This couldn't be a better combo sheldrake and sweet Jill's. However the drip coffee was not good and tasted cheap. Pretty good service and nice but very busy personnel. Located at gate 1 and 2 and easy to get a quick coffee and snack before the flight. Typical airport ambiance with many travelers wanting coffee and a pastry. Next time I will get something else then a drip and see if that tastes better.

I wanted some iced coffee while waiting to board my flight. This was my first time here and I decided to try the iced chocolate mocha. The line was long but it moved quickly and my drink was ready within minutes. They also had some delicious looking desserts such as coffee crumb cakes and muffins which I will try the next time I fly in or out of Long Beach airport.

Had to get something in the tummy before our flight. This coffee shop is located in the South Concourse of the Long Beach Airport next to the Boathouse restaurant. Saw their breakfast sandwich options and chose a breakfast croissant with ham, egg, and cheese. They did not have any decaf coffee options so I just got a small size almond milk. Hubby got an iced coffee, a yogurt parfait, and some chips. Nothing remarkable about the experience here but, enough to hold us over until snacks on the plane and food at our destination. Sheldrake Coffee Roasting is A-OK! Cheers to happy travels at LGB!

Good coffee, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just wanted an iced coffee and an almond croissant, the woman at the register was a an older Hispanic woman with the worst attitude. She was annoyed that I was paying with cash, I told her to add a little bit of milk and she barely put any, so I asked for more and she was so mad. Then after I paid I asked for a receipt and she literally looked at the machine and said "you grab it". She was so unprofessional. I was still gathering my things when she started helping another customer and was getting annoyed that I was still gathering my stuff. So unbelievable.

Sticking with a classic now and maintaining lower expectations, so no disappointments. Plain bagel with cream cheese $7.00. Nicely toasted, cream cheese in a cup. They also will give me free ice for my water cup.

Located in Long Beach Airport this was a pretty decent coffee spot to get your caffeine in as you wait for a flight. I got a basic iced coffee and it was good, fairly priced imo. Would get again when I'm here.

Morning coffee at the airport never lets me down. I had an early flight out of LGB and was really craving a bagel and latte. Luckily, these folks are open really early. There's a line first thing in the morning, since it's the only place open, so make sure you have plenty of time! I ordered a latte with sugar free vanilla syrup and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Typical of airport food, it was quite pricey, coming out to almost $20. The taste of everything was just about average. The bagel wasn't too exciting, but it hit the spot. The espresso was actually very good quality, and it made for a great latte.

Great coffee inside the Long Beach Airport. This airport super awesome and the coffee/breakfast place inside is delicious. The service was fast with a medium line. Super efficient.

I've never heard of this coffee roasting company before, but my understanding is that they have other non-airport locations. As far as airport cafes go, this was better than expected. Prices are higher than your average cafe but, again, for an airport, they are fair. My 20 oz americano came in at just above $5 which isn't terrible. The coffee tasted good, albeit a bit over extracted and over roasted / burnt but still drinkable. The pastries looked good, but I wasn't too hungry, so I decided to skip over indulging. According to the menu, the pastries are from a place called Sweet Jill's bakery, which I have not heard of but I'm curious to give a try the next time I'm in Long Beach. The service was quick and efficient. The barista asked if I wanted any room for cream, and when I told her that I wanted my Americano black, she filled it to the top. Yes, I know it's just extra water... so if you want a stronger / more condensed americano, I suggest asking specifically for less water to be added. The counter area can get crowded during high traffic times. I was fortunate to arrive when there wasn't a line but one quickly reached 8-9 people just 30 minutes after I arrived. Overall, the ambience is what you'd expect in an airport. It's busy, it's loud, it can get crowded, but if you're like me - you know it's better to be caffeinated to deal with the chaos rather than under caffeinated and grumpy.

My flight was delayed and I needed a caffeine boost so I ordered an iced latte with oat milk. It was pretty mid to say the least. I think they added too much oat milk, but it got the job done I suppose. They made the drink pretty quickly because there weren't many people around. And it was pretty much just one person making the drinks/food and taking orders. A good place to grab a coffee if you're in dire need, but nothing too special.

This is for the Concourse 6 location, though I believe the same location usually closes early at 4pm. However, the "other" one at Concourse 4 seems to have closed early when I was there so perhaps the evening staff just moved locations. No worries, not a large airport here so not too much time lost! I asked for a single shot of decaf mentioning that I would have ordered a double if available (barista first mentioned there might not be enough grounds for more than a single shot) - but the staff was able to fit in triple - thank goodness! After a long trip (though intended) and flying a night flight up to the Bay, this coffee, albeit devoid of caffeine, was very much appreciated for the entire trip home.

This review, however, is motivated out of my desire to offer major props to the young man - I think I overheard something like Sip? - working this morning. This guy was on his A game, multitasking and juggling multiple tasks with perceived ease and being pleasant and accommodating all at the same time. Great job! Your effort is noticed and appreciated. Thanks for that. Had it not been for this (and their delicious pastries), I'd give Cyclops a 3 - 4 stars because I have a real bone to pick with paying for a larger Americano and getting the same number of shots regardless. I don't like when businesses do that so that would have otherwise been a major ding for me.

I wish they had a bigger selection of pastries. I got there at around 11 and their case was pretty bare. Usually my go-to stop in Long Beach for coffee because it's super convenient to get to, but parking can be tough!

Very convenient, lol. After browsing a couple pics on Yelp, I decided to try their chai latte. (Since moving to Long Beach from San Diego two years ago, I've been DYING for a creamy cup of chai. Tons of board games, books and wonderfully mellow music helps make the experience feel comforting and inviting. Our drinks were prepared quickly and shouted at the coffee bar for pickup. The presentation was great, but the flavors, out of this world! The Cinnamon Dulce Latte was OUTSTANDING. So good, in fact, that my girlfriend stole it from me!
