This place is busy! It's busy but so good! They do not skimp on the meats at all! The flavors were so good and perfect for a cold day. The service was fast. Because it's busy, you will need to get your servers attention but they are very efficient. The inside is beautiful and spacious. I would definitely come here again.

This has got to be the prettiest pho place I've ever been too! It has a very elevated vibe. The service was excellent as well. I got the P3 rare steak pho w/ well done steak + wide noodles. The small size was filling enough. The crispy pork eggrolls were to die for! The dipping sauce they serve it with was so yummy. I also tried their ube Vietnamese coffee which went perfectly with the meal. It was just the right amount of sweetness.

Only been to Vietnam town location. First time to Milpitas location even though I worked in Milpitas lol Came to have lunch with my boss and was impressed by how big the restaurant is. Since it was lunch hour, the restaurant was quite full, but we were still able to be seated promptly. I ordered S13 - Spicy Hue Noodle with 20 oz Beef Short Rib. Food were served less than 5 minutes and the portion was decent. The soup bowl doesn't look that big but I couldn't finish at the end. The short rib came with a "BIG" surprised lol cuz the size is REALLY BIG!!!! Soup base tastes good and there is a lot of meat just from the rib itself. They also came with a few slices of Vietnamese ham. Luckily there not much other meat, otherwise I would have a lot to pack. I also ordered their Ube Coffee, maybe it's not my cup of tea, I don't really taste Ube. After all this is a good alternative besides the other pho restaurants nearby, but the price is not cheap, if not I would come more often!

The food was a great broth, very flavorful and rich. The meat was very generous and yummy. My third time here already wow! The ambiance has good lighting, not too bright, not dark, perfect for meals. The service was great and we received pandan as service it was very chewy and crispy

    Combination beef pho

The combination beef pho came loaded with a variety of meats, including rare USDA flap meat, flank, brisket, tendon, short rib, and meatballs. The broth had that signature northern style pho flavor. It was clean and lighter compared to sweeter southern broths. The side garnishes were fresh and crisp. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking, but can get packed depending on the time of day, and the parking spaces are tight.

So happy this opened in Milpitas now I don't have to drive to SJ. I came here on a rainy Thursday around 6 and was seated right away. The quality of the food is the same as the San Jose location - so tasty! All of the staff were very attentive, especially Danny. Here's what my husband and I got (just our regular order :) Special combination pho: 10/10 soup was flavorful lots of beef compared to other places and of course the homemade noods Flap meat & meatball pho: 10/10 same as above Salted plum soda: 10/10 Passionfruit drink: 8/10 just a little sweeter than I had last time but still great! Just added some tea to it when I got home

    Chicken thigh pho

We're treated with love and respect here and their chicken pho is our absolute favorite which is why we visit their Milpitas venue atleast once a week especially during the cold draft South Bay is experiencing. Their chicken thigh pho is delicious. The broth doesn't taste packaged even though it is and there is good flavor in the chicken thighs. The original noodles go classically with the chicken thigh broth and the addition of Thai basil and their secret house made chilli oil and chopped red chillis makes a world of difference. They do mess up our order sometimes like today for example, January 10th for lunch we ordered 2 large chicken thigh pho and we got the chicken breast pho and my pho was lukewarm. I expect my pho to be hot temperature wise otherwise there is no use. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but they do mess up quite a bit when they are busy. They should figure out this situation. Today they brought out two small bowls the thigh pho on the side to mix with the lukewarm pho. I had to send the lukewarm one back coz I cannot eat cold pho. The pho in the small bowls tasted completely different from what was in my main bowl earlier. This is disappointing. This is the second time something like this has happened. We visit quite often thanks to the proximity of this location to our home. Most of their menu items have a lot of beef so we stick to chicken. I have also tried their fried chicken which was nice but we always stick to chicken pho because it's low in calories, perfectly hot (most times) and filling. We sometimes order an extra bowl of pho to share if we're very hungry and it works! We'll keep coming back! We absolutely love this place!

Fantastic, hearty pho! Friendly and attentive service. The 1-lb Bone-In Short Rib Pho is THE BEST!

Pho Ha Noi in Milpitas really surprised me in the best way. The service was warm and quick from the moment I walked in -- the kind of place where they actually pay attention and make you feel taken care of without hovering. The spot is large and has a welcoming an open environment. The pho itself was exactly what I want on a cold day: rich broth, clean flavors, and generous portions of meat that didn't feel skimpy or overcooked. You can tell they take pride in the broth because it has that depth you only get when someone's doing it right. The fresh noodles were perfect, and the herbs were fresh. Definitely an easy 5 stars from me.

Run to Pho Ha Noi Their 9 year anniversary special noodles are here and only $13.45-$14.45, till end of the year, dine-in only. - Short Rib Pho - Rare USDA Choice Flap Meat and Short Rib Pho - Short Rib Beef Stew with Rice Noodles - Shrimp and Pork Rib Rice Noodle Soup All week at Milpitas and Fremont. Service was quick and everything hit the spot. The Rare Flap Meat and Boneless Short Rib Pho had that rich broth that keeps you sipping. The Shrimp and Pork Rib Rice Noodle Soup was super comforting with tender ribs, shrimp and springy noodles. My favorite normally is also the Bun Bo Hue with a giant short rib that fell apart so easily. Get your next pho here!

I love everything about this place and I can go on and on about my experience here, but unless you try it for yourself, you won't understand how good it really is. Let's just say, It's truly my favorite place to dine in fremont/milpitas area. I highly recommend this place.

Finally got to try pho ha noi after living in the Bay for way too long. Perfect pho for a cold rainy day! The service was great, the food was so good and great portions. I got the short rib and flap meat combo. The fresh noodles were great and the beef was very tender. The broth had a ton of flavor, probably one of my favorite pho broths. Definitely will be back! Maybe next time I'll try the 1lb bone! Also got the fried spring rolls, those were great too!

Easily one of the best pho spots in the east bay. They have nice ambiance, very friendly service, food is good/lots of variety, and prices are decent. Another highlight of the pho spot is really fresh chili and delish chili paste which my fam always uses with our meat. Big rib meat pho: (5/5) they offer their fresh noodles or vermicelli. So much tender meat and the soup is nicely balanced Bo Kho: (5/5): lots of short rib, stew had a nice consistency and not too watery. Get it with the baguette it comes out fresh- crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. So comforting I would get it again Shout out to our waitress Thu for providing attentive service to us. We will be back!

Pork Wonton with Chili Sauce - 9/10. The dumpling were so juicy and the pork inside was very flavorful. The chili sauce added a nice kick of spice and was so savory. Braised Chicken with Flat Noodles - 8/10. The flat noodles were the best part of the dish and honestly it wasn't spicy! Numb Spicy beef flat Noodles - 10/10. This dish had a strong kick to it! It was spicy but the best part was that the spice did not overwhelm the flavor. The wide chewy noodles soak up every bit of the rich savory sauce making each bite so flavorful. It is in the same plaza as the popular porridge place and New China Tofu (where they used to sell Stinky tofu - but that is for a different story). The place is roomy and clean, the service was decent, friendly enough but we had to ask for sharing bowls and spoons. The order is the usual QR code so you order online, but pay offline. They have plenty of selection, but since it was just the 2 of us, and based on the name, noodles should be must orders. We had a soupy version (hot and sour fish) and a dry version (spicy ground pork), with a side order of cold appetizer (shredded tofu skin salad). The cold appetizer was a bit salty, but the overall flavor was pretty good. We added more chili oil that is available on the table. There was a wait between the appetizer and the next dish, we finished the appetizer before the first noodle arrived. Hot & Hour Fish - we selected the hand-cut noodles. The noodles were thick with just the right amount of chewiness. The broth was amazing with just enough kick, not too spicy. The fish was tender and the tofu was wonderful. The only "veggie" was the pickled/perserved mustard greens. We really enjoyed this one. Dry/Stir spicy noodles with ground pork - we selected the thick flat noodles for this. The presentation was beautiful and we could smell the chili powder and it was wonderful. A bit oily, which i understand as we need the oil to get the sauce mixed and noodles do not all stick together. The kick for this dish is actually less than the fish noodles, and not too salty, which was great after the salty appetizer and the strong flavor of the fish noodles. We did not finish and had to bring them back home. And we know we will be back!

I remember this place used to be Chef Chengdu, but recently closed down and rebranded to become Super Potato. Here's my take and my experience on this place, as a first timer thus far: - The food was honestly out of this world, and when I say the portions are BIG - they were actually enough to cover the container (and even more). That's how much they have. I got the beef tripe with Chinese broccoli and rice, and while I had wished they included more Chinese broccoli, the sauce of the beef tripe was SO pungent and aromatic that I was able to sauce up my rice and enhance the flavor of my plain white rice. - The hospitality of this place was quite well - the waitresses are very attentive to each detail. Our requests were met conveniently without any hesitation. Ambience was also pretty well maintained. I'm definitely gonna come back and have more!! A budget friendly place forsure :)

On the positive side, they do offer a large variety of ingredients to choose from. When my bowl was served, I realized it wasn't the one I had ordered. They had accidentally switched my bowl with another customer's. Later, while eating, I came across some of the marinated cilantro beef, which looked raw. I asked the server if it could be cooked a bit longer, but she explained that it was supposed to be pink. I tried a small piece, but the texture was still very tender, which made me uncomfortable. It also didn't have the texture of what I expected from beef. My cousin also had an issue with her bowl. The lotus root slices were cut fairly thick, so after cooking, it was still undercooked and crunchy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the cleanliness concerns, the order mix-up, and the food quality. There are plenty of ingredient options, but I don't see myself returning.

But it looked just like the menu picture so maybe the description is wrong. Fried chicken with tom yum sauce came with 6 pieces. Very juicy. I came here on a Friday evening with my friend to grab dinner around 6:00 PM. The wait was around an hour, so be very prepared if you're coming during the dinner rush. This spot is located where the majority of the Asian restaurants are in Milpitas, so it's safe to say the parking can get a bit hectic and intense. The interior of the place is very bright, modern, and clean. There is a lot of seating for a small space, but the reason they are so busy has a lot to do with the number of people wanting to check this spot out. When you sit down, you scan their virtual menu via QR code and order there instead of through a server. You have the choice to order on one phone as a group or separately. Between my friend and me, we ordered a beef mint salad, fried tofu, confit mushrooms, and truffle mushroom rice. I will say that when we first got the fried tofu and confit mushrooms, we were quite surprised by the small portions compared to the price. That said, they were delicious, but skippable if you're trying to find the best bang for your buck. What I absolutely would recommend is their truffle mushroom fried rice. This might have been my best bite this month. It was so savory, the mushrooms hit perfectly, and the coating of butter on the rice was supreme. It was $28 for a bowl, but it was a good value to split between two people. Overall, this place had great, fast service (our food came out in under 10 minutes), a nice ambiance, and fresh, flavorful food.

Milpitas is the spot for Noodles…read more.. In the last couple of years there are a decent amount of Chinese Noodle spots that have opened. Each one of them are slightly unique, and they're all really good! If the high ratings weren't a accurate indicator, then the packed venues are definitely a conformation. Henan Noodle isn't the biggest venue, it's actually on the smaller side; small mom & pop operation. The place is charming, clean and inviting with a minimalist decor. The restaurant is located in a small plaza off N Milpitas Blvd. I forsee challenging parking during peak times; the lot is not that big either. The service was fine. Everything necessary was already laid out on the table, well organized and ready to dine in; bowls, chopsticks, cups, napkins, soup spoons and cold water. Scan the QR code on the table and place your order. Food came out in a timely manner. I'm not sure if lady running the place (at the time of our visit) speaks English; she gave us instructions in Chinese, I'm guessing Mandarin. We had no clue what she said, but were able to figure out what she was telling us...basically the condiments are self serve, small station in the corner against the wall. #SendNoods Braised Noodle 烩面: ~ Pickled Cabbage & Black Fish with Lamb 酸菜黑鱼羊汤烩面 - 5/5 Brilliant flavor. Well balanced, not too salty, gamey or creamy. Just perfect! The pieces of fish were so tender, good amount of noodle and that pickled cabbage...just brilliant! We didn't feel the need to add anything. ~ Lamb Stew Noodle 羊肉烩面 - 4.5/5 Another banger! The broth on this one was a bit bland, while it tasted clean and healthy we thought it was lacking a bit of flavor. We added a bit of Chili oil and walah!!! Perfection... lol. At least to out pallets. Everything else was perfect. The dishes are very filling, even though they don't look that intimidating at first. I can't wait to try some of the other dishes. I'll be back!
