Ordered 1 pep via Uber Eats, told me 30min. I arrive at the time of pickup and the order isn't ready, the guy tells me it'll be a few more minutes. Close to 50min go by and the same guy hasn't called my name/order or let me know that the order I asked about 50min ago is ready, so I decided to ask again and come to find out my pie was sitting in the heater, not sure when it got there as they move pies in and out of that thing frequently. Long story short it took a total of AN HOUR AND A HALF just to get a luke warm pizza. As far as taste...it was ok. This was a nice spot to grab lunch. Plenty of parking in the lot. The space is bright and clean with both indoor and outdoor seating. You can order by the slice or a whole pie. They also have wings, salads & sandwiches. I ended up getting 1 of the lunch combos which came with a slice, drink & choice of salad. Loved the thin, crispy crust on the traditional pizzas. They also have Sicilian style. Thumbs up to the pepperoni, grandma, & Sicilian. Vodka slice was just ok. The only thing that I didn't like about my experience was that the marinara sauce that came with the garlic knots was ice cold. Would have preferred it to be warm or at least room temp. Been waiting for Prime to open since I see it every time I grab coffee next door. I finally went last week with a friend after a Barry's class (balance, amiright?). I ordered a pepperoni thin slice, a spicy pepperoni Brooklyn square piece and my friend got the thin crust white sauce. My fave would have to be the thin crust. I tried my friend's white pizza which was really good and I really did enjoy the pepperoni thin crust as well. One note is that the pizza did lean a little too salty, but it was still good. The crust was nice and crispy which I really liked! Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the Brooklyn style. It was too bready and there wasn't enough cheese, but flavor was good. Very nice staff, but sadly my expectations for a decent slice were shot to hell when I dove into a very dry barely cheesy grandma slice that basically tasted like crusty bread with some sauce. The plain cheese, which is a staple anywhere and should be wonderful on a cold night, was also lukewarm and very dry. I used to work nearby pre-Covid when this was another pizza company. This is more popular today from the family owned spot back so I was hopeful, but the pizza was again disappointing, so I will not be back. Again, very nice people, great pics of little kids on the wall , but I know what to expect from my grandma and my NYC style pizza, and if you wouldn't expect your kids to eat lukewarm, dry pizza, then why should I? I've been coming to this location for a while, but recently I've noticed that they've reduced how much cheese is on the pizza! I ordered a whole cheese pizza and an arrabbiata pizza on 2 different occasion in the last few weeks and only about half of each slice had cheese on them. After my last review Jesus the restaurant manager reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience of being charged for the wrong slices. He offered me a gift card for the mishap. I accepted and stopped by last Sunday to give it another shot. My friend and I were greeted warmly by the cashier. Jesus happened to be at the front and remembered me when I gave them my name for the order. He sincerely apologized and was glad that I gave them another chance. I have visited this place several times and feel that they have good pizza and salads. I particularly like the pan spicy pepperoni. Last Friday I made the 20 minute drive to get a couple pan pepperoni slices and a salad. I got there with 5 min to spare before closing. I stood at the counter and the person behind was cursing because he was realizing that they had given a pizza out to the wrong delivery person. So the uber eats guy was told that he had to wait for them to redo the order. After that another delivery person walked in the store and approached to say the persons name they were picking up for. After both of those issues the man finally acknowledged me and asked how he could help me. I pointed at the slice of pepperoni that was prepared and he responded with "we are closed... you can't order now" I was shocked because I was inside and had been waiting patiently for all the delivery drama so I questioned him and he said nope I can't serve you the computer won't let me now and he SMUGGLY said "come back tomorrow" as he and his coworker started to pick up all the pizzas on the counter and put them in the trash in my face. Prime Pizza has the best crust in town. I'm not normally a fan of the outer edge crust of pizza but this pizza crust is just the best. We also ordered a Caesar Salad which was complete with croutons and a legitimate dressing. Overall, both completed our meal and were fresh and tasty. This was my late night dinner while I was working and what a great choice I love pizza but I'm truly never a fan of crust but I really enjoy prime pizzas crust and the sauce is incredible. I placed my order online and it was done in 25 mins. I walked in the employee greeted me and had me in and out in less than a minute pizza in hand and a smile on my face.
