DEFINITELY SKIP THIS PLACE in your car-buying search. Shady and predatory. Ran my credit before I ever even went to the dealership, which I never ended up doing because of shady interactions. I got a notification that a hard inquiry had been added to my credit report shortly after arranging a time to look at two of their vehicles. I had no interest in any other vehicles pn their lot, as all of them had poor reliability ratings. I texted to ask, explaining how now, if I didn't find a vehicle with them that I wanted to purchase, I would be walking away with nothing but a lower credit score in the middle of my car search, which very much feels like an entrapment maneuver. Was told by Brent, a "senior loan officer," that it was a mistake, to then be gaslit on the phone -- "Well, on the application, at the bottom, it does say you give the OK to run your credit." ... so which is it then? Don't tell me it was an error on your end to only then tell me it's my fault *and*then* say "Well, there's nothing I can do about it now -- are you still interested in a vehicle?" Same loan officer during that call told me at the end of the call that he would call me back "in a few minutes" after checking to see if they had any vehicles available in my price range that maybe weren't listed as such on the website. Never received a call back. Get a text the next day -- "Are you still looking for a vehicle? Are you still planning on coming to the dealership tomorrow?" I responded asking why I hadn't received a call back and explaining that all I've gotten from them so far is bad impressions -- and then no response. I think they think they can treat people poorly because they might deal with a lot of people who have limited options and therefore can't always choose to do business elsewhere. Incredibly frustrating, definitely avoid. ALSO -- their rating on Google is decent, 3.9 at the time of writing this, but check out their 1.1 on DealerRater.

After a few weeks I was able to get the warranty canceled. The car runs good. I'm happy with it.

To shorten what is a long and boring story, I "paid " the full amount of my loan with them, by credit card. The amount I paid was directly FROM THE BILL THEY HAD SENT ME, not an estimate, but a clear bill. So I paid the entire amount ON THE BILL off, including a late fee I had accrued. When I went to find my car title, I realized I had never received it when I paid off the car. They had sent "bills" but since I had moved and expected nothing , after paying off amount, I hadn't seen them. When I do call they show me a bill in which I owe the "interest " I they had charged me, in the month of my last billing statement. Again, this was interest they had charged me on their and not stated any amount! What ended up being their extraordinary "explanation" when I went in to get the title and sort it out, is that they DONT INCLUDE THE AMOUNT OF INTEREST THEY HAVE CHARGED YOU ON THE BILL YOU ARE PAYING! They send you a follow up "receipt" that breaks it down, but they do not put it in the breakdown of the very bill you have in your hand. Notice the good reviews on here are all that they were desperate, had bad credit (I was) and they act NICELY. Which they do! While screwing you over for every penny possible. I ended up paying not only $244 (the hidden from the bill interest for the month I paid) but additional interest for not knowing I owed them this money. I went into this with my eyes open, yes. Any company in the business of "giving" people loans that charge upwards of 27% interest are seriously questionable company. But this last move is so blatantly unethical the word needs to be spread far and wide ACME FINANCIAL PREY ON THE DESPERATE AND POOR, BUT DO IT WITH A SMIlE!

I'll take the responsibility that I had not thoroughly checked the car before purchasing. But they had let me know the car was perfectly sound and no issues so to my surprise that the trunk wouldn't open, the fans didnt work, and the car died on me on my way home from the dealer. Luckily they took my car back to give me a new battery, it took 2 weeks for that. And they had promised they'd fix my trunk but we'd have to split the cost, which would be $400 out of my pocket, since they had to buy a new battery. Of course I never went back and got it quoted from a real auto body shop and it was cheaper then what trucks plus asked. And they took my license holder from my front bumper after I bought it. So I honestly wouldn't advise buying a vehicle from them. Luckily I've been blessed enough to take care of the car I bought but I definitely am paying too much for what I got.

I was in the Wedgewood branch today to make one large deposit that could not be done online. I was there first filling in my deposit slip just to make it easier for the teller. Some guy comes in after me and goes straight to the teller and says he wants to withdraw $5,000. He has no ID; said he lost his wallet. He does not even know his bank account # and he was not at his home branch. The teller spent at least 20 min with him until some other teller came over to help. Meanwhile a line started with people who were probably more prepared then this guy. The second teller actually overrode the bank's requirements for ID and they ended up giving him the $5,000. Besides the poor customer service by making prepared customers wait and not making the guy go to the side to sort it all out, they bypassed their own bank's security measures. I do not feel good knowing someone can go into my Chase branch and take out a significant amount of money without ID especially in the era of stolen identities.

There the tellers fumble around unable to carry out even the simplest tasks. It is ridiculous to staff the bank with new hires who can't yet function. 25 minutes for a simple deposit! I suppose the business plan is to make the service so bad that customers will start to use the ATM instead. If that's the plan, it ain't working for me.
