I ordered Egg rolls and Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio - they forgot my cucumber. Egg rolls - very crunchy outside and soft meat inside wrap in lettuces and dip in fish sauce. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio - they did not put any cucumber in there but everything else was in there. Other places charge similar price but I also get shrimps. Here, no shrimps. Meats were well marinated but a little bit dry. Egg roll was ok. Fish sauce was too light for me. Please improve service or hire more people. Food took a long time to come out. I am used to eating at Vietnamese places and self-serve but many others won't like it. I got up to ask for a scissor to cut my meats. Server was in a hurry and spill fish sauce bowl when putting them on our table. Yes - they taste good but they smell. Then got up again to ask for chopstick helper for my non-Asian co-worker. We were seated quickly on a Tuesday afternoon, the server took our order and brought waters right away (I always look at the menu b4 coming so I can be ready) our food came out surprisingly quick!! The Thai tea is the perfect sweetness (not made from powder) the match tho? After walking around The Outlets at Orange, going to Simply Pho seemed like a great option. It was nearby and had good reviews. The restaurant had a nice ambiance. The servers were able to accommodate me at a table with enough space for my stroller. They even moved a chair so the rest of my family and baby could be more comfortable. So nice! A different waiter took our order and was also super friendly, and had amazing customer service. I ordered the main pho plate, which was huge and tasty. I almost couldn't finish it. We came for an early dinner on a weekday and were seated immediately. They bring you iced water right away without even having to be asked. We tried the pork spring rolls, vermicelli bowl, and meatball pho. We thought all of them were done well. The service is fast and they even offer free dessert with your meal. read more

This place has amazing, tasty traditional pho! There are many in the area, but this one doesn't disappoint. I usually either get the brisket pho or the chicken pho, and it hits the spot. Another favorite thing of mine here is the veggie egg rolls. They are served with lettuce that gives it that extra crunch, and you can't forget about the delicious fish sauce. Service can be slow, but it is a busy location, so just be ready for that. One complaint I do have is the salmon. On the menu it said seared salmon, so I ordered it. But when it came out, it looked fried, so I asked the server, and she said that they do in fact fry it, but I told her on the menu it doesn't say that. They also have a poster in front of the restaurant that says pan-seared salmon. Besides that, the salmon was ok, but they should definitely fix that error. read more

First off, we went in yesterday 1/8/25 for lunch and i was not disappointed! We put our names on the guest list that is on the table to the right when you enter. We waited about 5 minutes. It gets very busy, so make sure you go at a decent time. I ordered the oxtail soup and my boo got the braised beef. I ordered shrimp and pork balls on the side, my shrimp came out but not my pork balls :(. Its okay, everything was super tasty and everything was delicious. The service was okay, I wish they were a bit more attentive to us, when calling, I had to waive down a few times for refills and the bill. This place is good but I won't be coming back so they brought me my food whatever they never came back to check up on me to see if everything was OK but I was like whatever. So im done and I'm going to pay and then there was a lady in front of me and she was making a complain because she's like oh, no one checked up on me the whole time and I wanted to order more food. And then they didn't know what to tell her and I was waiting in line so then one of the servers came to me and he said oh you're ready to pay. I can take take the payment and he asked was everything good & I'm said yes everything was OK. So he charged me and then he HIM SELF automatically put a 20% Tip and then I looked at him and then I paid and then I selected no tip and then I signed it cause I'm like why did he select 20% tip if I didn't want to tip and it was like those clover machines where you could just tap to pay and then select the option of tip, but this case he tapped the tip before I taped my card so I'm like OK the lady in-front has a Point because they didn't come back to check up on us at all. & They expect a 20% tip. In my opinion tipping is based on service, and if they just brought you, your food and never came back the whole time, I don't think they should really be a reason to tip for just bringing food to the table. The pork vermicelli, however was a big disappointment. I always ask for the cook to not burn the pork; no black marks. The vast majority of pho restaurants accommodate and cook it very well without the black marks. In this case it the pork was burnt and very dry. Just came by to get some pho. The inside was nice and clean and had plenty of seating. It is a sit down place so we did get seated pretty fast and got served waters immediately which was nice. Food I got the number 1 8/10 which has all the beef in it basically. Wasn't too bad but def doesn't top my fav pho place!! The chicken: 8/10I forgot the name was average. And was kinda surprised they served like a bbq side lolz. I thought it would be like a sweet chili sauce. One thing I will say is a plus about this place is that they give you free dessert at the end. It was actually a surprise to me. Personally I didn't like it. I believe it was Mung bean related and to be honest I'm not a fan of mung bean. My friends did like it however. So it might be based in taste. One thing I was confused was if they brought the checks at the table or we had to pay upfront but we did wait for a bit to see if they brought the check or not to the table.
