I have been on the hunt for an amazing halal Indo Chinese restaurant in the DFW area for a while. Sadly this place doesn't fit the bill. First off, I found a long strand of hair in my food which really grossed me out. Moving on from that, the food was alright. We got the steamed chicken momo, chilli paneer, firecracker chicken and noodles. All in all, the food tasted pretty decent and good portions. If it wasn't for the hair and slow/lazy service , I would have rated this place higher. I will probably try this place again and update the review if I feel any different in the future. read more

Luved the food... we attended the Halloween party and it was a total blast. Servers were so prompt , food was really good.. all the things we ordered were bang on good on spice and taste level. We ordered Chilli garlic noodles , Fried rice , gold coins, american Chopsuey. All of it was excellent and just like how i remember having it in India. Servers were really nice and friendly. We've been visiting this place for long time now, but this time we had a TERRIBLE experience on Monday evening when we all visited here for dinner. We were a party of 10 and we were extremly disspointed with the service. It was PATHETIC. This one waiter Ashish M(tall guy with glasses), who served us was extremly rude and disrespectful. First of all, he never visted our table after serving us our main course.He didn't bother to take off the empty appitizer plates from our table before the main course arrived. He for some reason was trying to avoid cleaning the table. Finally it was one of my family member had to remove all the plates and keep it on the next table. The waiter didn't even bother to ask us if we need anything else. Kids wanted to order more stuff, but due to the waiter's attitude, we decided not to order more dishes. The waiter didn't care because he knew , he was garanteed GRATUITY TIP because we were 10 people. EXTREMELY dissapointed. This restaurant opened 4 days ago. Food was really flavorful with lots of options on the menu. Currently the establishment has not received its liquor license and is operating as BYOB, which is always a plus! For appetizers, we got the Corn Pepper Salt and Firecracker Chicken, both which were amazing. For entrees, we got the Szechuan Fried Rice which was absolutely delicious. We also got the Braised Mutton which we had to send back to make spicier, but the returned entree was delicious. Service is awesome. My husband and I just had a marvelous dining experience tonight at Red Hot Chili Peppers in Frisco. The food is amazing, the service was attentive and helpful and polite. The food was so awesome, it was like a party in my mouth. The honey chicken was great, not too sweet, tiny little bit of heat, the Hot Garlic Lamb, wow, incredible, I had mine extra spicy, and It was perfect. And the Hakka noodles, well, best noodles we ever tasted. Everything was so good, we can't wait to go back and try more dishes. With this being their opening night, it seemed flawless. The team has done it again with great food and ambience. I really liked all their food, from the sweet corn soup, chilli fish, firecracker chicken, Szechwan fried rice, Hakka noodles and prawns in hot garlic sauce. this is authentic Calcutta style chinese. This is the first time I ever had Calcutta style Chinese outside India. If you are Indian but not from Calcutta and not aware of Chinese food in Calcutta, then it should be something pretty new for you. You might not even like it. But do not give your expert opinion in that case. Just accept that it is something that you cannot appreciate. I tried their Hakka noodle egg covered fried rice and chili chicken (Calcutta's chili Chicken can be pretty versatile; this is one of the renditions).
