Today's grand opening of R & B Tea in Rosemead was attended by a large crowd. Since they were all half off, I chose to get a Jasmine Green Milk Tea, Matcha Stormy, an Oreo Chocolate Stormy, two Hawaiian Fruit Green Teas, Kumquat Lemon Ice Tea, and Dragonfruit Mango Green Tea. I paid $16 for all 7 drinks, not bad! Getting all the drinks took around an hour and fifteen minutes. The drinks may only taste acceptable on the first day, but maybe they will become better over time. Will come back and try other drinks. read more

Helllaaa busy because of their BOGO offer but the tea was okay. We did a pretty big order and we all thought the teas were okay BUT the boba is really good! Hopefully the mediocre tea is just because they're swamped. I had to actually go back because we were missing a drink so make sure y'all check your order before you leave. I love R&B Monterey Park. I was hoping this location would bring as much joy but this grand opening in Rosemead was chaotic and did not have the full menu. I love their horchata and I came here for it along with the BOGO but they excluded it from the menu. That was the first hit. Hopefully this location will include it eventually I placed my order and had enough time to take lots of pictures, pick up lunch from another plaza, and still felt like such a long wait. I saw employees handing drinks on the side and taking drinks to other customers outside while everyone else waited . It was a bit frustrating . The numbers weren't called out loud and it was hard to hear. It would be nice if they included a screen to show what number they are working on. I believe there were 2 large orders placed before I came in. The place didn't clear up until these were taken care of . Hopefully it gets better . It took an hour and a couple minutes to get 4 drinks. read more

The drinks here are good. I ordered the Milk Tea with boba and the Thai Green Tea and both were amazing. The service was pretty quick and easy since I just ordered on a machine. The interior design of the place is modern and nice. I remembered that inside is decorated with various decors as well. Overall, good experience and will come back again. read more

I came here twice, tried something different each time and both times I enjoyed the drinks. Things I like: - Ordering from the kiosk. It's nice to be able to see all the customizations and drinks up close and take your time with it (granted there's no line behind you). Makes it easier to see the menu. My eyesight is poor and sometimes I don't like looking up at the TV screen menus lol. The kiosk is optional though. You can always order at the counter. - Drinks were good. First time I saw brown rice milk tea on a menu. It sounded interesting and I'm glad I ordered it! I like that drinks are moderately sweet unlike most other boba places that can be too sweet. - One size cups. Could be wrong but I believe they only have one size which is nice since other places offer a "small" and a "large" and their smalls cups end up being really tiny. - Service is quick and friendly. Would be nice if customers are greeted when they walk in but overall the ambience in the store is enjoyable. Will be coming back! read more
