1, which is the combination beef with tripe and I order #3 Pho Tai. I think I'll start ordering the #1 though, to have more variety. Drink: Soda Sua Hot Ga (5/5). Pretty much soda water, condensed milk, and egg yolk. However, do not shrug past the simple ingredients. It's the % of each that makes the drink, and I find that most places are OK or just horrible with putting way too much condensed milk. This place makes it super tasty, and at around $2.50, it's a snatch compared to Pho places in Garden Grove. Price: A little cheaper ($1-3) than the food's rising prices in Garden Grove/ Santa Ana. The asian herbs and veggies are nice and fresh. Thumbs up. Pho: We got #1 and 2 which were the ones with everything in it. Nothing bad, nothing special, just regular. If you are craving for pho and you are in the area with no desire to drive further, then this place is a safe place to stop by for something to satiate your desire. wow i cannot emphasize how much i love their pho. Its a family owned restaurant so the pho broth is authentic and simmered to perfection. Yes maybe they are not as professional as we wish businesses are, the owners wife is always glued to her phone no matter what time it is of the day. But if you learn to tune her out(which i have artfully achieved) then you are good to go. The pho comes out very fast. In less than a couple of minutes, you would have received your big bowl of heaven. What makes this place my favorite, is their special hot sauce. The owner (father of this mom and pop shop) created this sauce which just compliments the pho nicely. Do not worry, it is not as spicy as it looks. Its more for taste because it makes the broth richer in my opinion. any who, if anyone wants to try authentic pho, you must come here. word of advice: I call before heading over to this shop. Awesome awesome mom and pop place. I like these places, food is great, pho was definitely on point. Most of the time wen you go to pho restaurants, services is usually terrible but this place they were super nice. Walked in and greeted right away, order spring rolls and pho. Food was delicious, and my son wanted a balloon from their vending machine, I didn't have any change but the owner was so nice to put change in the machine and get my son a balloon. I eat Pho regularly and when I got it on my mind I find the nearest place, Pho 94 was on the radar. I cannot express sufficiently how much I enjoyed the soup base...f'ing delicious! If I could give this place 0 star I would. When we ordered, the waitress was only half looking at us then shouted the order back to us one by one. When the pho came out, none of the orders were right. There weren't onions on 2 bowls and some bowls had extra stuff and other bowls were missing meat. I told the waitress that she got our orders wrong and she screamed at me "have you ever eaten pho before?" In viet. Everybody turned around and stared at us. I never once raised my voice but the waitress kept on pointing at our bowls and repeating our order in the same shouting tone. I like the Pho here. Its really delish for the price and size you get. We found this place by accident. We wanted Thai food but the menu wasn't catching our appetite so I saw this big Pho sign and migrated that way. It is one of the few places I visit when I come down for Disneyland with my family. I've only been able to dine here once and it was mediocre pho at best. The broth is a bit bland and you really have to doctor it up to make it taste any good. Portion size is decent and you can order medium or large. Huge problem is that they close at 8pm which is way too early especially if you get off work later and want to stop in for dinner.
