Upset with the service. Asked boss /manager who took my order to make sure to have the meat heated. I asked twice so he wouldn't forget. I also ordered soup. When my food came out, meat was cold. I had to wait additional time for it to heated. And they told me my soup was coming. My soup never came. Ended up getting a refund for my soup. read more

This is my new favorite sandwich place! We ordered a Smoked Brisket, and a Cholula Chicken to split between 2 of us: both were excellent!! The prices are about a dollar per sandwich higher than other similar places, but the quality and quantity of meats were spot on. read more

I got the 8 inch chicken salad sandwich; which was delicious. A little pricey at $14.99 - but the bread was soft and fresh (I got sourdough) and all the ingredients were fresh and crisp as well. I ordered at 11:15am for a p/up at 11:30am and it was ready 2 minutes after I walked in the door. Would definitely recommend and will be back. read more

Obviously, the food is amazing if I'm willing to pay $17 for a sandwich, but this review has nothing to do with the food. I just left from picking up my order, and while I was waiting, I watched a redheaded girl with a gold clip in her hair continually stuff food in her mouth while she was preparing sandwiches. She didn't even change her gloves. She was stuffing fistfuls of turkey slices in her mouth while she was preparing sandwiches. Even her coworker was looking at her like girl WTF. I grew up in the restaurant industry, I do DoorDash and Uber eats on the weekends... I've never seen anything like that in my life. This review is for the owners: get your staff together, honey. I would've canceled my order if she was the one preparing it. Check your cameras around 1:20 PM today, although this is probably a regular thing for her if she's doing it shamelessly in front of customers and colleagues. Nasty ass! UPDATE: Came home and ate my sandwich. It was small and mid and cold. The first time I had it I loved it, but I guess it's not consistent. Definitely not worth the price, or the experience. I work at a doctors office front desk and even I'm not allowed to eat at my desk in front of patients because it looks gross! The audacity of this girl. Being pregnant, I ordered the caprese sandwich to avoid deli meat. In addition, I chose to have it Door Dashed. The price was $18 for just the sandwich. The sandwich was so small. If I was in the store ordering this I would have taken it back to the staff and ask for it to be remaked or for my money back. Huge disappointment for the price. Their sandwiches look nothing like their photos on their web page. With all the extra fees added for delivery.. Saw this restaurant for the first time today. It's been open less than a month. Being a lover of sourdough bread, I had to try it. Expansive menu of sandwiches and salads, with one of my favorites, a French Dip. Prices not listed so I was very surprised that a 6" sandwich was $15 with tax. Nothing else, no chips or drink...just the sandwich! The sandwich was good, BUT the roll was toasted too much. It was dark and a bit too hard. Thank goodness was for the au jus! Service just ok. First time, customer here. The ordering online through DoorDash was easy enough. However, upon arrival to the restaurant I was greeted by the gentleman at cash register, and asked how he could help me. I started to tell him I was there to pick up an online order, but he quickly started talking to another customer behind me who was coming up to the counter to get a container to go. They continued to have a conversation, not short, nor was it long, but at this point I felt ignored and overlooked. I had not included chips or a drink with my order and wanted to purchase them separately, but decided against it due to the rude behavior by the gentleman at the cash register. After their conversation was finished, I received a feeble, "Sorry about that." And then was asked again how he could help me. I told him I was there to pick up an online order and gave him my name. He retrieve the order, handed it to me and then asked if I wanted to purchase the chips which I had put back as I was no longer going to give this establishment any business, including the nice tip I left on the online order. I left the restaurant, came home and retrieve the sandwich out of the bag, and noticed the house dressing that I had ordered was not included on the side as I had ordered online, the sandwich was dry of the toppings I asked for except for olive oil, and quite frankly, not one of the best sandwiches I've had. Coming back after this experience and reading the reviews I should have read them first. My recommendation is go elsewhere. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Read the reviews!
