We came to Ruth's Chris to celebrate a really special moment for our family: my daughter stepping into her Big Sister era and our last dinner as a family of three before welcoming our son! It could not have been a better choice. From the moment we sat down, the servers were amazing. They acknowledged the celebration, checked in on us often, and truly helped make the night feel special and intentional. We took advantage of Ruth's 3 Course for $60, which was a great deal. My husband and I both started with the Caesar salad, then ordered the 6 oz filet and shrimp. He upgraded his portion, and I paired mine with a baked potato while he went with the mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked well and came out hot. For dessert, he had the cheesecake, and I shared the chocolate molten cake with my daughter, which was the perfect sweet ending to the night. The vibe was great, the restaurant was clean including the restrooms, and the staff was genuinely friendly. A beautiful dinner for a meaningful milestone!

One of the places to visit for a romantic evening. The friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. We were escorted to our beautiful table, which was set up for our special occasion. The food was delicious and tasty. The staff were extremely professional, and very attentive. Great place for a pleasant romantic dinner.

I finally got to try the limited time Ruth's three course menu for $60, which included a starter, entree, personal side, and personal dessert. The promotion ran from January 5th to February 8th, and honestly, it was such an amazing deal! Food: We started with the soup of the day, which was French onion soup, and a steakhouse salad. The French onion soup was rich, flavorful, and comforting. For our entrees, we ordered the 6 oz filet with shrimp and upgraded to the 16 oz ribeye for an additional $26. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The filet is on the smaller side, which was perfect for me, but if you are a big meat lover, I would recommend upgrading to the ribeye. For sides, we chose garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts, which complemented the steaks nicely. Dessert options were limited to classic cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake. While both are solid choices, I do wish there had been more variety. Overall, it was a well rounded and satisfying dining experience, especially for the price! Service: Excellent! Brianna was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Ambiance: Dim, romantic, and spacious, perfect for a date night or special occasion.

Ruth's Chris Steak House was genuinely heaven. I had the perfect experience there, from the service to the attentiveness of the staff. Everything was really good. I came there with my husband and we ordered the Lamb Chops and the Petite Filet. Both were cooked to perfection and probably the most delicious Lamb Chops I have ever had. The Petit Filet was perfect for me and I really enjoyed it. We got a cocktail and dessert too which was really good. Over all I do think Ruth's is worth the visit and one will come out with a big smile.

As frequent guest at steak restaurants and Ruth's Chris Steak House we were disappointed with our dinner from start to end! Our experience was not what we would expect for a fine dining experience at a steak restaurants! We started our experience with cocktails. And in good fashion, the drinks were made perfectly! What follow overshadow our drink experience. We ordered the jumbo shrimp for 26 dollars. The appetizer only comes with four shrimp. First of all I would not classified these shrimp as jumbo. The size was medium. Plus they seemed partially frozen...maybe it's because they were just sitting in ice. They were not great shrimp and I would not advise others to get shrimp. For main entree: we ordered the filet and sea bass. When the fish came, I questioned what my husband received as it looked like a bed over undercooked vegetables with some fish. The fish was thick in appearance. The taste: the fish did not taste like sea bass. I'm not 100 percent sold that the fish was sea bass. If it was, the fish was still prepared poorly. Overcooked! I ordered the filet; I ordered it medium rare. The steak was medium to medium plus. I did not want to wait for another steak so I ate it. For dessert: we ordered the carrot cake. The carrot cake size was impressive! The taste was not impressive. My husband felt it must of been frozen or sitting in a solid cold fridge. Cake should be st least room temperature. He was turned off by the cake. The highlight of our night was talking with Carlos. He has been with Ruth's Chris got over 20 years. He is very proud to work for the company. Great to hear this. Thanks for your years of service. Based on our experience, I am not sure if we would come back. We live in LA, thus there are so many choices for a good steak.

We decided to come to one of our regular spots for Valentine's Day. I made a last minute reservation and was seated right at my reservation time. Our server Mallory, was pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed our burgers and the always lovely ambiance. Great experience per usual!

My daughter treated me to a post-birthday dinner in this location. Despite the mixed reviews, we had a pleasant dinner and the steaks were cooked/prepared the way we requested: medium well. The service was courteous and warm and the ambiance was relaxing and cozy.

Food was delicious!!! Hot plates with perfectly cooked Filet & Ribeye! We shared a Wedge salad and the Blue Cheese was excellent. As a group, we shared an Apple Crisp which was a special yummy dessert that night. We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. It felt big for our party and we requested a change. We were accommodated quickly. Our server was a bit odd, lacking in personality. Walked by regularly, but when we did need him, we couldn't find him and asked another server for help. Parking is plentiful in structure and across the street.

The $2 of cheese i had to pay for for my fries.. smh

Ok ok so i have to come back and absolutely update this review. Im giving this location 5 stars across the board. I've continued to come back after that one bad visit and i can honestly say.. we all have our bad days.. but , but every time since has been A1. From the food to the service and hospitality. A freaking 1 Definitely ranking this Ruths Chris location 1. Within ita surrounding area.! The bar workers and bar community in general is amazing. Amazing vibes and food here. All positivity and great energy! Shoutout to the whole squad everytime I come thru. Princess, Aimee, Mark, MIMI you all are amazing ! God bless.

CSA & CSA in the making- Customer service All Star(s) Damian & Laura
    Robert G.

A five star dining experience if there ever was one. CSA's (Customer Service All Star) servers here was Damian and Laura-both pictured. Came here with a special guest, and both of us did our best to have monster appetites. Thanks to Damian (who appeared to be training Laura-it must have been the final touches because she was certainly up to task) we made some great decisions. For appetizers we went with an order of spicy shrimp and an order of crab cakes-both of which were delicious. Since neither of us do alcohol, I went with a glass of classic lemonade and she went with an Arnold Palmer. We then split a large Aqua Panna flat bottle of water which was refreshing. As for the main course, we settled on the porterhouse for two which was exceptional. The key thing to understand here is the "for two designation". Keep in mind I'm a big guy coming in at 250 plus pounds and brought a monster appetite with me. There is no way in the world I could have attacked and finished that steak solo! My guest and I still had about four decent size chunks of the steak left. Servers Damien and Laura saw that the steak was made to order, with a slightly tender side of the porterhouse being cut on one side of the bone and a slightly more done portion of the steak cut away on the other side. This was genius. To secure our way into a guaranteed Ruth Chris food coma, my guess insisted on a side baked potato that again was made to order. After entering the food coma, we graduated into the spiritual realm after Damien and Laura politely insisted we consider bringing the evening to an end with the the criminally insane sweet potato casserole alongside a few servings of vanilla ice cream-again to die for. And that's just about what I'm getting ready to do after this occasion! But special guests call for special evenings, and this was certainly one that was up to par. I'd highly recommend asking for Damien and or Laura (or perhaps you'll get lucky and get both like we did) as their collective charm and expertise made a pleasant evening all the more memorable.

I come here way too often .. with my kids . But last night Ben decided he thought he managed each table of customers ? My kids had the butter knife's and were eating bread and butter . They are 3 and 4 years old .. have been to this exact restaurant more than 10 times each SO THEY KNOW HOW TO USE A BUTTER KNIFE . He walked by and made a comment like oh knives .. be careful kids . Not only did I ignore him so didn't kids who kept eating and watching their iPads . Fast forward to after apps , main course is at the table .. I noticed the glass my daughter I just drank water from I was handing back to my sister was chipped on the side so i immediately check her mouth to see if she's bleeding . No thankful but my sister calls the server to let him know throw this glass away please . He tells us a manager would be by shortly .. okay ? Here comes Ben . My sister shows him the glass and he proceeds to say " well that's why we don't like kids playing with knives as it can hit the glass and chip it " Wtf. I'm quiet and now I'm ready to leave because SIR what does the two have to do with each other and AGAIN WHO ARE YOU TALKING TOO? I ask for my food to be boxed up and the bill then I ask for another manager immediately because why are my kids in this ??! Todd . Thank you for listening. ; for understanding how upset I was with Ben's attitude towards what was yall fault cuz no one chipped the damn glass . BEN . Please do Better , because i watched you cater to those three older white women and sit then after they were complaining when I arrived for my reservation. It's very over pudding when I watch you do your job with integrity with certain people . LEARN THAT everyone deserves respect and most times respect is knowing you cannot just speak anyway to people i know I look young but I'm almost 40. You really spoke to me like I was a child in your home and you should work out that

Very nice date night dinner. Place was very clean and what you expected from a top restaurant. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. They were are all well dressed and professional. The Goat Cheese & Artichoke Dip was amazing and really delicious with the garlic bread. Great way to start the dinner. The Caesar Salad was really good as well, not too saucy. They did not skimped out on the cheese. The whole group got the Classic Filet 11 oz. Mine was medium rare. It was cooked perfectly. The best steak I've ever had! I was too stuffed for the Chocolate Sin Cake but it was devine when we ate it at home. Would definitely come back!

I've wanted to eat at Kustaa for a long time, so I had high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience…read morewas a major letdown. I visited on a Friday in the early afternoon. It was pretty quiet, yet we were barely greeted by the staff. To make matters worse, another patron was changing their 2-year-old's diaper right there on the patio. It was completely "butt baked" and extremely unappetizing while trying to eat. Food we ordered : * Pâté Sandwich: The pâté itself was actually good, but it was ruined by a ton of mustard. I had to scrape it off just to eat it as the mustard completely overpowered the sandwich. * Salmon Sandwich: Very bland and lacked flavor. Side sales were bland. We had to ask for extra dressing. * Iced Coffee: There was something "weird" floating in my coffee. Between the hygiene issues on the patio, and the mediocre food, I won't be back. I called ahead to make a reservation and when we arrived there, it was an easy process to get in. Metered street parking available. You order with a team member but pay at the counter. The guys there were awesome - super personable and friendly, they were chill to chat with. We ordered the raclette (one each) and a chocolate tart for dessert, which they were kind enough to set aside. Overall, I'd highly recommend for a date night or intimate dinner.
