About a five minute line and it moves quickly. However there is only one ordering kiosk and with the variety of drink and pastry choices and ability to custom each drink, a second kiosk would help. There are a few seats but no tables to sit and chill. The two drinks we ordered satisfactory but nothing exceptional.

sharetea is a decent option in the mall but tbh it's not really up to par with all the higher quality boba in the area. they have lots of options which is nice, but their tea is lacking in flavor. i would recommend their fruit teas over milk tea. kiosk ordering is convenient and orders come out pretty quick, so not a bad option if you just want something simple while browsing!

We were walking around the mall and after a salty dinner, I was thirsty! I wanted something that was non-caffeinated and it seemed like all the tea shops only had caffeinated drinks except for Sharetea, so I thought to try them. It's a nice looking shop with soft lighting. The menu is posted on the wall too. I went up to the kiosk to place my order for a strawberry coconut ice blended drink and added crystal boba with a 30% sweetness level. In retrospect, I should have ordered no sugar at all! 30% sweetness level was EXTREMELY sweet! I even diluted it with nearly a can of sparkling water after the ice melted to make it less sweet! But I don't think I should have to add anything to a drink to make it better. 3/5

Out of the six drinks I tried, the blueberry cheesecake was definitely my favorite. It's one of their new seasonal specials, and the blueberry flavor really stood out. The cream paired perfectly with it, just like an actual slice of blueberry cheesecake. The drink overall was bold and flavorful. The two fruit teas were solid choices too. The peach kiwi reminded me of the peaches from fruit cups, and the mango passionfruit green tea was refreshing and just as good. The matcha that they used for the matcha ice blended had a weird after taste, so I didn't like the drink. The Hokkaido milk tea was very light & watery, so those drinks were not good. The staff were super friendly, but it's hard to flag them down if you need something, since they're in the back.

It has been awhile since I've had Sharetea, so I decided to order one of their signature drinks which is their QQ Family Milk Tea. This was my first time at this location. I like it because of all the different toppings in the drink. There was a kiosk available near the counter and even had a first time customer promo for quite a few drinks! Ordering was fast and efficient. My order was ready within 10 minutes and it wasn't that busy on a Friday afternoon. The drink was exactly the same as what I remembered. It was milky yet refreshing. I loved the boba, red bean, lychee, and caramel pudding, especially knowing that I didn't have to pay extra for all these toppings. Would recommend for those who are in decisive when it comes to ordering.

The newly relocated sharetea in valley fair is still bad news in terms of product quality, hidden cost and uncomfortable crampy seating. Their promotional items were mediocre, don't order it thinking you'll save a few cents. They tasted bad with overloading sugar. Hidden cost- main reason I was not happy about: all milk tea products were made of non dairy creamer, if you want real cow milk or other alternatives, e.g. almond or soy milk, you have to pay extra. WT? Since when does boba tea become so sophisticated? The portion of pastry - Oof, the miserliest piece I've seen, might as well be mistaken as dog treat. It wasn't even good either. The $2 purposefully half-cut Costco styled pastry falsely advertised on screen as full size was a dissapoitment. My boba drink after paying additional $0.75 for almond milk just because I wanted a change was Meh. Seating was not comfy. Skipped.

This place was alright. The drink came out fast and there is seating inside. The portions are very large. But nothing special about this taro boba tea, it tasted artificial and hurt my stomach after a while.

One of the OG boba spots straight from Taiwan. Sharetea has been around before the whole crema craze blew up, and their Crema Wintermelon is still my go-to. Smooth, not overly sweet, and that salty-sweet crema hits just right. They've got a self-serve ordering machine up front, which makes things super convenient. I also signed up for their reward program--why not? Free drinks add up fast. Two employees behind the counter were cranking out drinks quickly and efficiently. No fuss, no wait. This location sits right under the food court, so it's an easy stop if you're grabbing a quick sip after a meal. I do miss the little knife they used to give you with crema drinks--the proper way to enjoy it without a straw. Now it's just the usual straw drill. $6 is pretty standard for Bay Area boba nowadays, and the shop has a warm, bright, and clean interior. Solid spot for a reliable fix.

Located inside valley fair mall in Santa Clara this boba tea is a clean place with fast service and a great way to relish some boba cravings. I strongly recommend to take a pit stop when tired of shopping :) . Other food options available too.

Matcha Red Bean Ice Blended with Ice Cream for $7 This was the perfect drink for a sunny day! I loved the bitterness from the matcha, I can probably do 25% sweet next time too (I got 50% sweetness). The red bean wasn't too sweet and I got it in place of ice cream. The herbal jelly is always good!

The drinks are extremely sweet. Like WOW. 0% sweet is hella sweet. We ordered a Honey Lemon with Aloe Vera, Classic Pearl Milk Tea, Peach Kiwi Tea with Aiyu Jelly, Passion Fruit, and Orange & Grapefruit Tea. Outta the four, the Classic Pearl Milk Tea is the most decent one. Oddly and strangely, we witnessed some people pour cold water into their drinks. As if they're trying to dilute the sweetness.

This location has to be one of the cleanest and nicely designed Sharetea's I've been to. I came in with a couple of friends on a weekday and the line was fairly short and it moved pretty quickly. The cashier was also really friendly. We all got our drinks in a couple of minutes after ordering. I ordered the mango green tea creama with lychee jelly 50% sweet and regular ice. The creama here is really good and has the right amount of salty sweet ratio. My friend got a taro ice blended with pudding and it was really smooth and not icey. I see a lot of reviews complaining about pricing but considering it is in a really nice location, it makes sense that drinks are a little higher in pricing. I would definitely recommend this location for any around the area, especially since it's the best boba location in the mall. read more

No other option for people with dairy allergies. Really disappointed about that. The people that worked there didn't really know anything about ingredients in what they are serving either. My daughter was really happy with her boba tea. I liked it a lot. read more

Not usually a boba tea kind of guy but decided to stop by sharetea since it was in the vicinity of where I was shopping. They have a lot of different flavors and varieties you can choose from so it won't be difficult to pick, or you can just ask like I did. Shoutout to the worker Ryan for recommending me the strawberry ice blended lychee/ice cream thing it was super good, and got me going. read more

So I came here on a Friday morning, so luckily it wasn't super busy. I've tried Sharetea in several other locations, but not here so just decided to give it a shot. Sharetea never disappointed me, as usual. Decided to try something different by ordering a Hokkaido milk tea for the first time, and it tasted beyond my expectation! Probably better than the one I usually got at The Boiling Point lol If you come to Valley Fair, take some time to visit the store and try it for yourself. read more

I love the location of this ShareTea! It's on the first floor of the Westfield Mall, located right below the food court, so if you're like me and get a craving for sweets right after lunch, then this boba place has got you covered. I come here almost every single time I visit the Westfield mall because their prices are much more reasonable compared to Rabbit Rabbit Tea, which is on the second floor. Their boba is decent, not the best, but not the worst either. Pretty standard I would say, and comparable to places like T4 and Gongcha. The inside of the store is pretty small, and it can be difficult to get seating, but there's so many benches and tables around the Westfield mall that I've never had an issue with finding a seat, even if I have to walk a few paces out of the store. The workers at this Sharetea are also very sweet, and I've never had a problem with customer service while I'm here. Even when the store is packed and I have to wait 10-15 minutes in line to order, my drinks always come out within 5-10 minutes. My favorite things to order here are the classic pearl milk tea (less sugar and less ice), strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream, and Hokkaido pearl milk tea (less sugar and less ice). I like to order my drinks with less sugar because sometimes Sharetea drinks can be a bit on the sweet side, even for someone like me who has a HUGE sweet tooth. Overall, I would recommend this place if you need a quick boba fix in the middle of your shopping time. read more

I have been to many tea places but this is one of the best. I got the Cocoa Creamer and my god, it tasted wonderful. I got it less sweet and they made it perfectly as I requested. The coco flavor were creamy and satisfying. All in all, I'll definitely come back! Great place to get some quick tea at the mall. Would recommend to anyone who is tea savage like me. Uncultured boba amateur here. Just tried the coffee milk tea flavor for the first time and even mixed it with some cookies and cream flavored whey protein powder. Taste is pretty good; I have yet to compare it with other boba places. read more

Order the oolong creama with 80% sweet and it taste very powdery which was really weird. I don't really understand which part of the ingredients of the oolong creama would give off such a taste. Is it the creama? Did they just not mix it right? Anyway it taste so bad I had to trash it after two sip....there goes the $6 read more

There were a bunch of drinks that were just sitting there. When I finally received my drink, I was disappointed to see that they did not even mix the powder well. Not only that, but the ice melted and created a watery layer on top, the liquid didn't even reach the line, and it had a light taro flavor.. what a waste of my money. read more

**Edited after was treated amazingly by the owner himself** Received the wrong order and realized after started to drink. At first the cashier offered to make me a new drink even though I didn't asked for it, but then the "shift manager" just came to my table saying they won't make any or if I want they would make half glass cause I drank some. Of course I turned down her "generous" offer. Before I left the much nicer girl who made the mistake with my order at first place came to apologize and make me the right one instead. I think she understands customers and problem solving much better and she should have been the manager. **The owner himself heard about the inconvenience and especially came to find me! He really cares about his place and care even more about his customers!! I was able to share with him my experience and although I told him his attention and care was enough he insisted on compensating me as well so I'll come back and have more great and tasty experiences and I'll definitely will.** read more

This is my go to boba spot when I'm in the area! Every time I'm here, the workers here are friendly and recommend me some pretty good drinks. Came in yesterday and ordered two drinks. When they called my order, they had someone else's drink mixed in with mine. I told them and then they gave the other guy his drinks...how does someone order after me get his drinks first?! I had two milk teas and there was a taro blended ice w a milk tea label on it...Then they gave me mine and mine didn't have the appropriate toppings so I made them fix it..I drink my boba later and mine wasn't even sweet at all. so they messed up three times on my order. Where's the quality control? Do they even check labels?? Literally no apology and everyone looking like this =| when they working. No smiles no hellos no thank yous. This location was absolutely amazing. I ordered the milk tea with boba and it was so fresh. It was a perfect drink while shopping. The location is very convenient as well. Everybody working there was so friendly. My friends and I waited literally five minutes for our drinks; super fast service. This is my favorite boba spot :) I'll be here more often ! The process is very poor. Multiple people are making online orders and the drinks are piling up on the counters and the floor (bagged), while the store is full of people but only a few get their drinks. When they take orders from separate registers, they do not put the cups in order and I've seen people who are 5 orders behind me got their drinks and my cup is still sitting on a separate counter... there are a lot of share teas around the area and this one is the worst one I've seen the the whole process. They really need to fix the problem. read more

We were attracted by a long line in front of the store. We ordered 5 drinks. The cost of the drinks were $29.95, $6 per drink. Comparing with other tea places I visited, I found the taste of Sharetea to be decent, but the pricing of the drinks was too expensive. The service of the employees was excellent. read more

The prices are quite expensive because of the prime location at the mall. I understand you have to pay rent and still profit but it is quite expensive so beware of that. Staff gives off a colder vibe than other Sharetea locations. I actually enjoy their taro ice blended with pudding drink. read more

I came here while wandering around the mall and ordered an Okinawa Milk Tea (since the cashier introduced me it's one of the best selling). I was pretty surprised when they said their milk teas only use non-dairy creamer, bc it's not easy for me to find a store where I can drink milktea since Im lactose. The pearls were chewy and warm, which once again surprised me, but I guess because I'm one of the lucky who get to drink just-made boba. Forgot to adjust the sugar level so the drink was abit too sweet for my taste. Maybe next time I'll try something else that fit my taste better but overall, Sharetea definitely left me a good impression on their drinks quality after today read more

Visited after dining across the hall at din tai fung. Very clean and modern design. I ordered the coffee creama 50% sweet and it was amazingly smooth and satisfying. The store itself is on the smaller end but it is in a mall. Service was excellent and very fast I will be back! read more

I came here on a Saturday night, since it located inside the mall it is very crowded and busy. The service was good and they recommend me a good drink too. Despite the long line, they are still keeping everything fast and clean. Right after Im about to sitdown, the drink was done. Definitely recommended. read more

Location is convenient as I am always shopping at the mall! It is located near Din Tai Fung and there is always a line which is the only downside but they usually get the drinks out pretty fast. One of my favorites is the mango and passion fruit tea with 30% sweetness (half sweet is still too sweet for me so 30 is perfect). read more

I ordered exactly the same drinks, classic black milk teas with boba. When they handed me the two drinks, it looked different from past experiences at this share tea and other share tea locations. The color and taste differed between the two drinks. Why? Idk. Poor Q/C. And the drinks didn't come in a sharetea cup. Maybe they aren't Sharetea anymore? I gave them two stars because the customer service was good but the drinks lack share tea quality, taste, and standard; it was very watered down. read more

It shouldn't take 50 minutes (on a Wednesday) to make 2 cups of milk tea. They had about 3 people working at the time. It's literally inexcusable to have THIS bad service when I can tell they're constantly working their asses off to make drinks. They would make a whole bundle of drinks and THEN call out the bundle of numbers. This causes a lot of traffic, causing many customers to grow irritated. Call out the numbers WHILE YOU FINISH the orders. As a generally patient person, I understand it takes time to craft the drinks, but waiting close to an hour is just ridiculous. Not to mention they made my drink wrong, which i had to wait 6 minutes for its remake.... like... seriously? read more

The place looks nice but their blended Taro with pudding didn't take like Taro at all and the pudding didn't taste like anything at all. On top of that it's priced pretty high compare to everyone else. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star because their matcha blended actually tasted like matcha. read more

Sharetea started off business with to-go black tea and pearl milk tea drinks in Taipei, Taiwan. Since then Sharetea has opened over 450 branches and franchises in 18 countries. Looking through the menu, they do have plentiful of options. I wanted to try Hazelnut Milk Tea because I wanted that same flavor from another place, but unfortunately, they don't have that now. I asked for 50% sweetness, and it actually tastes like 100% of it. At least it wasn't too sweet though, but still it didn't meet my expectations. At the same time, it's not really a bad place to come here. Also, the drink became empty really fast because there seems to be too much ice, but I never specified how much ice I want to have. Usually boba places require you to ask about sweetness and ice, but from the kiosk, they're considered optional. If I had to guess, they apply 100% to sweetness and ice by default. When ordering, you can't do it in person since there's a sign that asks us to place an order from a kiosk. I don't recommend coming to this place if you really care about how much sweetness and ice they added. Just make sure that the rest of the ingredients (e.g. boba) is there.

Definitely not worth the wait for us.

There are parking garages and lots around the mall - garage parking is free for the first 2 hours, then you have to pay. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba. The taste of the milk tea is just slightly better than my last visit a few years ago, but it still hurt my stomach after drinking it. The milk tea was super creamy and a bit on the sweeter side with a lack of tea taste to it.

A few other customers were lingering nearby looking just as perplexed. We browsed the menu and took our chances. There were quite a few drinks and snacks that read, "Sold Out"; close to half the menu. I ended up ordering a Tropical Dream (pineapple slushee, fresh pineapple, agar boba and mint). After placing our order, we wandered around the surprisingly large kiosk but still couldn't find anyone working. The entire preparation area is enclosed behind frosted plexiglass panels, making it impossible to watch your drink being made. Personally, I enjoy seeing the preparation process, not only because it's interesting, but also because it gives me a sense of the cleanliness and care being taken. Here, everything was completely hidden from view. My husband even tried peeking over the partition for a glimpse, which felt a little awkward. After a few minutes, someone did appear with our order. Mine was okay. It tasted like pineapple and I did love the crystal boba. I drank about a quarter of it, then tossed it. Maybe it was too sweet. I just couldn't justify drinking my calories for a drink that was merely okay. Calories are meant to be savored and enjoyed.

Afterward, that same nice girl (don't have her name is she is blonde) from the front came over to the table to check on me again and genuinely apologized for everything that happened with the kitchen. I know mistakes happen, things get busy, and maybe they were rushing to get food out. But please just recognize when a mistake is made instead of trying to convince someone they're imagining things when the food is clearly undercooked. The remade crepe came back looking perfect and tasting delicious. I wanted to give this 3 stars for the the attitude, but my love for the food and that incredibly sweet girl at the front kept it at a 4.

The drinks tasted watered down compared to other Sharetea locations, and I noticed the staff seemed rushed and undertrained. Also, they do not adhere to sugar or ice adjustment requests. Poor management, and the owner is super disrespectful and uncommunicative. With so much competition and rising prices at the prime location of Valley Fair, I believe it's worth supporting better boba places like Tong Sui and Pink Pink Tea Shoppe at this mall. read more
