How this establishment has 4.7 stars is beyond me. They do not have a host system so when u get in u sign in ur name and good luck getting seated before 20 minutes. We asked for vegetable spring rolls they got us rice wrapped with lettuce only. Yes just lettuce like were some type of rabbits. What happened to cabbage? Carrots? Etc? The fried Shrimp barely had any shrimps in them they were fried breading. The Pho was okay. There are way better restaurants like this in Folsom! And the waiter couldn't understand that we wanted to split the bill in half evenly. I ended up being charged double my party. Terrible place. read more

New pho place in the neighborhood! Love how they have remodeled the place -- organic and comfortable. Service was awesome. Our server was so attentive and helpful. I really appreciated him nudging me outside my comfort zone and try something new -- oxtail pho (not sure what it was called. He was great at the upsell and oh so right! The broth?! Divine! We have dined here a few times. First time I had the pho tai large. Also we ordered the lemon grass chicken over rice. All was good except for today's visit. I ordered the shrimp fried rice it was ok tasting. We ordered the lemongrass chicken again. The reason for the 2 stars was this place had about 5 flies bugging folks inside. Not to mention the disgusting filth on their shoyu bottle. GROSS! Not sure if we'll be back. read more

First time and the pho is underwhelming. It was really bland. The broth was basically water and lacking flavor. Also, where are the jalepenos, basil, lime or any of the sauces that typically go with it? Nothing was in my Togo bag. The avocado shake was really good, but there was a hard piece of broken plastic in it. Luckily, I had boba which broke up the sips so I was able to spit it out. The waiter was super rude. Two instances: (1) His response to "Excuse me!" (we wanted to check out and get a container) was "What?" (2) When we called him again to get another container (the first container was small) , he rolled his eyes. Finally, the floors are sticky and the condiments on the table are suspiciously old. I would rank it the best pho in Folsom and so much better than it's predecessors in the same location. The interior has had a makeover and is very aesthetically pleasing. It is very clean and the food is fresh including the vegetables and toppings. The egg roll was very tasty and piping hot. My husband had the pork chop plate, I got the combinations vermicelli bowl, and the kids shared a large pho- everything was great. The broth on the pho was tasty and looked like it was house made. Service was very attentive too- our server came multiple times to check on the food and if we needed anything else. I also appreciate that they have a kids menu even though we did not try it this trip. Apparently this is the third restaurant for the owners- first restaurant in Stockton, second one on Bradshaw, and now newest in Folsom. Please come visit and support them! read more

This place is about a mile from our house and I was excited to see new ownership. The place is much nicer than before. Brighter, cleaner, and has a more welcoming feel. The pho was dang good. The meat and veggies seemed to be much better quality than that other Pho place by Big 5. They also provided a bowl in my to-go order which was super handy. Also ordered chicken spring rolls. I'm not sure what happened to this place. My husband and I used to come to this place quite often, even the waiter knew us. We recently came in maybe 2-3 times, and every single time that we have come in, my experience has been very mediocre, and that's being nice. Truthfully, the restaurant itself is quite cute/nice inside, which I still love. However, the food lately has been quite flavorless, and the drinks (which are usually pretty tasty) have been made horribly. Not to mention that the portions have also been decreasing, I get inflation is happening, but it's honestly just disappointing to pay for something, then regret it afterward. Given that this used to be my favorite pho restaurant in folsom, I have been pretty disappointed. The food quality has gone downhill, which is very unfortunate. I also noticed that the customer service has plummeted tremendously. Again, being nice. If I could be uncensored, I would say the customer service has gone to complete sh*t. The last few times we went in to this restaurant, there was a new waiter working there. I'm not sure of what his name was, but he was different from the other waiter who was there all the times we went before. The previous waiter (smaller guy with curly hair) was an amazing waiter, my husband and I loved going in just to have a conversation with him. He would always recommend us menu items, as well as making us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Very energetic fellow. The past few times we went, he hasn't been there. Instead, we got another waiter who barely talked to us. When we would try to ask him for something, he would just look up at us, then walk into the kitchen area. As if he purposely did not want to help us, or as if we were annoying him. Not once did he check up on us, he literally just gave us our food, then went behind the front desk on his phone. He didn't give us water, didn't ask us if we needed anything, and he rushed us to pay. What type of service is that? He was also ignoring the other tables, I seen the table next to us attempt to get his attention as well, and after they gave up and finally decided to go up to the front counter, he rolled his eyes and finally helped them. My parents live in a 10 minute drive from this fantastic place. My mom and I have been here 3 times and tried something different every time without being disappointed. Shrimp pho had medium farm raised shrimp instead of Jumbo shrimp. Noodles soggy. Chicken pho had small portions at large prices. Called as left ingredients wrong on one. Instead of remake wanted me to drive there and just get wrong items then combine with other one. So beyond cheap which indicative of low quality. Good Vietnamese food in Folsom. I got Pho Tai (rare steak) and pork + shrimp spring rolls. The pork inside them was really tasty and even though no mint () I'd recommend it as an appetizer. The pho was tasty with a well seasoned broth and the right amount of oils floating in it. I think I got a medium, which is usually a struggle to finish at most pho joints, but this was enough while being on the smaller side. My only complaint is they did not bring the steak out cold on the side, which really should be done at any pho restaurant, because (a) it let's you (not over) cook it yourself; and (b) see how much steak you're getting for your money. read more

WOW!! We have found our spot! From the clean, bright, modern, enlarged dining room, to the amazing menu, and Bee-the wonderful-wait staff personal, everything we wanted and now have! The tai pho was amazing, clear, clean, delicious broth. The fresh veggies. The table was clean, non sticky, and the seasonings were clean, fresh, fantastic to add-if needed to our dish. The noodle bowl was delicious with perfect pork, fresh veggies, and noodles. Every menu item is above expectations! The salt n pepper shrimp-delicious, and plentiful!!
