So we placed the delivery order via Uber Eats. We got bibimbap and kimchi fried rice pretty quick. Give one star to the delivery speed. We asked for utensils specifically, but Sia Fusion Eatery staff didn't put utensils. If you order the delivery, be prepared that you might not get utensils even you ask for it specifically. There are no side dishes. Yes, NO side dishes. Bibimbap tastes better than kimchi fried rice. If you have to choose one, I'll probably suggest order Bibimbap. Kimchi fried rice: I barely saw kimchi. The majority ingredients are rice, egg, tiny amount of kimchi and tiny amount of seaweed on top. It tastes like sour flavor fried rice. Paid close to $16 for this sour sauce flavor fried rice. We were sat down quickly as there were only two other groups in the restaurant but they get pretty busy later in the night. Absolutely bussin! We came here pretty late around 12 am after our movie and we were surprised to find a full house. The food here is amazing and so are portion sizes. We got so much food: Andy's fries, spicy kimchi burrito, wings, and japchae. My faves are the fries and burrito, so so good. The kimchi burrito was so good and fresh and the kimchi really elevated the burrito. The fries were super good too and HUGE portion. The wings were fresh and crispy. KOREAN KRAVINGS For almost the last 3 months I have been working from home due to the pandemic. However one of the benefits of working from home is if you crave for something you don't have to drive to get your food it can be delivered. Recently one of my recent cravings is Korean food. For lunch I didn't want to a order lot of items but just enough items as you are paying transportation fee through Yelp. One of the items I ordered was kimchi fried rice. I paid extra for this dish to add spam as the combination of egg and spam is not just needed but required. I also ordered the 14 pieces of wings with half regular and half soy garlic. When my meal was delivered I was amazed how big the kimichi fried rice was. In addition the cube slices of spam wasn't skimpy in portion. I was also satisfied with the wings still crispy as they were covered in foil. The kimchi fried rice was not only filling but also satisfying. I don't like kimchi by itself but added as an ingredient to a dish, kimchi brings dimension as with the kimchi fried rice. Taking a bite of spam, egg yolk, and kimchi-flavored fried rice is like a "menage a trois" in food. Not trying to sound kinky but you get my drift - the kimchi fried rice with spam is a delicious item that you should not miss. There are times wings can be a hit or miss especially if they are delivered. These wings were a hit. I ordered two types of wings - regular and soy garlic. When it comes to ordering wings at a Korean eatery I like soy garlic however I found the regular wings at Sia Fusion Eatery tasted better because you taste the crunchy breading and meat. Overall I had a tasty lunch that was delivered. The kimchi fried was so big in portion I couldn't finish it for lunch but for dinner. Wanted to try something different but also support local business, my bf came across this place and I'm glad he did! The foods we ordered were yummy! We decided to pick up the foods to save the business expensive fees from third party delivery companies. Oh my god... I usually hate doing bad reviews because I feel bad but this needs to be done LOL. We ordered the spicy rice cake and japchae with bulgogi. First of all, the spicy rice cake was so watery and not flavorful?! It was like a very thin rice cake soup... I'm honestly so shocked by this dish! Also, the rice cake portion was weirdly small for the price... because the bulgogi japchae portion was HUGE!! Which is very appreciated but it doesn't make up for the rice cake portion... Also, the bulgogi japchae wasn't good so I guess portion didn't really matter. The noodles were super oily, bulgogi was way over cooked and the whole dish was somewhat burnt! ANDY'S FRIES (4/5): I am a man of portions and yup the Andy's Fries is HUUGEEEE. This is not something I would eat by myself. I could imagine sharing it with 4-6 people, but my girlfriend and I managed to finish it. It had a super nice crunch. It was topped with cheese and bulgogi. I do wish the cheese was mixed throughout the mountain of fries, but it was definitely a nice touch. Bulgogi was flavorful also, but the KEY is the sauce. It's like gochujang sauce which was interesting to try with fries, but you can also request ketchup instead. If they have ranch also, I would also ask for that. The food looked super delicious so I had to check it out! I ordered pick up through an app and my order was ready when I got there. I was debating on getting the kimchi fried rice or the burrito and settled on the burrito. I got the bulgogi kimchi burrito instead of the spicy pork that I ordered but it's okay (maybe they thought it would be a better option for me since I asked them to make the spicy pork less spicy if possible). The burrito was really good, beef was marinated very well. The kimchi fried rice in it was good too and everything in the burrito just went well together. It was a really thick burrito for the price! Definitely exceeded my expectations. We came here wanting to try out their corn dog but we ended up ordering more items. We ordered Bulgogi Kimbap, Bulgogi tacos and of course cheese corn dog! All of it are delish! The tacos were excellent especially with the sauce (tasted like gochujang), it has good enough kick and definitely made it better. I used to go to this restaurant regularly. They used to have excellent seafood pancake. I'm sure the owner changed a few months ago. Because I went there and ordered the seafood pancake. Outside is crispy but I inside the batter wasn't fully cooked and it was soaked with oil. It's like when you're frying something the temperature of the oil is not hot enough the the entire thing is soggy. I got it to go, and I opened it, tasted raw dough, then we threw in the trashcan. It was laughable to see how much it shrunk compared to before. I'm not exaggerating in the slightest and it's just not value anymore. People are sleeping on this place. That might be literally true, with how early most places in the area close! There are many good things to say about this spot. For one, their entire menu is online with QR code. That may have become a standard with the pandemic, but there's something else they implemented on top of that. You can send the order to them THROUGH the app while dining in! This is a significant convenience and was probably a big factor in speeding up service here. Not only that, within 5 minutes of hitting the order button on the app, I got my food. The Bulgogi burger with their special fries (topped with ground beef and cheese) is insanely good. What's also unbelievable is how quickly I was served.  Just take a look at the picture--that's a LOT of food. Not only that, it's high quality and incredibly delicious. I could not believe it. This place used to be great until the management changed recently... The first few times I came here I would get the seafood ramen and a burger and I stuck with that order. So glad to find this place that was open pretty late into the night. The tables were mostly occupied but we were able to find seating for 6 before the queue behind us grew to cause more wait times for others. Service was seamless and ordering was online. It took 15ish minutes to get food on the table, everything was piping hot when served. This was my second time trying Korean food, and everything we tried was delicious. RIP SIA. Been coming to SIA for a pretty long time. One of those spots where "you better make sure you're hungry if you wanna come with us" kinda spots. Spent all day preparing to get my grub on tonight and to my surprise I wasn't heading straight to the bathroom to "make space" for more. I usually make sure I take my jacket off before I eat because of the spicy kimchi fried rice gets me sweating; but the new cool blue bright lights kept me feeling cold and ashamed of myself for hyping this up to our friend. They must've changed ownership or something; first time in almost a decade where there were serious changes. The new lighting is perfect if you want to see through the walls. Food portions are much smaller than they used to be. DO NOT ORDER THE BURRITO. Literally more tortilla than contents. Lack of sauce in the burrito as well. The kimchi fried rice tasted super sour; the kind where you attempt to fry sushi rice; super clumpy. Protein portions is cut by at least 1/3 for sure. ALSO. I used to love this restaurant. The food quality had deteriorated to a state that now only slightly resembles Korean food. And the take out has not been accurate the last few times since covid started. The manager told me it's not Korean food, it's Korean American food. What does this mean? The spicy fish cake, also known as but not named in the menu as Tteokbokki is a far cry from the traditional style. It looks like a soup. In fact the cashier and manger told me they have been making it this way for years. Well, it's the wrong way. And over the phone I was told they never had this problem or complaint. Unfortunately there are several similar complaints on Yelp in the last year. So, I guess they have been making it this way for a while. Yet there are photos on Yelp of it being made the right way. I dunno The manager was super rude to me on the phone. I drove back to show them, all the staff confirmed this is the way they make it. They remade it the same way and I refused to take it. My friend says she comes here at least once a week! So I came with her and another friend on an early Friday evening. We got some prime parking right outside and it's a large shared lot so you shouldn't have any trouble! There was no wait although the restaurant is fairly small. We followed her lead on the ordering. We got to share Kiwi Soju, Reg/Soy Garlic/Spicy wings, zucchini sticks, and potstickers. The wings came with a little side salad. Everything came out fairly quickly and service was good! Nothing really stood out to me from what we ordered. The regular wings are a pass. The soy garlic wings were good but not amazing. The pot stickers were just like any other pot stickers. The zucchini sticks were maybe the highlight of the show along with the kiwi soju but soju steals any show! Although I wasn't too impressed by this visit. I was intrigued by a lot of the menu options so I'd love to go back and try those out! read more

I ordered the spicy pork kimchi rice bowl and chicken Mayo rice bowl. Both come in large portion sizes for what you pay (and could be split into 2 meals!). The spicy pork kimchi rice bowl has a nice little heat to it with the pork cooked fairly well under a bed of kimchi. The chicken Mayo rice was a bit dry and little plain, the chicken tasted a bit over cooked which made the dish a bit bland. read more

Haven't been here in awhile but coworker craving the Seoul burger. I love fusion food and ordered a bulgogi burrito, kimchee fried rice, and kimbap to split.
