Stopped by for a to-go order and couldn't be happier with our dinner! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who gave us great recommendations. We decided on the brisket bowl and the pork belly bowl, and while we waited, they treated us to some crispy pork rinds--which were so good we were tempted to buy a whole bag! The restaurant was clean with lots of seating. The condiment bar was a standout - so many toppings you're free to get and a variety of sauces to choose from. Our favorite sauces were the spicy BBQ and spicy teriyaki--both added the perfect kick to the meal. When we got home, we were impressed by the generous portions; definitely a bang for your buck! I also loved the option to do half chow mein, half rice, plus 2 egg rolls in each bowl, which made the meal even more satisfying. Decided to give this new place a try. Walked and was greeting right away and very welcoming! We ordered a pork belly bowl and a brisket sandwich. We were offered some free pork rinds to try out. They were pretty good. Food came out and food was really good. Good portion sizes and really flavorful! Staff checked in on us a couple times to ensure all was good. They do have a toppings bar and everything looked pretty fresh. We did try a few of the peppers and they were good. Place was very clean and nice smaller size seating area to the side. This was the worst tuna melt I think I've ever received. I even called and asked if the tuna and mayo were mixed and what cheese they used. The pork belly was melt in your mouth and packed with flavor. The brisket was insane and some of the best brisket I've had in a while. A simple strip mall location. Saw it on Yelp and felt it was worth a try. Great idea. There is a full selection of sandwich's. My wife and I shared a brisket sandwich which was big enough to split. I'm not sure I could eat the whole thing. It was chopped up brisket with a very pleasant mild bbq sauce. The sauce sort of overpowered the smoke flavor but you could still taste it. We had fries which were pretty traditional and served hot. The bun was perfect. It was fresh and not chewy. Overall, it was a good sandwich and we'll go there again in the very near future. If fact we have family coming into town next week and I want to take them for one of their sandwiches. Now, here is the huge bonus. They make their own pork rinds. They gave us a little bag and I was in heaven. My wife doesn't like pork rinds so I got all of them!!! They have regular and spicy, take the regular, the spicy was just a little hot for my taste. An instant new favorite. Place just opened a block from the Walmart Supercenter on Serene. I got the chopped brisket half noodles, half rice bowl. 10/10. No sugary sauces to hide mediocre food here. The smoked brisket was on par with the very best smoked BBQ joints in Vegas, and the serving size was huge for the price ($~15). The noodles are a mix of vermicelli and low mein style which was just heavenly. They offer a ton of sauces that you can choose from - but I added none. We are skeptical of 'smokin' places because we dont like 'liquid smoke'. This place doesn't use that. They make everything in house. All the food was so good and fresh. This will be our regular spot going forward. Make sure you also get some chicharrones! They were so nice and helpful whem we couldnt decide what we wanted.
