This is a cute cafe great to do work, study, or meet up with friends. This place is very bright and vibrant and the drinks are amazing. I ordered the matcha latte and you can really taste the matcha. I also ordered the Peruvian mocha and the mocha and coffee are perfectly balanced, the coffee flavor really comes out and tastes more than just a chocolate milk. I did not notice any outlets and there is only street parking. The cafe is a little small but there is also a patio in the back with more seating. Sachi.LA is a cafe connected to another area that sells plants, clothes, matcha, matcha sets, records, and cassettes. It is a neat cafe and definitely worth a visit if you are in the area! read more

If you want to couple selling coffee, tea, and pastries with plants, I'm in! This is a lovely coffee shop that we stopped by right before they closed for the day on Halloween. Many of the staff were dressed for the holiday and everyone was super friendly; hey, they were giving out Reese's PB cups, so you know they're A-OK! We had just eaten a big breakfast so I didn't have any room for one of the good-looking pastries (they have their own pop tarts), but I did have an Earl Grey Lavender latte with oat milk--scrumptious! I loved this unique combination and would love to see it offered at other cafes. Alas, I'll just have to visit Sachi again when we're in town. They also have several tea drinks (matcha latte, matcha lemonade, hojicha latte) as well as seasonal offerings (e.g. pumpkin spice latte, turmeric latte with espresso, GF citrus pound cake). Good cafe on Centinela, border of Mar Vista and Culver West. Came here for a morning drink (tea) and pastries. They were good. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. I wanted to stay, sit, and enjoy my breakfast. SACHI.LA is more of a "vibe" cafe than a "be" cafe. The merch, adjacent products for sale, etc are prioritized above having a place to relax. That's fine - the stuff they sell here is cool (love the Onsen candle!) - but I wish there was a place to relax too. Good spot. I'd come back for a drink on the go. read more

Sachi is down the street from mitsuwa and it's such a hidden find! There is not that much parking, it's entirely street parking. Some streets do not have posted signs, so def be careful. We ordered the Earl Gray lavender latte with oat and the honey cinnamon latte, which came out to $12 total. The service was great, the staff is very kind and are willing to discuss their drinks with you. Overall, a great cafe experience and with good drinks that are affordable! There's ample seating indoor and outdoor, and it seems like people are able to do work here as well. read more

I was really excited to try this place as it had the highest rating whenever I searched for local coffee shops near me on google maps. It certainly had a very good ambiance and aesthetics, as they are also a plant shop. There seems to be limited seating though (maybe a max of 3-4) tables, so might not be an ideal location for those who are looking to work out of a cafe as it was quite busy at 9am on a Saturday. My friend got the earl grey lavender latte (not pictured) and I got the Turmeric latte (pictured). The earl grey lavender was not as fragrant as my friend would've liked and was rather mild. We also could not taste the lavender notes. The turmeric latte I had was well balanced and not too overpowering, although it was not sweet at all (which was my own fault as I've never had it before). I did find it odd that they didn't have a nonfat/skim milk option, and so if you didn't want 2%, you'd have to pay extra for nondairy alternatives. Pricing was leaning towards the higher end, but still reasonable given this is on the west side. This was my first time visiting Sachi.LA and it was a great experience overall! There is limited seating inside but there were a couple open tables outside when I got there. There was a bit of noise outside as the tables are close together but it was easily blocked out with headphones. They did play music, which I felt was at an appropriate volume. I will definitely add this to my list of cafes to revisit in the future. As far as the food: Hot matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla - 7/10. The matcha latte was good but a tiny bit bitter. I got the 16 oz. iced Vegan Mocha with oat milk and boyfriend got a hot oat milk flat white. I LOVED, LOVE, and will forever LOVE their Vegan Mocha. It's perfection. Not sweet, dark, and delicious. I was not impressed with the flat white.. perhaps the espresso will taste better in an americano so fortunate to have met the two owners!! We happen to be in the back while the Sachi and Chiyo were stopping by! They are so beautiful inside and out. Sitting on their shaded back lot patio listening to old hippies discuss the halcyon days of Haight/Ashbury in between impromptu wood flute solos interspersed with some great tunes from the record store next door & sipping a decent turmeric latte you could almost forget the eyesore of a condemned apartment across the alley and the occasional passing smog creator. This place feels just granola enough while holding onto a kind of rough & tumble urbanism and mainstream rejection to feel welcoming to most & distinct to all. They have some really nice employees & delicious-looking pastries in the case so worth a second trip, assuming you can find parking on the street. read more

Sachi is a perfect weekday morning spot. They don't have much indoor seating, but it's a great place to enjoy planty vibes and good coffee. They get their beans from a Hollywood roaster, but their pastries are truly amazing. We got a toma croissant/danish (?) and it was by far one of the best cheesy pastries I've ever had. Toma is a relatively rare cheese to come across, and it's the first time we've seen it baked into something. I actually came here for an AAPI pop up that was hosted here but stayed for the coffee shop itself. I absolutely love the decor of this place with its plethora of plants and the best thing is they sell their plants!! Have you ever been to a shop and wished you could take home their beautiful plants? Well here you can!! Beyond that, they have ceramic kitchen ware, matcha and tools, and clothing for sale. Besides their pastry case they also have a fridge with chia pudding and nowhere bakery goods inside. I got the chia pudding with a raspberry compote and ordered a matcha latte. They have 2 or 3 tables inside but plenty out back. There is also their adjacent store that sells records and clothing. A sweet little coffee shop filled with plants and small items! They also have a space next door that sells records and other items too. My friends and I got there at about 9.30am on a Friday. There's a couple of indoor seats and an outdoor lounge area transformed from the alleyway! I got the iced vegan mocha with oat milk (16oz ~$7) and it was really rich and chocolatey, slightly grainy and the perfect amount of bitterness. I later got a hot hojicha latte with oat milk (~$7) and I felt that the tea wasn't as strong as I'd liked it to be. Still a pretty good drink in my opinion, but I definitely prefer a stronger, earthier hojicha flavor. The space is really cute, staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable, would crack little jokes while taking our orders and greet their regulars and their dogs!!!! Slightly pricey (as with a lot of LA coffee spots) but at least the ambience and vibes were immaculate. We saw over 10 dogs that day and we'd only stayed for about 2-3 hours. read more
