I was so excited when I heard that Randy's was coming to AZ! They have a drive thru which is a plus if you're in a rush. Plenty of parking in a private lot and customer service was friendly. The shop was clean and they had a pretty good assortment in the afternoon available. We went with a glazed crondy which is their version of a croissant donut. It was pretty heavy and didn't have much flavor. We also got a dozen assorted of their donut holes. They tasted like they were old. I was hoping they would be light and fluffy and it's just not our preference. Glad we were able to give them a try.

My office sometimes treats us to Friday donuts from the local shops and Randy's has been my favorite. I love, love, love a simple donut with chocolate icing (sprinkles or none). The chocolate icing was the best ever. Fudgey, practically. On top of that the donut was super fresh. Can't beat it.

Ordered a chocolate raised donut through drive thru. Service was congenial and quick. Can't speak of the ambiance since I did not enter the establishment. I did enjoy my donut. I gave this 4 stars, as my heart, love & loyalty belongs to another unnamed donut shop. Ranyd's is my new favorite donut spot! The donuts here are always perfect. The staff is great as well. Always so friendly and welcoming. There is a ton of options for donuts, even one that is HUGE! Inside is pretty small, but there is still plenty of seating. brb, gonna go get some donuts from Randy's!

Upon discovering that a Randy's Donuts had opened, I had to visit another donut shop. Upon arrival, I found the parking area to be somewhat congested, but I eventually found a spot. Entering the shop, I noticed that the line was long and moved rather slowly due to the variety of options available. When it was finally my turn to order, I went with the following, to name few. Blueberry Iced Cake: B Apple Fritter: B S'mores Raised: B Red Velvet Cake: B The donuts were good but honestly not the best I have ever had like some reviews went on about it was a fun experience but not something I would recommend as my go-to spot.

I grew up in Culver City and never tried Randy's. Saw one here in town and got so excited! We finally tried it and I say with sadness that it's just o-k. We tried a maple glazed cake, my favorite type of donut that I try everywhere I go. The donut was a little dry and had a stale texture. The outside wasn't crispy like a perfectly fried donut usually is. The maple flavor was good. I didn't even eat half of it ... :(

Phenomenal donuts! The glazed raised and coconut raised donuts were fresh, perfectly chewy and soft. The store was clean and well cooled. Parking is easy but the surrounding streets are an absolute nightmare. Staff were just doing shift change and were definitely over it, ha. Still friendly enough.

I this is my third time at this location and I have to say service is always good and so are the donuts... You will get a complete sugar rush with all the extra, but I love all the choices you have here. I have never been when it was busy. It is always a pretty chill environment and everyone is always helpful. I would recommend.

Randy's Donuts Can't miss where Randy's Donuts location is with the 10 ft Donut in front that says "Randy's Donuts" on it. We did the drive thru which was fast and easy, swung around, ordered and up to the window to pickup and pay. These are the four donuts that we chose: Chocolate Crondy Glazed Crondy The Crondy Donuts were good, layers of delicious bites just like a croissant, I would recommend the chocolate one. Maple Raised with Churros was great tasty treat, loved the maple over the Donut and the sweetness of the churro was perfect. Texas Glazed is a classic soft and sweet, guess I will need to take another Metformin to get my glucose down.

I appreciate Rachel reaching out for a second chance! It's still a no go for me. I purposely waited a month to see if anything would change but was still disappointed. Got two jelly donuts and they were awful. They were old first off, overly doughy, oily and lacked icing. The filling was tasty. I won't be returning as it's too far of a drive to be hit or miss.

Ever since seeing the giant donut in front of Randy's I've been dying to check it out! Plus I love me a delicious donut!! The drive through was closed when I went but no big deal because I need to view the donut selection before choosing and I wanted to check out the inside. Nothing special on the inside except for wallpaper showing the Randy's story. No real ambiance. They had a nice selection of cake and old fashioned, plus eclairs, bear claws, apple fritters and cinnamon rolls. I chose 6 donuts and an iced drip coffee. I was informed the coffee was Randy's own special drip blend. The old fashioned donuts were amazing! I had a lemon, double chocolate and a glazed I was only wishing they had a maple old fashioned. Those are my favorite. Instead I had a maple log filled with cream and it was so sweet but so delicious!! The cake donuts were a little disappointing. They were very eggy tasting and the red velvet donut was the one I could have done without. The special Randy's coffee was ok but not great. Service was fine - no issues.

It's good.. they are different than the normal bosa donuts for our family. I would say randys is sweeter and service is awful haha. The old fashion donuts were awesome and the kids loved all the premium donuts with fun toppings. Love having another option in the area. read more

Visited around 10 am . Unimpressed with selection of donuts , service had no sense of urgency. Spent money on a Waymo to get there only to leave without buying anything. Not a good look for Randy's. read more

Nothing like the OG South Central LA location back home on Century & Normandie. So disappointed in this new location and I really wanted to love this place! The donut case was almost empty and what was left didn't look anything like what I grew up eating. The staff were somewhat friendly. My son and his girlfriend got two donuts. I didn't buy anything. The kids said the donuts were ok. Two donuts cost over $6.00... don't waste your time. read more

Excellent donut shop! Just went tonight and the staff were amazing, the store was clean, and the donuts (as usual) were amazing. The selection is better earlier in the day of course, but we loved the blueberry iced cake, chocolate buttermilk bar, the cherry cake, the butter crunch, the old fashioned, and a few others. As a Randy Donuts fan this new location was a pleasant surprise to find in my trip to Arizona. Being from the east coast getting this is a delightful experience because of the different types of doughnuts you can experience from classics to more deluxe options! Would definitely recommend coming to try one or all of them out! Came about mid day and wasn't busy at all but obviously could depend on time of day your strolling through! read more

I have never had a donut from or been to Randy's Donuts before. What a BAD First impression‼ Ordered online at 845AM for pickup. Stated order would be ready at 9AM. Arrived at 910PM. NOT READY ‼ Several employees but nobody seemed to be helping anyone. Two people ahead of me walked out obviously tired of waiting to be helped. Asked for help to get or find my pick up order. It took three different employees to finally get helped. Order was not even started. Order still waiting on print out machine. Nice gentleman boxed up my order. Didn't have one of the donuts I ordered. Also ordered jalapeño ham and cheese croissants. Received plain regular croissants. So I was over charged by $4.50. NOT a please first time customer. I guess the donuts were good but very questionable customer service. Greatly needs improvement. read more

I want to thank Rachel & Oswaldo for graciously donating donuts to the officers who are standing guard over the officer we lost this week. I called the donut shop & explained that there are officers guarding the fallen officer 24/7 at hansen's mortuary until his funeral next week. I asked if they'd be willing to donate to the officers & without hesitation they said YES! So my daughter & I picked up donuts this morning & took them to the mortuary & the officers were so appreciative! Thank you Randy's for caring so much about the community! read more

Randy's Donuts needs to improve both its service and the quality of its donuts, which are smaller compared to those I've had at other locations. The drive-thru wait time was excessively long, despite there being no dine-in customers or cars ahead of me, and more than five employees working inside. This situation requires attention. read more

I tried to order online... their online portal claimed that Apple fritters and Rasberry filled coul not b ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. So I drive over to order. Service was beyond slow. From the time I got there till I left took me 28 min. There was only two cars in front of me. Really poor service. With 5 cars parked in the lot. Would guess perhaps 2 of those to b employees cars? Anyhow ... was able to order 2 apple fritters and two raspberry filled donuts. Got home, started eating one of the apple fritters and it tasted funny. Had my friend taste it and she agreed, it tasted burnt. On top of that it was super hard and dried out. We threw them both away. The two raspberry filled were ok...a bit on the dry side but certainly not as horrible as the apple fritters were. All in all, not at all with the hype more the 7 mile one way trip to get to them. Would absolutely not recommend them. Have gotten much better donuts from our local grocery store. read more

This rate is purely based on customer service. My first time there and I was going through the drive thru where there was some buckets placed that I assumed might've been there by accident so I drove around it. I'm waiting at the speaker and the guy comes out to scold me saying something like "The drive thru is closed!" Like they couldn't have put a better sign saying so?! But some buckets smh. Wont be back. read more

I tried 2 donuts. After 1 bite, the pink icing and sprinkles broke crumbled and fell off, like it was hard and dry. The icing shouldn't be breaking off the donut like that in my opinion lol. The chocolate icing donut held up better, but was still a bit stiff, not a fluffy cloud donut like at Bosa. Flavor was great tho! They should turn on some background music inside, it was too quiet. Also seemed like they had like 10 people working behind the counter but not that busy. Nice they have a drive-through, and we definitely needed a donut shop in this part of town. read more

Came in with my wife on opening day around 1pm. Place was busy, but not too bad. Waited in line for 5 minutes, no issues. The experience started to go a bit downhill from there. The lady behind the counter could hardly hear us when we were trying to place our order. One regular glazed and one chocolate covered donut. She explained "they were out of them". How can you be out of the most basic donuts to be offered? All the donuts present were specialty donuts, which obviously cost way more. I was kinda turned off by that almost as if it was on purpose. When we got home with our two donuts, I was completely underwhelmed. Mine was very hard, like almost stale. I was under the assumption that these guys were some of the best given all the attention and publicity through media and movies. Guess I'll have to stick to my favorite go to Bosa read more

I went a few weeks ago and had to wait quite a while for them box up my donuts. It took longer for that than to order. I was not impressed with their donuts, they did not taste fresh. There is a much better donut place that I will be going to. Too much hype about Randys. read more

We were super excited to have Randy's in Phx but it is a huge disappointment. The donuts taste like old oil. You don't taste anything else but oil and it hurts your stomach. The staff is horrible and needs training. I'm not sure how it's going to take to get that figured out but this place should be running a lot smoother. I'll just let Randy's be a special thing when I'm in LA. .5/10 don't recommend! read more

I take donuts to work one day a week so decided to stop at Randy's. The store was empty except for five employees pretty much standing around. I bought two chocolate long johns, two cinnamon rolls, a glazed and a white icing with sprinkles. Both long johns went into the trash after a couple of bites, the others were no better. Donuts are HORRIBLE! Service sucks! Not welcoming or friendly at all. Kane P has no customer service whatsoever! As he's taking my order I'm telling him what I wanted and he didn't hear me so he says "WHAT!" I get to the window doesn't greet you or nothing. Sticks the machine out to take payment and shuts the window! This place is definitely OVERHYPED! Bosa donuts are WAY better! Save yourself the time and pick another place. I guess I'm like one of those people that need coffee first before big thinking/navigation challenges etc The cutest French bull dog was there so I died and went to heaven. This coffee jaunt is beautiful with an industrial open loft feel where the air ducts in the ceiling show. Roofing is so last year! It's also a furniture store and a private office space so 4-8 people are in the back working on laptops in a forest of houseplants.
