This is new!!! Open less than 2 months. Clean and generous portions of meat. They have kids size, regular and large. The broth isn't too salty or greasy. The wait staff is attentive. They have a variety of spring rolls. There's shrimp, grilled chicken grilled beef and the shrimp with the pork (it's the kind that they use in banh me sandwiche-it's like steamed and wrapped in banana leaves I think-most places used grilled pork. I like their version more). All spring rolls were yummy. Please support this new mom and pop shop :-)we like this place more than Saigon dish. Ps. Hot Vietnamese coffee is 60% coffee and 40% condensed milk. They aren't skimpy here. Lol read more

I got the vermicelli chicken plate. Tasty but a little smaller than other restaurants. Service was above par. I forget his name but he came back to make sure he didn't forget anything mid meal. We didn't ask for anything extra, but the fact he took a turn to ask, that's great customer service. The owner is married to a Flip. He's the one you give your money to at the end. Cool guy. The place is also aesthetically pleasing. Wood panels and lighting that give the restaurant an overall comforting, laid back atmosphere. I would def eat here again if I were in the area. read more

I was craving pho today and my usual spot was out of the way home so we decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did. The pho really hit the spot. I got the oxtail pho and it was so flavorful and good size piece of oxtail. My daughter got the grilled beef spring rolls and her eyes lit up at first bite. Service was quick and everyone was super friendly. I also got an iced coffee and not a fan not sure what it was. We tried 4 different pho dishes in our group. All four were thumbs up, including the well cooked tripe. Best was definitely the ribs. The meat was soft and fell off the bones. Was trying to find a good pho spot nearby and this place had really good reviews so I was pretty disappointed with both the service and the food. We ordered the spring rolls and the pork and veggie egg rolls and both were actually really good but we got served them after our pho orders which was odd as I'm so use to them coming out as appetizers. The servers were not attentive whatsoever. My boyfriend and I tried to wave down a server because I wanted a refill on my Thai ice tea and it was almost as if they intentionally would not look up from what they were doing. I had to get up and go to the front counter to try and order a refill, there was a man that was not dressed in a servers uniform(maybe a manager or owner) behind the counter that was pretty rude. I had heard him earlier yell at an old lady because she was speaking Vietnamese to her (I felt like he could've been nicer about it) and when I had approached the counter to try and get his attention to order a refill he acted like he did not see me and I ended up having to bother a bus boy about getting a refill. I ended up getting the Oxtail pho (the most expensive pho on the menu) and was disappointed at the size of the oxtails, and on top of them being small they were not cooked long enough because I had to really pull the little pieces of meat off the bone where normally they will just slide right off the bone. This may be a 1 off experience but it was mine. No business can be perfect and today they were very far off in several ways. Our order Steak and Tripe Pho, Pork/Veggie Egg rolls, Combination Pho Problems 1. When I sat at the table, there was an overwhelming initial odor of cleaner. Not what you want to smell before you eat. I guess there are worse smells but this still wasn't good. 2. Our 2 Phos were brought to the table. I asked for sliced onions. The server gave me a look and response that had that "I can't believe he's asking me for this." That gave me a crappy feeling just before I eat. 3. They bring the egg rolls - It was supposed to be pork and veggies. I guess there was what you call pork in there but I wouldn't say the tiny pieces would count. It was a veggie egg roll with traces of pork. Small issue - This is the 1st time I ever remember a pho restaurant not including lettuce with the egg rolls. I'm sure there are others that don't do it. I just not have experienced them and I really like eating the lettuce with the egg rolls. 4. There were no little dishes for the sauce on the table. I asked if we could get a couple. The same server was probably in a bad mood. If that's his normal demeanor then.. oh good grief. No apology. No word. Nothing. I said thanks and he just put them on the table. Now the little things are just adding up and I already just want to eat and get out of there. But it doesn't stop there. 5. We had a steak and TRIPE pho. Well that's what we ordered. What we got was steak and TENDON, No "S". NO Tripe. It was more like tendon as it was 3 small pieces of tendon that might add up to 1. 6. I had the Combination and the amount of meat was a little below average. They were lacking in all the reasons why you get a combo - 1/4 of a piece of fish ball. few pieces of tendon, etc. I will say the taste was good. read more
