Every time we order from here there's a mistake with the food. Online tells you what time to get your order. Rarely is it ready with the time you're provided online. Pair that with the unprofessional attitudes from the stress of staffing issues and when you ask a question your met with some low form of hostility. It's not my fault nor is it fair fir either party when there's a staffing issue but let's keep it kind, light and professional. O how and about not stacking my hot sushi on top of my cold sushi so I wind up with a half baked humid wet roll by the time I get home. Let's get it together rock n roll. The food was decent, but it was hard to enjoy the meal because the entire restaurant smells horrible. I think the smell was coming from the bar. I usually really like this chain restaurant but the one located in Canton has very poor customer service. There is one waiter at this location who is really awesome, but the others do not know how to provide good customer service. The man in the fake tan and yeezys, who I believe is the owner, treats his employees very poorly and is incredibly rude to customers. My husband and i have witnessed him mistreating/screaming his employees on multiple occasions and he has taken our orders multiple times and was incredibly rude. I recently heard him say to a customer, "I couldn't tell you were a girl with that hat on." This would be a great location if the staff was different and it all starts with the owner. They are incredibly understaffed, which I imagine is due to the owner/ manager. Good sushi but rotten customer service, there are much better options in canton. read more

I have eaten here many times. But lately with the pandemic, it has become curbside takeout and delivery only. They won't let anyone inside which I think is great. They want to make sure they are serving food with the least contact possible. The quality of service and food quality has not changed though. During dinner it does take a bit longer understandably, but they still provide excellent service. Hate to give this place a bad review but have tried this place twice now and both times have been very disappointed. First time I went and actually had a conversation with the owner. Told him that the food tasted a little on the greasy side for sushi (and I was being nice), but was glad he was here in Canton. Dude didn't even thank me for the feedback. Three months later, hoping the bugs were worked out, gave it a second shot. The food was worse. Wife got a volcano roll and again tasted "greasy". Went for the first and last time this past Sunday. Service is terribly slow. Took 30 minutes to get drinks. Orders were finally taken. After being there 2 hours and no food, drinks not refilled, table not cleaned off, we finally got up to leave. The owner was there and covered the cost of the meal that we just had prepared to go since i could not wait any longer with our grandson. Waiters spend more time on their cell phones then ding there job. Pros: The staff is REALLY friendly - love the staff The place is very clean Food presentation was nice Cons: Prices are too high for what you get - very little meat/fish/chicken/shrimp compared to prices paid. They were out of stuff on the menu when we went both times It takes too long to get your soup/salad/drinks The "extra" charges are abnoxious - you get a tiny cup of yum yum sauce...and then they want to actually charge you $0.50 if you want another tiny cup of yum yum sauce. And apparently it costs money to pick up your food if you do takeout??? McDonalds doesn't even charge for extra ketchup.... read more

I prefer a real sushi restaurant. This is an Americanized version with too many heavy sauces and over the top concoctions.

We were so excited to go on a double date night. Finally get to go to Rock n Roll Sushi. We arrive and the place is really cool the menus are album covers, great concept. We were seated and 5 minutes went by 15 minutes went by 20 minutes went by and one of us at the table decided to go try to find a server. We never even got drinks. We left after 35 minutes went by we finally just had to walk out. I love sushi and I was super excited to try this place as they are kind of tucked out of the way. I moved to Canton from Townelake and was really worried it would be all fast food up here. This is an amazing spot! The decor amd music is quite lovely even the menus are super neat! I had the scorpion roll and the velcro pygmies roll both were very yummy. The velcro pygmies roll has pop rocks but do not be detoured by that it works really well with the other elements of the roll. Consistently messes up every order I've placed from them. Food is decent if you receive what you order. Most recently we placed an $80 delivery order and received less than half of our order. We only received the two rolls but not the hibachi or fried rice. Skip this place and go to Hana or Okinawa they're more consistent. read more
