The atmosphere at this restaurant is very beautiful. That is why I decided to have brunch here. It is located in front of Bellagio's famous garden. I ordered the Sadelle bundle with salmon Benedict, cheese Danish, fruit, and espresso. I was served an espresso in an unclean cup. I notified my server and it was immediately replaced. My Danish and fruit were excellent. The salmon Benedict was mediocre. I wouldn't order it again. The presentation of the food was great and the customer service was excellent. This is a cute boutique-like restaurant when you walk in. It is in front of the Bellagio garden which is such a nice view. As you walk in and sit down, it is more of a cafe/ buffet style service. I was not impressed by the omelets. To be completely honest the food is over priced for what it is and I don't say this often. The presentation is basic and not very flavorful. We tried a variety of different items on the menu, the coffee was absolutely delicious, we had the espresso and the salmon Benedict's. The pancakes were plain nothing special. It's nice to sit there and talk for a bit. It is so busy and full, we made reservations ahead of time but that was difficult to do as well. There was a line of about 10+ people before 9am on a Tuesday. That's fine, it moved quickly once it started moving (aka once more staff arrived for their shift). Once seated we were greeted immediately. Got a nice booth. The avocado toast here is what was the most memorable. I'd get 2 for myself next time!! Also had the everything bagel and lox. It was nice. I have been wanting to try this place for months now, reservations are usually booked full and was able to get a reservation for Sunday lunch for 2. The restaurant is gorgeous and large so it's not too loud. Unfortunately the staff is noticeably untrained and unfriendly. The first words from our server were "are you ready to order" as simple as that, she could have at least said Hi, welcome, did you have any questions about the menu, is this your first time? Nope none of that at Sadell's apparently. We asked questions about the menu and she was very short with us, walking away when she realized we weren't ready to order. When I did place my order of the Whitefish salad she literally said "Do you know what It is?" What?? I read the description on the menu, yes I know what It is. While my whitefish salad was good, my boyfriend's omelet was something that anyone could make at home, glorified Dennys breakfast for triple the price. For a restaurant where the whole staff is wearing (godawful) pink blazers and ties, I was expecting a more upscale take on their breakfast and lunch dishes. Never once did our server ask us how our food was nor did she come back to the table until our plates were stacked in the middle, obviously finished. We did not receive the cocktail we ordered as well. So many things wrong with this restaurant but I do have to give props to our server assistant who greeted us upon seating and promptly brought us juice. Overall, if you choose Sadells you are paying for ambiance and wasting your time and money on every other aspect. Perhaps a younger staff would improve service, saying this because It looks like the retirement community put on aprons and had a day trip to run this restaurant. read more

Sadelle's has an amazing breakfast and is one of our favorite places to eat in Vegas! We go here every morning we stay at Bellagio. They have a variety of options but the Leo omelette, Bellagio waffle, and French toast stand at the top of the list for us. What separates Sadelle's besides the food is the great staff. Tina is an amazing host who always makes sure we are set up well, and the wait staff is top notch including Lito and William just to name a couple! We have been visiting for years and it's a pleasure to see familiar faces who remember us. Overall a great dining experience with a front row view of the Bellagio gardens. read more

I came to Sadelle's on Sunday after a weekend in Vegas. Compared to some other offerings at the Bellagio, Sadelle's is centrally located right next to the Conservatory, only a short walk from the lobby. Walking in, the decor is amazing. It's also extremely clean - the restaurant looks like it was painted yesterday. I had a reservation, so I'm not sure what the wait would have been like if I hadn't. I was seated instantaneously. The eggs benedict was a relatively small plate, but the execution was fabulous - the benedict isn't build on an English muffin, but rather, what appears to be air-fried bread of some kind. As near as I can tell, there's also a $90 variation which comes with caviar. I also had the hashbrowns, which were about what you'd expect. My server, William, was quick, attentive, and polite, and I was never left waiting for anything. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

IF YOU DONT HAVE A RESERVATION, don't worry. You aren't missing out in much. This place is 90% atmosphere and 10% food. The staff is friendly and the service is really good but the food is a notch under mediocre. I'm giving 5 stars because my waitress was amazing. Sadelle's is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC, so I absolutely had to try it out in Las Vegas as well. Nothing is better than a good bagel with lox, and Sadelle's are among the best I've ever tried. The Vegas location is much newer and much more spacious than the original one (great for social distancing in these tiring times!). The vibe is fancier than the New York one, but I much prefer their cozier vibe in Manhattan. We got a lox plate with a couple of bagels, sticky buns, and coffee. Food overall was incredible! Bagels were perfectly toasted, and lox was super yummy. Big fan of the sticky bun too! The service was fast and efficient, but it was a little irritating that they kept trying to tell us we were ordering too little food (ended up being plenty for us). Friendly staff that was very attentive and proactive. The raspberry cheesecake wasn't on the menu but I asked for it because I saw other Yelp reviews. Light, fluffy and delicious. Cost $16 but worth every penny. A group of 5 girls shared it. The Bellagio is of course a beautiful location and I always love to see the conservatory. Their breakfast looks amazing. This was my favourite meal while in Vegas. We really enjoyed the ambience as everything is very bright and cute. The coffee was really tasty and the house salmon with bagels and veggies was probably the best salmon I have ever had in my life. I cannot suggest this meal highly enough, the bagels were cooked to perfection and fresh, the salmon was so fresh and seasoned perfectly, everything went together so well. Cannot recommend it highly enough and will return any time I'm in Vegas! The food here is good and the service is pretty slow. My wife and I went for breakfast recently and were there quite a while. I had the Vegas breakfast which was an enormous omelet filled with bacon and cheese accompanied by a small bowl of fresh berries, a hash brown patty and either a cream cheese Danish (really good) or sticky bun (did not have). It came with a bloody Mary, which was solid. We had to ask 3 times for my wife to be served iced tea and my water glass sat for quite a while and took long to pay. read more

Being a local, we don't go on the strip often. We had stayed at the Bellagio and thought we'd check out Sadelle's which is over by the garden. We ate breakfast here and had the pleasure of William "Bill" as our waiter. He was pleasant, kind, observant, patient. I can't tell you how wonderful he made our experience. He recommended the waffle and avocado toast and they were both delicious. As a kind gesture since we were locals, he gave us a cheese danish and a sticky bun and the sticky bun was out of this world. It was deliciously caramely and had a sprinkling of salt. Definitely my most favoritest (not a word, I know, but I'm using it any way) thing I ate. I will dream about it. That's how good it was. Coffee - the only thing I didn't think was amazing, but it wasn't awful either. Our two-top had a view of the pool area. We chose the grapefruit cocktail, the smoked salmon bagel, coffee, and a Vegas breakfast that came with a mimosa, a danish, and eggs Benedict (choice of ham or salmon. Chose ham). Our waiter was really hustling and tables turned quickly but we never felt rushed and were allowed a leisurely breakfast. If we had wanted a quick breakfast, they definitely could have accommodated it. Everything was at proper temps and was delicious. Bill was about $100. read more

It was... nice. I understand it's more of a touristy spot, situated at the back of the Conservatory in Bellagio. We opted to grab breakfast there after an early check-in on Sunday the 7th. Our server was pleasant, but it wasn't the most welcoming vibe. When your server's initial approach is essentially, "are you ready to order?" then you know you're in a spot where they just want to turn and burn. We noticed a few tables served first who were seated after us. We almost had to say something but I didn't want to start our first day at Bellagio on a negative service note. In the end we paid with a room charge. The server even took our ID to confirm our identity. When they returned with the check and our ID I noticed they had charged it to the wrong person. It was the wrong room # and wrong name. We waited to alert the server, but after a few moments we just wanted to leave. I thought I was talking to a manager but I guess it was a seater/hostess. They alerted the server who fixed it, thanking me "you saved me from going into the office later." To be fair, the service made the biggest impression which is a shame because the food was good! I had the Eggs Benedict with Salmon and the Egg Sandwich plus a couple cocktails. We each loved our food. Unfortunately we probably won't return to Sadelle's. The impersonal initial greeting, slow pace to receive our food (compared to the nearby tables), and the wrong room charge... the food quality can't make up for poor service especially when dining inside a premium property like Bellagio. Side note: I did email Bellagio during the trip to let them know about the poor experience and wrong room charge (even though the server took our ID). The response I received was very copy + paste with little concern. In retrospect I wish we had just left and let the restaurant to deal with the wrong charge, unfortunately that would've been a pain in the end for Mr. Chen who would've been charged for our meal due to the restaurant's error. read more

This restaurant is located near an art exhibit. When we visited it was designed to reflect the animal kingdom. A fun experience for people of all ages. We were able to be seated within 15 minutes of arrival, without reservation. The inside of this restaurant was beautiful. The service was excellent. Our server even gave us some suggestions of locations to visit during our vacation. The food and mimosa were well worth the price tag. We will be visiting this restaurant annually. This is the Las Vegas branch of the NYC restaurant. We ate breakfast there. The service is quick and efficient. The breakfasts were all huge. If you aren't hungry, I recommend sharing a breakfast with someone with an extra bagel on the side. The Leo was the favorite dish of my family with a healthy serving of smoked salmon served on top of a three egg frittata with a bagel on the side.
