I'm giving this place three stars. I have ordered here three times: 1st time pizza was excellent. We couldn't believe how good it was. 2nd time it lived up to expectations. Today: the worst pizza I've ever had. I don't mind paying 20 bucks for a small pizza if it is excellent. I won't pay $20 for a small pizza that is good only 66% of the time. You guys charge way too much to put out a crappy product. When I say bad I mean bad. The pizza was so over cooked the crust was burnt. The crust was like thick cardboard. It hurt my jay to chew. There was no sauce. Super dry. Wow I was disappointed. No I didn't call and complain. I'd give you a pass if it was just ok. I'll give this place one more try. First time to order. HORRIBLE experience!!! HORRIBLE! Can't even review the food because we NEVER got the food. It's Valentine's Day and saw Rosati's heart shaped pizzas on Facebook several times today. We decided to stay in and order pizza. Thought we'd give it a try. 7:03 - Three pizzas ordered online for pick up. 7:10 - Patiently watching the pizza tracker on their website. 7:20 - Husband arrives and waits for me to tell him when pizza it ready. 7:35 - Received notification that pizzas were ready for pick up. 7:38 - Husband is told they aren't ready. Also told that the order was JUST placed a couple of minutes ago so they haven't had time. 7:43 - I send husband a screen shot of my timed staled confirmation email .. stamped 7:03! Think that's bad? Female who my husband assumes is the manager walks to the back and tries to quietly tell the staff she needs 2 heart shaped pizzas ASAP! Male comes to counter ready to 'handle this'. He walks to the oven and cracks it and apparently purposely stands in front to block the view. Husband sees one pizza in the oven. Male turns to husband and says: "oh your two pizzas are in the oven, it will be just a minute" Husband: "TWO????" Male: "Sorry, I mean one .... ?" WTH??! 7:52 - Still no signs of our pizzas even being made. Now both are in the back and husband is left standing next to a lady whose pizza was sent with the delivery driver by mistake so she is waiting for them to remake hers. 7:53 - Husband tells them to credit our card back and cancel the order. 7:54 - Husband texts and tells me to place a Jet's Pizza order!! (down the street .. amazing pies!) Wish I knew they were also doing heart shaped pizzas .. would have saved a huge ordeal. 2 thumbs down for Rosati's!! We have not been in a long time. Partly because it is expensive pizza and secondly because the product has been inconsistent and also the orders have been wrong. We decided to give Rosati's a try again and was disappointed again. This time sparse toppings and the crust was soggy. Not sure we will give them a try again. Even though the pizza is so good, the customer service is THE WORST!!!!! I have had more issues with this store than I can count. They have cancelled multiple orders after waiting long periods of time. The wait time on deliveries is at the very least an hour! However my greatest complaint is definitely the customer service! THREE times my order has been cancelled after a 30-45 minute wait time and when I call to ask why, ALL THREE times the employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and provided no resolution! My family and I placed orders at this store every week, if not multiple times a week and that stops today!! They just lost our business!!! If you are willing to roll the dice on whether or not you'll get your food in a timely manner, if at all, with zero compensation or even a discount provided for bad service, then I would recommend this store. Otherwise it's a craps shoot!!! The pizza is great which is why we kept going back even with all the issues but it's just happened too many times now. Good luck! read more

I miss Chicago pizza and this was pretty close. I would have liked big chunks of Italian sausage but oh well and alittle more cheese on the top but otherwise pretty close . My husband ordered online and paid while I was at yoga for a 6pm pick up. I got there at 6:05 and first they could not find record of my order for about 5 minutes. Then once they found it tried to get me to pay again and told me it would be ready in 18 minutes even though I was already 5 minutes late from our requested pick up time. Then the manager went in the back and literally yelled at the cooks that I would not want to wait 18 more minutes blah, blah blah... The cook then says well I can give her a raw pizza if you want. All of this and then additional arguing and profanity all within ear shot of me and two other customers. I appreciate the point of what the manager was trying to accomplish, however, he went about it the completely wrong way. Degrading your employees is not the way to get them to improve their performance or fix mistakes. It is never acceptable and doing it in front of customers takes it to a whole different level for me. No one deserves to be treated that way ever. With that said, the employees were a group of teenagers that didn't care and it showed. They need some serious customer service training for the entire staff and the manager needs to figure out how to talk to people. I get that it is just a pizza place, but still. Then, the topping of the cake... one of the front doors is permanently locked and I can't get out. Total fire code violation! The food is good, but with service like that, I'll skip it next time and drive to the McKinney location where the service is always amazing and the food is better. This location gets a 3 for food and a 1 for completely unacceptable service and I think they are lucky to get an average of 2 for me. This experience was a total fail. read more

Unfortunately this was a waste of time of money. I received a flyer on my door for this pizza place and had never tried it. So I decided to give it a shot today. I placed my order before the store opened and waited for my delivery. I got a phone call 20 minutes before my delivery time to let me know that no one was available to deliver and it was going to be late. Oh by the way we also don't have one of the menu items that you selected even though it's offered on our website. They offered a discount on my meal for it being late and apologized so I didn't think it was that big of a deal. However they only told me they were missing 1 of the items I ordered not 2 out of 3. They offered another item as substitute for the 1 item. My meal finally arrived one hour after it was supposed to be here with only one item that I ordered and a substitute. The substitute was cheese french fries and they were cold and inedible. The pizza I ordered had garlic that was so strong and offensive that I had to throw the entire pizza in the trash. So now I am out $30 and I still have no meal. Now I'm calling someone else for delivery. I will not ever order from here again. read more

Because they cut the normal pizza order of Italian Sausage in half in order to get you to spend $2.75 more. If you're a Papa John's / Dominos Pizza DGAF sort of person, you'll think this place is too expensive and you'll likely think the service is slow. Take your whiny little entitled ass some place else. This is an update from my last review from Aug 2020. Rosati's has been great! We average ordering from them once a week and have not been disappointed. The food has been hot ( since we now use an insulated pizza delivery bag) and delicious. There have been at least 2 hiccups since then but they fixed them to our satisfaction. I ordered food for pick up. The quality here is not consistent but I have a family member who still likes it sometimes so I ordered from here. When I arrived to pick up, one young lady sat talking on the phone, at the front desk and refused to even look at me. It was clear the conversation was social from the side I could hear so I finally started trying to ask her for my order. She was very determined to not make eye contact. Finally, I saw a young man walk to the food prep area in the back. So I called out to him to please let me pick up my order. I had already been there for ten minutes. He scowled at me and told me that it was in a hot box so I could wait. I told him I had already waited 10 minutes and I did not pay for food to sit in a hot box, I paid for taking it home to eat. The young man got angry and slammed his hand down on the counter where he was trying to make a pizza, grabbed my order from the "hot box" and handed it to me. He was quite angry. When I got home, I found a portion of the order missing. Plus, the pizza that was left had sat in the hot box too long and was no longer fresh. I tried to call the store about it but they just put me on hold and never came back. This place is horrible! read more

This is the ONLY pizza that gets Chicago right. Why? Because they have locations in Chicago. Everyone thinks Chicago pizza is deep dish stuffed. It's not. It's thin, crispy crust, with toppings UNDER the cheese and cooked well done. Rosati's nails it every time. Also, one of the only places in DFW that has the correct Italian sausage. Being from Chicago I just want to say this is EXACTLY the Rosati's food I had growing up. None of the Rosati's are eat in, take out only, that's who they are so if you're expecting to eat in I suggest going elsewhere. Texas claims to have other Chicago pizzerias but none of them are close to true Chicago pizza-Rosati's is as good as it gets here. They have TRUE Italian beef and their thin crust pizza is true to Chicago's thin crust that is really hard to get outside of the Chicago area. I'm giving only 4 stars because of the counter-workers and the slowness of delivery and order prep. If you order before-hand, they do not deliver at the requested time-just a fore-warning. Also, they forget to deliver soda half the time. A note on price-yes, it is more expensive, but that's how true Chicago pizza is priced. If you're used to cheap-type pizza like Dominos or Pappa John's then yes, Rosati's will have some sticker shock for you. If you're craving or wanting to try true Chicago thin crust-give it a try-just be patient. read more

If you order a pizza that has olives in it and happen to bite into an olive that has a pit in it and it breaks your tooth, good luck! Rosatis will not do the right thing. When I saw my dentist, his treatment plan will be 7000.00 dollars to replace the tooth. I have talked to everyone that I can think of to get resolution and still no fixed tooth. I only wanted my tooth fixed. I asked them to send the check to my dentist. I didn't ask for extra money or have Rosatis cut the check to me. The area manager for Rosatis stated that he wanted to help me with the problem, but he lied. Its been a year this past May since I ordered that Friday night pizza. I have ordered and picked up twice and both times it has been great. The pie's were done on time and are great. I can see some validity in the comments about the young ladies working the counter. I believe this may be their first time actually working and they looked like they had the "deer in the headlight" look to them. Their toppings are 3 times as good as any other pizza places in Flower Mound. In a previous review the reviewer said he had been there 4 times and thought it was crap. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra cheese... it was good but had way too much cheese but that was ok. I find the pizza to be fairly good as this is our second visit. Note I never get pizza delivered because I like to check it before I receive it. I see there is a lot of complaints about delivery. I like the smell of pizza/pasta cooking so it is not big of a bother to pick it up and inspect it yourself... I am trying to find good pizza here in Dallas and still taking applications lol... not bad pizza though read more

TL;DR: Repeated horrible service at this restaurant has resulted in free delicious pizza 75% of the time. This place has messed up my order three out of four times. The employees are all kids that act very unprofessionally. When the pizza is finally prepared and delivered correctly, it tastes absolutely magnificent and is comes in extremely large portions. Every time they make a mistake and increase my wait time they resolve the issue by giving me my order for free. I have only had to pay 1/4 of the time. read more
