    My move was very last minute and I had not packed everything and I have a ton of stuff. Rhino relocation came to my house. They did not ask me for anything. They packed up everything that was not already in boxes and not one thing was broken. They took amazing care of all my belongings And it was a seamless move. I highly recommend this company.

    DO NOT CONTRACT THIS SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Will be filling further with FMCSA/ATA/ and Police. This company is CRIMINAL! Everything this company does is operated 3rd party or sub-contracted work. This makes it easy for them to have complete lack of responsibility and is a huge liability scam. So far my communication is with Anna, Jasper, and Sharon. None of which have been able to speak directly with us. Only pre-generated emails from them. Clearly a regional manager needs to step in here; as a physical discussion needs to take place. Thousands of dollars in damage to my house, furniture and complete missing items. Currently in the midst of a claim process where they are offering a gross settlement of $391.00. This doesn't even come close to a replacement value. We paid over $15,000.00 for this move. CSI is the 3rd party insurance company and they have completely disregarded all documentation to support our claim. We now have to re-communicate that all documentation has been supplied, and review one by one. AGAIN!!!!! The delivery was a complete nightmare. There was one guy who must have been under the influence; because he was moving large items up our stairs without any help. He damage several areas of the home. I have photo evidence. He was also verbally abusive and beyond un-professional. The moment he arrived he stated he could only work 4hrs. This was a big move from CA to CO. I had to request that he be removed from the property due to his unacceptable behavior.

    I had a great experience with this company. I had a hard time securing movers last minute to move my business from one location to another. I spoke with Sharon who assured me they would be able to accommodate my last minute needs and get the job done within two days. Jose was a great team leader. The crew worked diligently and safe. I wish I would have used these guys for my ex wife's move. I still hear about it until today. Good job guys and thank you for knocking this out for me. Will use again if needed!

    This was the 2nd time I used their moving services. Rhino group are amazing. I found them professional, punctual and very organized. Highly recommend them to everyone.

    While there are plenty of moving companies in the Los Angeles location, it appears that their routines fill swiftly. I select to have my mom relocation from the Northwest as well as needed assistance unloading her things from a huge moving truck into storage space and also my residence. The trouble was that she was postponed and we had a 5 hr home window of time to unload before I had to fly out of the community. This was a difficult circumstance, in addition to the currently difficult challenge that moving is. I spoke to lots of moving companies and this company was only one of four that reacted. The one that I had used in the past was scheduled, an additional appeared to simply maintain sending out "boiler-plate" e-mails, as well as the various other was also as well hectic, yet intended to earn my company too. Rhino Relocation had a quote a bit greater than the one I had actually utilized in the past, however, claimed that they could commit to the moment and also a location with three men. I paid a credit card down payment on the phone as well as they promptly emailed a receipt. The employees appeared early the following day and right away got to work. They were incredibly expert, organized and also friendly too! There was some complication a few times regarding where specific items would go (my residence or the storage), yet they simply handled our [dis] company. It appears that this was not the first time that they experienced this. Furthermore, they were finished specifically on time, so there were no surprise fees. I will certainly call them once more if I ever before need moving companies.

    Rhino was contracted to handle my move through a high end moving broker. I was nervous because I have had very bad experiences moving. The first moving company they put me with didn't understand the level of stuff I had. I cancelled. Rhino? Well they understood but almost took it as a challenge to do it all in a day. Since no one believed me that it was going to take 2 days to pack - I had Rhino take it - and I'm glad I did. I'm a third generation workaholic. My stuff is how I rationalize it. TV's, statues, safes, arcade cabinets, endless amounts of art. I'm not bragging - it's actually quite the opposite of a brag when it comes time to move. It gets very expensive and very quick. I lived in LA for 14 years. Went from being homeless to living in a huge place - but it had come time to relocate to Texas. Let's cut to the chase: Mauricio showed up at 7:30AM to my 2B/2B+L+P penthouse with an arrival window of 8:00AM-10:00AM. I said "you really think you can do this all in a day?" and he goes "Yes. Why do you think I'm here?" From that point forward - it was on. It was a 6 person team and these guys showed up to play ball. Everything from that moment on was a whirlwind. Tape flying, boxes spinning, speciality protective bins being built around my arcades, dolly's rolling, inventory stickers, and all 6 guys moving FAST. They made sure all 30+ pieces of art got crated correctly. Mauricio was on them, but he worked hard as well. That's good leadership. I tried my best to keep up but was drenched in sweat after just 3 hours. Then things got crazy. The power goes out to my entire block in North Hollywood. Are you KIDDING me?! 14 months and this has never happened. Elevators are gone. Lights are gone. Everything. I'm on the penthouse floor of a 50+ foot building. What did Rhino do? They kept going and used the stairs. That's hard core. Just walking up those stairs will leave you winded. My 20 foot ladder got packed early and there was a wooden sign from my fathers first business mounted 18 feet up on the wall. Priceless to me. What did Rhino do? Tony, a super cool guy who was happy talk about positive spiritual stuff, drove me in his truck to get a ladder to retrieve the sign. That's going above and beyond. The power came back on after several hours, but these guys worked deep into the night. Mauricio had to raise the price of my move by quite a bit because the original estimate of cubic feet was way off (I'm talking more then 2x off....) but I didn't mind because he did it by the numbers. There was a previously determined RATE and he simply used that as a multiplier for the new space. No fancy new words, charges, or tariffs. I feel I owe karma on getting this company/this load team - so I'm going to write a little more. No move is perfect. They are hard and they are complicated. The logistics industry is run by heavy's. Heavy's don't care about you once the liability is out of their hands. With that said, I messed up. The inventory sheet I signed during this 12 hour pack and load (probably another 6 hour unload at their wear house) wasn't write. They never are on moves this big - but you are suppose to look after big items so while your stuff bounces around between 5 teams and travels across the country - your priceless _____ doesn't get lost in the sauce. I did just that. I signed a sheet that didn't have ______ correctly listed. Full blown panic attack. I blew it. "Ball fumbled in the 4th quarter" moment. No I didn't. You know why? Because the people over at rhino proved there is some honestly left in this world. They placated me by sending in Mauricio to take a photo of the ______with a new inventory lot number paper taped to______, and then text me the photo. That right there? That's why I will ALWAYS love California and the 818. The people of Reseda and the entire SFV and the whole of LA are MY people. That was my home and my heart for my entire adult life. Us people of LA get a bad wrap because we can hustle a little too hard and maybe not be the nicest....but when your friend or client is in trouble or tripping out? We got you. We got your back. We aren't gunna put a knife in it. Rhino had my back. I'll be forever grateful for that. The unload went well and it will take me a few weeks to open all this up and check condition, but I can safely say everything up until now came out damn good. 14 Days from pick up to delivery. Not too shabby for it being the new year and 'Covid Panic Pandemic Move Around' madness. Not too shabby at all. This was a full service move that cost 5 figures at the quote and then went UP on the move day, and I'm ok with that. This is your life you're moving - not exactly something you should cheap out on. Rhino is good in my book. They also are fun to be around, which should count for something as well! Gracias, Rhino relocation.

    This is a great moving company as long as you do not use a moving Broker. The guys that were sent were very helpful and professional.

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. Thank you!

Thank you so much Ross and crew!! I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving! The experience with Roadway started off great! They were attentive, and the personal care for our move was so nice. We loved our movers and they took amazing care of our belongings! UNTIL... the moving truck hit the gate at my boyfriends apartment building. At first they were great about it. Someone reached out and took all the information, reached out to the management company of the building etc. The management company sent a quote to Roadway for the damage, and we thought everything was in the works, and all would be taken care of. Well, its been over a month since our move, and after MANY emails, texts and phone calls we have not heard a PEEP from Roadway. This is unbelievably unprofessional, frustrating, and SO disappointing after the move itself was such a great experience. I am writing this review to hopefully get the attention of someone at Roadway, and get this taken care of immediately. Understandably the building wants to get this fixed, and supposedly someone from Roadway is suppose to come and asses the damage...but we have never heard from anyone. They are holding my boyfriends security deposit, and now I am afraid that if they get it fixed without roadways physical assessment of the damage, that roadway won't cover the damages at all and we will get stuck paying for it. THIS SUCKS. Time to step up Roadway! ....and step up they did! Great customer service!

The cost of those items was $3000. They said I didn't have the right "insurance". Why did I need additional insurance to make sure they did the basic job of moving my stuff and not stealing my couch????? They reimbursed me $1500. half of what they owed me. They booked me for exactly when I needed, even with short notice. Alan and Akzhol showed up right on time with a great attitude and got straight to work. They brought their own tools, helped disassemble furniture, and even used shrink wrap to protect my bed frame and couches. I appreciated how calm, patient, and respectful they were throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, and I felt like I could trust them with my belongings. By the time the last item was loaded, I was beyond impressed. They worked so hard and made a stressful situation feel manageable. I'll definitely be using 4US Moving Company again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs efficient and reliable movers.

Then the messages started coming in. I received 10 inquiries from various moving companies, but Prodigy came in first. You can tell that the 1st messages look automated, but Abby came in with a personal message as well and sent me the specifics to my move quickly. I had her on the phone within a couple of hours. I had diligently worked through all the companies and looked at the various price points and what it included. I was really weary on how fast things would go, but Abby said, for the size of myhome, she suggested 4 movers at $195. Since they also had great reviews and seemed very professional, I completed my reservation by the end of the day. Day of move: Not going to lie, I waited too long to pack up my office and boy, did I feel it on moving day. My office was still not fully packed, it had a lot of furniture to be moved and I was literally still working when they arrived. Arrival time was between 8-9 AM. Ivan called a little after 8 AM to let me know they would be arriving in about 45 min since it was traffic and they were coming from the valley (I was in Echo Park). So I started excusing myself from work and prepared for their arrival. Everything happened so fast. I showed them around the apartment: 2 stories and 1 level up from garage (2 sets of stairs) and then a long driveway. I had stuff in the backyard and the balcony too. I asked if they could put some furniture out on the street for pickup and they helped me out with that as well! I let Ivan know that I was still working on breaking down the office, so he said he would go there last... and they all went to work. All I could here was the plastic wrap noise going round and round. They had broken down everything! Dining table, Peloton, Recliner chair.. It was amazing to watch and they did it with such care. They were done packing up in less than 4 hrs (3 bedroom apartment). We took the drive down south and they beat me there. They were already unloading and asking where to put things. Not only are they movers, they are also interior decorators LOL. We did not move into an empty house, so they helped us move things around and place stuff where we wanted. On top of that, they rebuilt all the things they took apart. I bought them lunch from a Busy Bee in San Pedro and a neighbor even offered them avocados from her tree! At the end of the day, I couldn't find my bag and phone! The whole team helped me try to find it because we thought it got buried in the garage! I had put it aside in one of the bedrooms and forgot where I had put it, but I was so grateful that they tried to help. I was thinking it would be an 8-10 hr day and it turned out to only be 7 hrs including the drive time. They made a very incredibly stressful time in my life as easy as possible. Then Abby, the manager of schedule talked as if I was wrong and was unapologetic then just started complaining WHY CANT WE JUST TAKE THIS DATE SINCE MOVERS THERE ALREADY. I told her cuase were busy today and she just handled the entire situation as if we were to blame and never apologized. On top of that , their work order of WHERE to move my things was the WRONG ADDRESS!!! They dont really care about details and when they make mistakes, they act like your wrong and are rude about it. I understand miscommunications happens all the time, but even after showing her the clear emails which she confirmed herself in writing, she had no apologies. I have zero confidence in this mover company and cancelled the enitre order and will be hiring real pros. I have no idea how they got so many high yelp reviews. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
