Corn tortillas, Koolaid zero sugar, Roma tomato's, salad kit
    Amber R.

I came to get a few items for dinner. I got some corn tortillas, salad and tomatoes. I also ended up finding some zero sugar Koolaid packets. The prices are very expensive here compared to some other stores. The service is okay but could be better. The employees are not that friendly. The store is very neatly organized and clean.

In Los Angeles to stay for a couple of days and needed some water and snack. This was conveniently located not too far from where we were staying. The prices were same as a regular grocery store so I can't complain. Service was ok. The lines moved fast I checked out within 5 minutes. The store was clean but some of the shelves were empty, i.e. the water section. I don't know if it was because it was later in the day or they just need to fill the shelves. But we found everything we were looking for. Also, I like that there's Starbucks inside. So that's a plus!

Had the rudest cashier ever during my visit this afternoon. After finishing chatting with the previous customer cashier Christine P. commenced to not respond when greeted and was on her cellphone while scanning my groceries. She also did not bag my groceries in the bag I provided. I'm not sure if Ralphs trains their employees to behave this way but I only experience this behavior with this particular cashier. Maybe this front cashier should take a note from the butcher department. Paris the meat cutter has the best customer service at store in Arcadia. He might need to train others.

11 oz of my 2 lb flank steak was connective tissue and silver. What a waste of money.

Crazy over priced and the food isn't very good. Every time I buy meat here, it is overpriced and terrible quality. Don't waste your money.

Cannot say a great deal about the store, since I was only inside for a matter of minutes once I discovered they did not have the primary item I desired. Didn't spend much more time inside browsing their merchandise or interacting with staff. As for appearance, the store was well organized, and clean.

This Ralph's has been a hit or miss for me since the pandemic has started. We've had to go to the grocery store once a week since the pandemic, and for the most part it's been okay to visit this store with the exception of yesterday. I got there around lunch time and there was a line out the door. They didn't have stickers outside for people to socially keep their distance. This store is the closest grocery store to me, and pre-pandemic, this was my favorite. Fortunately for me, I have a lot of grocery stores within a 3-mile radius from my house, so I think if I need to make another visit at a grocery store, I'll be trying something else. Stay tuned! Stay safe and healthy. Be sure to wear a mask and even gloves if you're going to a grocery store. Keep your distance, respect each other, and thank the grocery workers for their hard work.

Pretty wide selection of general and non-GMO items for our whole family decently priced. Team members are welcoming and willing to help. This is one of our favorite food shopping places!

This is my usual go-to local grocery store. I typically find most of the staff helpful and friendly, the store clean and well stocked. The prices are certainly much better than the local Von's. Hopefully they'll get back to their regular performance when this is all over. I am giving 3 stars for their behaviors during this Coronavirus crisis. Since late February/early March when all the grocery-hoarding started, their shelves have been relatively empty every time I've gone. Today was no exception...there were no paper products, water products, cleaning products, bags of flour, certain types of meat (mainly beef items), cheeses, etc. These shelves, among others, were completely bare and I was there today before 10am. I overheard staff saying they are waiting to stock shelves for certain strategic times. So they have the products in the back and are not stocking the shelves regularly. Very unfortunate in these scary times. They really should be stocking their shelves at oeastnightly so everyone has access to the items they need! No matter what time of day I try to go, a lot of the shelves are empty. They also suddenly seem to be understaffed? Limited cashiers, but I always see 3-4 staff grouped together chatting in various locations in the store? The few times I've had to wait in line outside to be let in as a result of social distancing rules, they do not ensure that there are opportunities to stay 6 feet apart and don't seem to help enforce or encourage the rule. They have taped the floors near and around the check out lines, but they do not take any actions to enforce the 6 feet rule and other customers are completely ignoring the tape and encroaching on other customers in line!

Flipped over to show that it's not trimmed.

Review #904 2025-#078…read more I discovered Good Fortune Supermarket because it shares parking with Yi Mei (refer to Review #903). I had some time to kill before having brunch with my brother, so my son & I browsed the supermarket to see if there's any goods that are interesting or a good deal. The market is well-stocked & organized, but the floors are dingy & screams for a deep clean. Yikes! Though the items on the shelves look like there's been turnaround since they're not dusty. Whew! =) Its offerings are similar to the local Asian markets, with a little less variety at slightly higher prices. The fresh fruits were absurdly pricey IMO, but there were a few "sales" though they're still higher than regular pricing elsewhere. Since we're over an hour from home, I only picked up some snacks like roasted peanuts (I love the Farmer Brand!), fermented hawthorn, & some biscuits. The cashiers were friendly... asked if I found everything I needed, & also greeted my son & asked if hawthorn is his favorite treat. While I didn't have any 好運氣 (good fortune) in finding any deals, I get some yummy treats for my 6 YO to nosh on while waiting for my brother. I prefer the Main St. location in Alhambra, but they've been temporarily closed since 09/2024; I usually shop there when I'm in the area because of the eateries nearby. I don't think I'll be making any return trips unless I'm dining next door.

So I was so happy to find that they had quite a good variety. I was planning on making a thank you fruit box for my uncle myself, but the man running the store said he could put one together for me, and I saw a whole wall of decorative options. It took quite a bit of time, but he was meticulous, adding ribbons, stickers, tissue paper. It came out beautiful. I also got some lychee, and they said it was the juiciest ones they've had in the states! The store is kind of bare, but there are specialty candy to fill the space as well. Definitely would be back.

Super cool find of delicious and rare fruit!…read more I was a little skeptical as it seems a little new. But this place is so cool! Korean pears. Hawaiian Longon. Black watermelons. Red dragon fruits. Organic apples. Persimmons. Korean Muscat grapes. Kyoho grapes. All absolutely gorgeous! The price is not your typical Vons or Ralph's prices, as it should not be. If you're a fruit connosiuer, this is the place for you. If you trying to get a cheap deal for meh fruit, this isn't for you. They also have blue eggs and black truffle moon cake. I am so excited for this place and would love to come back. The worker is super friendly and explained everything to me. She let us try some samples of fruits and was overall so kind and sweet. I 100% recommend this place. Invest in your own health and stop buying fast food.
