Super solid. Not fancy but dependable. I loved the bison burger and the kale salad is a nice alternative to fries. Very good cocktails though I'll say their Bloody Mary is oddly sweet so not recommended. GREAT servers. This is their busiest weekend and somehow they've all managed to be helpful, nice and patient. We were vacationing in Park City for spring break and not in the mood for anything fancy that required reservations. The concierge directed us here and we enjoyed it so much we visited twice! We were seated almost right away both times. The servers were personable and helpful. The first night she gave my husband candid advice that helped him avoid ordering a bad dinner (the peasant pie, FYI). The first night I had the BLTA ceaser salad and it was great. The next time I had the American Burger. After missing lunch because of skiing, the burger hit the spot! Double patty, flavorful and juicy. The hot fudge sundaes were enjoyed by all my family while I opted for the chocolate mousse cup (in an edible chocolate cup!). I would call it pudding rather than mousse but either way it was awesome. The highlight of this place was the value. It is located in the Canyons Village so I anticipated being gouged on prices but was pleasantly surprised with totally reasonable ones...a refreshing find! read more

Best place I've eaten at so far in Park City!! Nice and laid back, our waitress Jessica was awesome! The spinach dip was delicious, one of the better places to eat and watch a game in PC. Went back a second time because we loved it so much! Gayle was our waitress and she's a sweetheart. Got the chili rubbed wings which were amazing. Comes with the buffalo sauce on the side for you to drizzle on so the wings stay crispy. The bison chili was by far the best chili I've had while staying in Park City! Nice ambience. Kids friendly. Good service. The drink I ordered (jalapeño margarita) was very weak. The soup my wife ordered was weak too. The chicken in the soup was dry. Went here with a group of 8. None of the food was great; burnt chicken tenders and a bad menu selection. Extremely expensive and on top of that rude wait staff. Our bill was $350 for basically salads, sandwiches and 1 drink each. A 20% tip was automatically added and the waiter told us he couldn't even split our bill based on what each family ordered. We read the reviews before we dined here and thought about canceling our reservation but this was in our hotel and we didn't want to drive out that night. I've been here about 10 times and I've had a great time almost every time. To only be disappointed by bad service and slightly below normal food one time I'd say is pretty fair. That being said a few items that I absolutely enjoy, are the Pork cheek tamales and their baby back ribs. Not huge on any of their appetizers, but their margaritas are flat out the best in town. Be sure to check this place out on a sunny spring afternoon during ski season. I'm pretty sure you will seriously enjoy sitting on their deck. In my opinion it's way better then sitting at the Umbrella Bar. read more

Food wasn't horrible, but not a great experience. After waiting 30 minutes for our waiter to take our order, we find out they gave us the wrong menu. I ordered a lemonade and I'm pretty sure they took glass of water and squeezed 1/4 a lemon in the drink and called it good. We played golf at Canyons and we were told we'd receive 19% off if we dined at this establishment. Now we received the 19% off, but the manager tried to make it seem as if we made up the discount when the bill was due. To receive the discount, he required everyone to prove we played golf. We had the pomegranate jalapeño margaritas which were tasty, a cup of the vegatable soup and Chilli, also good, and then the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing! My friend got the poke appetizer which was also quite good. The only disappointment was the slaw which came with the sandwich. Our waiter also helped us out with trail maps and recommendations where to go the next day! We're happy we ate here. read more

Terrible food, worse service. Our server (Carolyn I think) was extremely pushy and was shamelessly trying to upsell us on everything to raise the bill amount. My medium rare steak was dark grey all the way through and everything was bland an uninspired. They got my wife's order wrong and the server said she couldn't change it. What? So we asked for the manager (Gary) and he was even worse. A tall, skinny, and extremely condescending man with silly little glasses literally told us "sorry, my hands are tied.. nothing I can do for you". Well you can't manage your servers, you can manage the kitchen staff, and you can't at least offer to adjust the bill when you brought us the wrong food? What would you say, you do here? Seriously, go downstairs to The Farm. That place is outstanding and the price difference really isn't that much. read more

We checked in just before closing, and the kitchen was kind enough to stay open for us. We got the chicken wings appetizer - and they were bar none the best wings I've ever had! The piping hot fries stood up to them as well. Came back for more two days later and was not disappointed. Stopped in to refresh after exiting the gondola following the exciting 2200' zip line adventure over a mountain valley at the Canyons. Pleasant hostess seated us inside on this hot June day at a window table viewing the mountain bikers' descent. Glasses of rehydrating water were a godsend for these middle agers (55-65) and they were kept full. Our server, Emily, was delightfully attentive, conversational and upbeat - dare I say perky? I thoroughly enjoyed her recommendation of a Brown ale from Park City Brewery, where she has also worked. Absent her preferred sweet Riesling or Moscato, Tami asked about a suitable white substitute from the wine list. Emily displayed an excellent knowledge of those offered as she described several, indicating rationale for choosing/not choosing, landing on the Torrontes. Not wanting a beverage she wouldn't drink, Tami asked if she could have a taste. Emily responded with a half frown, saying that she would try but that it wasn't always possible. Even so, she returned with an ounce in a snifter. It was as advertised: fruity, light and, though not sweet, with a hint of residual sugar. A full glass followed. Having relaxed, we determined that we really weren't hungry and decided to not order food, instead opting for a second round. Again with Emily's half frown - a moue? Quite endearing actually. She related the Utah liquor law(s) limiting patrons of an establishment with a 'restaurant license' to one drink unless ordering food. Odd, to us as travelers, but upon reflection, we thought it a good idea. Roll out Emily's recommendations: we ordered a half portion of the Beet Hummus with assorted crudités. For $5, it proved to be a generous and well flavored dish. The garlic was roasted rendering it mild enough to complement and not overpower the subtlety of the beet. Scooped up with pita, cucumber, carrot or celery proved to be a most suitable accompaniment with our second drinks. True, we didn't sample much. What we had in a nice casual atmosphere served in a most delightful way was refreshing and satisfying. read more

And smiles are free ladies. More customer service scenario training needed. Walked in here on a Sunday night. Service was good. Seems this place has the same issues most places in Park City have. Inflated prices for so-so food. The value of what you get for the money you pay is not great. I ordered a lamb chop and for $30 I got 6pieces of cooked spinach, a smattering of root vegetables and a decent sized lamp chop that ended up being Half fat. When we asked the manager about it- we were told this was normal because of the fat content blah blah blah- which neither me or my boyfriend found acceptable. The manager offered to buy our appetizer for us as we weren't happy- so they did at least handle it somewhat appropriately and tried to make us happy. Also the food WAS really good...what little of it I actually got on my plate. Boyfriend got the spinach and apple salad and it was really good. I would say go ahead and eat here but don't order the lamb chop- you get almost no food for the $$. Also- there was a really cute dog at the bar sitting on one of the bar stools which I thought was fun- that they are dog friendly you can bring your dogs into the actual restaurant. read more

Waited a bit for the hostess to come back and told her that I wanted to order some take out. She ended up telling me that I could eat there but if I ordered it to go it would take a minimum of 30 minutes - I said fine about the wait that I would order then come back. She then proceeded to give me some excuse saying there's not guarantee and it could upwards of hours - I asked what's the difference between take out and eating there - she said "she couldn't explain it" but it messes up the kitchen - total BS in my book. - rude and obviously wanted me to go elsewhere for whatever reason. read more

Maybe I went on an off night. I ordered the cowboy burger and it took 25 minutes to come out. That was the only thing I ordered and it was later in the evening outside of peak hours. My friends and I skied down for a late lunch on New Year's Eve. We were seated relatively quickly, and had enough time to see that other people were getting dishes that looked pretty tasty. I ordered the chili and my friends ordered taco salads. I'm not sure what exactly went wrong in the kitchen, but the food we got was laughably subpar. The kitchen ran out of taco shell bowls for the chili, so rather than alert me, I simply got a small ceramic bowl (still $12). It tasted good, we had chips at the table, and it was miles ahead of what my friends got, so I didn't protest too much. The salads were totally unacceptable. The "taco" salads were a plate of lettuce, with a big scoop of sour cream and a little guac. There appeared to be no more than 5 black beans per salad, a few corn kernels, and a few shreds of cheese (but only on one of the salads). Upon expressing our confusion about the lack of "taco," our server brought out a bowl of tortilla strips. A helpful gesture, but nothing was saving those sorry excuses for a meal. We tried to cut our server some slack, because a bad kitchen was not her fault, but the whole experience was massively disappointing. I understand resorts mark up their food no matter how mediocre, but this was pretty bad. I don't know if the kitchen got overwhelmed with the holiday traffic or if this is standard operating procedure, but you're much better served going to The Farm or staying up on the mountain and braving the buffet crowds or finding a yurt. read more

Made reservations for this restaurant as there was an event at the Canyons. Our group ordered well over $100 worth of food, however after an hour we still had no food and our waitress had not checked on us. Two of the meals were simple salads. When we finally waved a waiter down, he was unapologetic and simply stated that food was late because they were busy. It was the 3rd if July, so they should have prepared for the crowd. Nonetheless, only half of the outdoor patio was used meaning they have capacity for a much larger crowd. When we spoke with the manager, he too was unapologetic and actually quite rude. He was angry that we were expressing our frustrations and suggested that we leave. One member of our group is a chef at a well known steak restaurant and he was appalled at the slow pace, lack of apologies, and rudeness from the manager. read more

It's Utah, so I didn't really question it. So we tried to just order another bowl of chips and salsa for $2, but apparently that doesn't count. We had to order a side of guac for $3 instead. Decided to eat here as we were staying in the hotel. We were the only people in the entire restaurant which we thought was odd. Thought the food was pricey but decided to proceed. I ordered the ribeye which was the thickness of carne asada and tasted as if it had been previously cooked then reheated. The mashed potatoes had a crust on the outside like you would see at a buffet from sitting out for quite some time. I cannot honestly see how the owner or chefs could possibly be pleased with the quality of food they are serving, let alone the outrageous price they charge for such quality. I sincerely hope this restaurant reads their reviews and make a change. What a shame of an establishment considering the quality of the hotel. read more

The burgers and salads here are great. Really appreciate the butter lettuce used in the salads. Service is quick, and the prices are reasonable considering you are in a Canyons resort restaurant. This place has great customer service, and great atmosphere. I ordered the Tiramisu and it was alright, too heavy for my taste. The burger however was bomb!!! It was one of the best burgers I have had i totally recommend trying it. Their fries are meh, but the burger wooohoo kills other burgers. read more
