The food was okay. I opted for the medium well steak and lobster and my steak was served well done. It came with a choice of side. I chose the garlic mashed potato. The portion was small so if you're hungry, maybe you can get their salad bar for $20. The salad bar was extensive. Aside from the salad, there were tacos, spaghetti, fried chicken wings and desserts (brownie & ice cream) too. My husband got the baby back ribs and at least that was good. My BIL got the steak and unlimited shrimp. The first set of shrimp was cooked nicely but the refill was hard and cooked too much. The food was served after around 15 to 20 minutes wait. We came in for a birthday celebration and the celebrant was given a 3 tier brownies topped with chocolate syrup and a nice birthday sign and candle combo. The brownies were stale and hard though. Our server checked in on us not enough times and forgot the drink refill we requested. Maybe they were short staffed since we dined on a weekday lunch. I usually refrain from negative reviews, but my experience was unacceptable. 6/7/2026, a bug in the salad, crunchy plastic in the chocolate pudding and more pieces of plastic in either the ice cream, or the brownie that I placed in the same bowl. Terrible service, not even worthy of the tip I left. The vanilla ice cream was empty and the plates at the buffet were dirty. I am thoroughly disgusted by what I put in my mouth from this business. Took my Dad to lunch and we had the most amazing service by Alegandro our server who took care of us. He brought us fresh cheese toast and made sure to check in on us often to make sure our drinks remained filled and anything else. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. We saw fresh food to the salad bar being brought out often! But we will be back because we had great service from Alegandro and the manager Berto that checked in on us and thanked us for coming in. I wish I could remember the day I went here and the time. Maybe if a manager saw this, they could have a chat with the cashier who was on duty at the time. I do know it was a Sunday because we came after church. Anyway, one of the reasons I gave this place 3 stars is because the cashier seemed so annoyed by every single thing we did or asked. She really should have stayed home that day. My sister ordered something off of the kids menu for her 7 year old, and a salad bar for herself. After the order was complete, the cashier gestured toward my sister's 1 year old and said: "You cant share your salad bar with her." -Sister: Excuse me? -Cashier: *Repeated herself. -Sister: Who said I was sharing with her? -Cashier: I'm just letting you know. We were both taken back by that entire interaction. No one has ever questioned us about what we can and cannot share with a 1 year old. Anyway, the cashier also told my sister that a drink came with her kids meal. When our other drinks got delivered to our table, we found out that a drink did not come with the kids meal. So my sister had to go back to the cashier and order one for him. The cashier took no accountability and didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding. When our food came out I noticed my steak looked burnt. I cut through it and sure enough, it was over cooked. And that's the other reason for my 3 star rating. I didn't send it back though because it came with shrimp, and i also ordered a salad bar, so i just ate from there. The restaurant is clean. The salad bar is fully stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. I will return but hopefully won't have to deal with the same cashier. read more

Really nostalgic spot if you grew up coming here in the 80s or 90s. There aren't many locations left, so I'm genuinely glad this one is still around. It was packed--especially for a Friday night--with big families, small groups, and a good mix of people. Clearly still popular for a reason. The salad bar was consistent and solid, with all the fixings you'd expect. The ice cream machine was unfortunately down, but there were plenty of other dessert options, including fruit. There was also a small hot bar with chicken wings, a taco bar, and taquitos, which was a nice bonus. For the mains, we ordered the ribeye cooked medium rare, and they nailed it. I had the sirloin with endless shrimp scampi, fried, plus a baked potato--overall, really good and satisfying. Service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and clearly a team effort. YUCK! I waited for 10 minutes for service. I flagged down a nice server named Carlos. He wasn't my server, but he helped me. I had to ask for some Texas toast since it wasn't offered to me.The steak was terrible! One part was medium rare as ordered, but the other half was well done and burned. I can only comment on the chicken tenders and French fries plate. The chicken tenders were very hot and crunchy. Well seasoned. Not sure if these are frozen or if they batter the tenders them selves. French fries were piping hot as well and were yummy when hot, but soggy when cold. The cashier took a very long time with each customer to pay out. The ticketed system is was not very organized. If you ordered an entree, you sit down at your table and have the receipt on the table for the server to grab. They take it to the kitchen to order your food. We had a large party and waited over 20 minutes for my tenders. Others that turned in their receipt after me received their food first. Served was very nice. Place seems clean. read more

Very impressed with this location in Natomas. Not all Sizzlers are as good as this one. We did the AYCE salad bar ($19), which includes a taco bar/ spaghetti/soups/ fried potato wedges and chicken wings, and soft serve sundae bar. There is fresh fruit and already-made salads. The restaurant was clean and the salad bar was kept tidy and stocked for the most part. Their clam chowder is the best I've ever had at any Sizzler. The consistency is not watery and is full of clams and potatoes. The chicken wings, which I thought were chicken tenders because of the thick battered skin, were delicious. Perfectly fried, juicy and tender meat, and not oily or greasy at all. All the toppings and vegetables looked fresh, except for the sliced button white mushrooms, which were very brown in color. The spinach strawberry salad also gets pretty wilty and soggy quickly. The imitation crab salad was good and the broccoli salad was quite tasty. The cheesy bread is a must, of course, but you have to keep requesting more from your server. You order and pay when you first come in, and then seat yourself. We had a big party, which the second dining room has longer tables to accommodate 10+ guests, and more booths all around. Our server named "Lexi" was friendly and efficient. She was taking care our entire party plus a few other tables. She was awesome clearing our used plates and getting refills and any other requests (more cheesy bread please!). A friend and I went there for there traditional steak and lobster dinner. My friend order the 12 oz steak with lobster. I asked for the same thing but an 8 oz instead. There was two people standing there to take our order. However when our food came out, mine was missing the lobster. We asked the waiter about it and they said the lobster was not on the order and that we would need to pay for it. I was very direct with the people taking my order of what I wanted. So we asked for the manager and they spoke like they didn't believe me. Said they could not help the order but would give a free salad. This is my first time at this restaurant. I've been to two other ones in the area and never had this happen. I spoke clear to the people taking my order and they confirmed. We paid $91 for the meal and my appetite was gone after this. We did not stay. I would not recommend this place ever. If you can't get the simple task of taking an order right. Then offer no reasonable solution the you don't deserve my business read more
