I spent my birthday weekend in Vegas and had a great birthday brunch at Sadelle's. This place is absolutely adorable. Definitely instagram worthy. The view of the garden is super cute and the French toast is super yummy. Reservations are MUST!!! All in all I would definitely recommend! read more

This place has been on the list for a while and we're very glad we went. this place is pretty no no-nonsense as far the menu goes - pretty traditional, eggs benny, etc. the food was genuinely good but not..outstanding? it's hard to get insane with an eggs benny though, so I'll give it to them. a very decent bloody mary and the service was also decent - a very busy monday in vegas and the staff didn't seem stoked to be there, but what staff really is? This was great to check off the list, would bring people who haven't been but not sure if we would come back ourselves for a second time. read more

I loved how bougie this place was and everything was done so beautifully including the takeout! I thought the food wouldn't be as good once we brought it back but it all tasted just as fresh and delicious. I kept on getting just the house salmon that comes with your choice of bagel - everything ofc! It was so simple but they did such a good job. The salmon was fresh, delicate and melts in your mouth. This is one of our favorite spots on the strip and at Bellagio for breakfast and lunch. We love sitting at the bar with Kathy who always makes us feel welcome. Sadelles was cute but not exactly what I was expecting vs the pics I saw. Everything was just again okay.The service was exceptional. I ordered the oatmeal, bagel and cream cheese with chicken sausage. The chicken sausage was really good along with the bagel. It tasted just okay. We drank a mimosa and an Irish coffee. Best Brunch spot of all of Las Vegas. Be sure to put in a reservation if you can otherwise you would have to wait! The food was absolutely amazing. The service was wonderful and the waiter even gave us a free peach Bellini on the house since we liked his recommendation. read more

We stayed at the Bellagio and had breakfast here both days because the food was so good. My Husband ordered the traditional breakfast both days. I ordered the oatmeal which is made with coconut instead of dairy with additional coconut and fruit on top. Delicious. We had reservations on Sat. but not on Sunday so we had to wait in line for about 45 minutes on Sunday. There are two lines. One for Reservation and one not. Reservations in advance are a must. I had called a week before our arrival to book additional Sunday Am. and they were already booked all day. read more

food and service quality has gone down hill the couple of times we've revisited. i've wanted to order the trout roe add-on for the last 3x we've visited but was always told it's not available. we weren't offered any water with our food and no coffee refills either. the waiter just really didn't seem to care... and definitely avoid the french toast at all cost, it's deep fried to the core and it's basically a big block of grease drenched carb. we heard the table next to us complaining that it was really oily, and we shared the same sentiment. cute decor, as always, but it doesn't compensate for the poor food and service. read more

Another fantastic meal and service from Sadelle's. Mike K. Was our server. He met us with a smile at 6:30 am. Full disclosure I don't smile until I've had at least one sip of coffee. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary, so we wanted to have a leisurely breakfast before the restaurant got crowded. I ordered the Vegas breakfast with the Mimosa. Excellent choice. Hubby chose his fav, French Toast. Mike K. made sure we well taken care of. Appreciate the great service as well as the great food. What truly drew me in was the ambience of this place. It is such a beautiful restaurant. Service was pretty quick which we appreciated. Good was decently well. I usually don't get my hopes too high with cute restaurants because that's what they're usually known for but the food did taste pretty well compared to my expectations. Breakfast at Sadelle's at Bellagio Resort is delightful. The venue is bright, airy and pristinely clean. Our party enjoyed the ham egg's Benedict, the vegetarian egg white omelette and the Scottish salmon. Every item was of high qand delicious. Our server was Mike k. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the ingredients and food preparation techniques used in each menu item. He also recommended the Sadelle's in NYC during our next visit there. read more

Amazing location, solid food. If you're at the Bellagio and want a fancy sit-down breakfast, Sadelle's is your place. It's located inside the Bellagio Conservatory. There's always a (long) line but you can try to walk-in and sit at the bar, reservations are highly recommended. FYI - Even with MGM Rewards status, you still wait if you don't have a reservation, just not as long as non-status guests. The breakfast and brunch choices are "reasonably priced," good portions and excellent service. I had to get the French onion soup and it was delicious (although I feel like Mon Ami Gabi's version is even better). It was a little saltier than expected but hey it's French onion soup. Next up was the salmon benedict. The waiter specifically notes that it's served at room temperature, apparently there have been some complaints about it not being served warm. It was as good as I remember. $64.60 including 25% tip. read more

Sadelle's is by far my absolute favorite restaurant for brunch. It has the classy, classic look and feel. It's huge inside and they also have outdoor seating. Reservations are not required but I strongly encourage you to do so, especially if it's during the weekend or holiday. They get extremely busy and the wait could be longer than an hour. You can always book the reservation online for convenience, a huge plus. I also like the food and portions are healthy. read more

To say we enjoyed our second visit to Sadelle's is an understatement. The restaurant is beautiful and very comfortable. The food was a feast for the senses, as beautiful as it was delicious. During our first visit we were very impressed with Luc, the manager, not only for his active participation with Guests, but also for his support and leadership for the Serving Staff. This trip was no different, the Hostesses and Servers were on point! Went to Sadelle's for brunch on a Wednesday. There was pretty much no wait so we were seated very quickly. I ordered the eggs Benedict that came with ham, and it was just okay. Would probably rate it at a 5/10. The egg was perfectly poached, but the ham was dry. Usually I enjoy eggs Benedict but I found it very hard for me to finish the dish. My partner ordered the Vegas brunch that was a decent meal- he ordered the omelet, cream cheese danish, hash brown, and Bloody Mary. I tried the hash browns and cream cheese danish and those were very delicious. But the omelet wasn't great in my opinion. Overall, wouldn't come back here. The dishes were pretty underwhelming. But I will say the restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside, and service was very fast! read more

None of us had crispy avocado before (lightly coated avocado so that there was a crunch in the bite, but nice, soft, creamy avocado inside). Really good. The service was excellent. I expected a small plate of fruit and a slice of banana bread. I received a platter of fruit and a whole loaf of banana bread. The decor was pretty. I loved the colors. The seats were comfortable. The music was the best, primarily 80s music. It could have been turned up just a tiny bit more. The host was friendly and professional as people came in, but didn't say goodbye to people as they were leaving. Two gentlemen even walked by and said goodbye and thank you and he was too preoccupied to notice. This was my first visit to the restaurant and I was honestly expecting a dive with lousy food & service from a 24 hour restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. I did inform a manager about the condition of the bathroom and she immediately got someone on it. The whole menu is available for 24 hours, including breakfast (except oatmeal).

So here's every detail of how this experience went down. Mind you I have NEVER EVER had an experience like this at ANY restaurant EVER. Period. Started with about a 10-12 ,minute wait for a table while EASILY half the tables in the place were empty. At least half! When sat.....menus presented, NO drinks in menu, no separate drink list, wine list, cocktail list, etc.... Have NO idea what they have, carry etc....So we order WATER. And a coffee, a soda and an iced tea. All those came relatively quickly. I proceed to order for everyone at table. Can I please order the spicy asian noodles, "sorry we're out of those" Ok, then can i please start with coconut shrimp instead, "out of those too" . I start laughing, I say mom go ahead order something. She says " the french onion soup" Server then says "i'm sorry we don't have that soup" THAT'S when we should of just gotten up and left. But the idiot I am, didn't. So I say to myself dude keep it real simple here, small, quick, get out. My mom orders another soup, she realizes it and says that's it that's all I'll have. My dad sticks with JUST his coffee lol My daughter orders just TWO sides, asparagus and mashed potatoes. I order the shrimp cocktail first asking do you have shrimp cocktail? as i'm laughing now. She says yes that we do have. I say I'll start with that and the tuna melt please. That was it, nothing more said. Didn't have to and she didn't have to ask for anything else. The tuna melt clearly stated "comes with fries AND coleslaw" Five minutes later the shrimp cocktail shows up....I'm thinking OK it's going to turn here.....WRONG! My tuna melt comes out. Tuna melt on a bagel(which it does't state anywhere) and fries. NO coleslaw. I'm thinking the soup for my mom and the asparagus and mashed potatoes for my kid are coming.....So i wait to begin eating my tuna melt. Minutes go by, nothing. My mom says go ahead eat don't let yours get cold. Server walks by I ask any bread or rolls or anything you have for the table? She says "no we don't" She walks by again 5 minutes later says "i'm sorry rest of your food will be right out". 5 minutes after that the same thing lol A soup, mashed potatoes and asparagus .....FIFTEEN MINUTES later and after I've finished my sandwich and had been cleared off table. That's when I say to her....that tuna melt i just had...wasn't that supposed to come WITH fries AND coleslaw? She nods at me acknowledging only then that she knew and spotted it didn't come but was waiting for ME to see if it slipped. She said "yes i can bring it right out" LOL After not only am I done, but the plate's been cleared minutes ago. The soup sucked and was warm, not hot. The asparagus the kid ate, the mashed potatoes were drowned in gravy. Nowhere did it SAY they came with gravy or not on the side. She didn't eat it. I'm in the business and I get shit happens.....but THIS?? On a trivial sandwich, a soup and two sides? CMON!!! At BELLAGIO?? 3-4 suits walking around the place looking of some importance talking amongst themselves and pointing at things etc....not ONE asked about anything, inquired, checked on ANY guests......only excuse i heard was from the waitress "we've been open 4 days, they're working on some things" LOL Ask for my check, nothing taken off, nothing discounted lol $81 for a shrimp cocktail, a cup of soup, side of asparagus, mashed potato, tuna sandwich, a coffee, a soda and an iced tea. Once we were seated, we eagerly anticipated a delicious breakfast, but that hope was quickly shattered. The food we received was simply appalling. It arrived at our table cold and unappetizing, looking nothing like the enticing pictures on the menu. The taste was equally disappointing, leaving much to be desired. It was clear that no effort had been made to ensure quality or presentation. Adding to the disappointment, the service was severely lacking. Our waiter appeared to be hard of hearing, which made communication difficult. Despite our efforts to clearly express our needs, our requests were frequently misunderstood or forgotten. Sadelle's is a charming and dreamy brunch haven! The blue and pink interiors, complemented by vibrant and plentiful plants, create a delightful setting. To top it off, the servers even match the color theme with their pink and blue suit coats. I was also thrilled that all of our outfits accidentally coordinated perfectly with the decor :) A significant highlight of our visit was our server, Mike. His enthusiasm, combined with keen attentiveness, truly invigorated our morning--which was especially appreciated after our late-night escapades. Engaging in light-hearted conversations with him added a personal touch to our experience. For our meal, we opted for a family-style brunch. While most of the dishes we ordered were "good, but nothing special", there were a few that deserve a shout out: The Brulee Grapefruit was a revelation! I did not know grapefruit could be such a treat!!! The Espresso Cocktail, infused with a hint of coconut, was delicious and one of the highlights of our brunch. And the Salmon Bagel, presented in a delightful bagel tower, was a visual treat. I also loved the design of the takeout bags - so cute! I've had my fair share of disappointing meals at The Bellagio hotel. Sadelle's, while good for most of our visit, took a nosedive on our final meal. As you step in, there's this charming coffee cart manned by the sweetest and most helpful woman from Chicago. We crossed paths with her several times throughout the week, getting our fix of lattes and bagels before heading off to our convention. The restaurant itself is whimsically adorable, giving off a distinct "Alice in Wonderland" vibe. Sadelle's came to our rescue more than once when our meals elsewhere were so abysmal that we either left or reluctantly tossed our food. We stuck to our staples: coffee, breakfast, and the trusty grilled cheese with tomato soup. All of those were delicious and the servers were very nice. The only hiccup was on my last morning. We swung by for a quick bite before jetting off to the airport. Unfortunately, they missed the mark on my eggs, and even after a remake, they turned out exactly the same. I had to send it back and ended up enjoying half of my husband's meal instead. It was a bustling morning, so I don't want to be too hard on them. I was very disappointed with my experience at Sadelle's at Bellagio, especially given that this visit was meant to be a special occasion. I made the reservation two weeks in advance and clearly noted that it was my birthday, requesting a nice table. We were fully prepared for the higher price point, expecting great service and a memorable atmosphere in return. Unfortunately, none of that happened. My husband and I were seated in a high-traffic walkway, which completely ruined the experience and made it feel anything but special. There was no acknowledgment of my birthday at all -- no greeting, no small gesture, no dessert, nothing. The only person who mentioned my birthday was the hostess in line, which shows that the note was clearly visible, yet it was entirely ignored by the staff once we were seated. For a restaurant with such a premium reputation and pricing, this level of service was extremely disappointing. We weren't expecting anything extravagant -- just basic attention to a special occasion that was clearly communicated in advance. As we stood in line for 20-30 minutes, I watched her greet every party with effusive cheer and efficiency, treating each one as if they were the first guests of the day and she was just arriving on her shift. Her tirelessness was amazing. The rest of the staff were equally professional and courteous, allowing us to linger in the beautiful setting feeling neither rushed nor neglected as we escaped to this oasis of peace, away from the smoke, noise, and cachophony of the casinos and strip. I regret we have to travel hours and stay overnight just to enjoy this "destination restaurant," but it is always the highlight of every trip to Vegas. Menu recommendations? We recently visited Sadelle's and booked The Garden Table. Unfortunately, it was double booked, so we weren't able to enjoy the garden dining this time. While we were disappointed, we'll definitely be booking in advance again because the garden looks like such a beautiful experience. What truly made our visit wonderful was the exceptional care from James, the manager. He immediately apologized for the mix-up, checked to see if another time was available, and when it wasn't, he made sure we were seated right away. James went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He even brought champagne, but since we don't drink, he kindly suggested apple cider instead, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our meal, James checked in on us multiple times, made sure everything was perfect, and ensured our glasses were always full. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality turned what could have been a disappointing situation into a truly memorable dining experience. This charming restaurant made a lasting impression with its inviting ambiance and spectacular wait staff. As we waited in line, the bartender greeted us warmly and mentioned that there were seats available at the bar if we'd like. We gladly accepted, and she led us through the elegant dining area, past other happy patrons, and sat us down at the comfortable bar stools. We ordered waters, a Waldorf salad, and their fried chicken lunch, which came with crispy French fries. When the food arrived, the bartender, ever so pleasant, asked if we'd like hot sauce. Of course, we said yes! She effortlessly poured the sauce onto an extra plate and added the sweet sauce that accompanied the chicken. "Run your chicken through both sauces," she suggested with a knowing smile. And wow--she was absolutely right! The fried chicken was fantastic on its own, but dipping it in the spicy-sweet combo really took it to another level. And that Waldorf salad? I can't stop thinking about it. My friend & I were at the Conservatory in the Bellagio & wanted to have lunch. we were so graciously greeted by Luc Andres & he seated us in a lovely booth. He introduced us to our server Anna & she was busy but took the time to explain the menu & welcome us. in a few minutes Luc brought us a glass of champagne (on him he said). This was an unexpected surprise & we felt like Queens for the day! I loved how Anna explained that the food takes a bit longer than "normal" because the chef makes everything fresh, nothing premade sitting around. The restaurant was clean, busy and the food looked delicious as wait staff came by with trays of peoples orders. We ended up ordering the triple decker sandwich which said it was perfect for sharing. Ideally, I'd give this place a 2.5/5. Sadelle's in Las Vegas certainly lives up to the hype when it comes to ambiance. The pastel pink and blue decor creates a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere that's perfect for a leisurely brunch. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Securing a table proved challenging without a reservation, but thankfully, a friend's elite membership saved the day. However, the booth seating was less than ideal. The sofas were overly soft, making it difficult to dine comfortably, especially for our party of three. Our legs kept bumping into each other's. Service was efficient, but the food fell short of expectations. The salmon Benedict was a disappointment with a grainy hollandaise sauce and tough bread. The French toast, while generously portioned, was unremarkable and required a redo due to a hair found in the dish. The C.C.C. cocktail was good but overly sweet, and I couldn't finish it. We made a group reservation and were seated right away without any wait. There was a bit of confusion when booking about whether we needed to go with the prix fixe menu or could order à la carte, but the manager was very accommodating and let us choose from the regular menu. Sadelle's was such a perfect brunch spot in Vegas. The restaurant itself is gorgeous -- bright, elegant, and feels a little more relaxed compared to the usual high-energy Vegas restaurants. We started with the Blood Orange Bellini, which was refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect brunch cocktail. For food, the avocado toast was fresh and well-balanced, and the huevos rancheros with steak were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and added so much to the dish. The standout for me was definitely the Belgian waffle with berries -- crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with fresh berries that made it feel light without being overly sweet. Everything was beautifully presented, portions were generous, and service was attentive without feeling rushed. Sadelle's at the Bellagio never disappoints! Not only is it a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere and ambience, but the service, staff and the food are exceptional. I spent New Year's Eve weekend in Las Vegas and then this past weekend and ate there both times. This weekend we were in town for the Adele concert (which we learned was cancelled right after we checked into our room) and we were very disappointed that we were not going to see the concert we came for. The General Manager, Luc Andres, took the time to ask why we were in town and then was so kind and compassionate when we told him about the concert! He treated us to a glass of delicious champagne and made us feel special! We had ordered eggs Benedict, western omelettes, bacon, a pancake, hash browns and fresh grapefruit with a crème brûlée topping. Everything was delicious! It'd be unjust to not mention Victor who was a fab host and a solid yapper too :) The music choices were iconic and the vibes were really cosy, if I could, I would visit more often but Im just a lil tourist that had the pleasure of randomly discovering this place one night :) oh and not to forget the drink i still joyfully reminisce over: its a pistachio drink that Theresa made auhhh
