The Baristas made my drink exactly the way I like twice. And they're always nice. Lastly, the restrooms are cleaner than most Starbucks cafes I've been to as well. This used to be my daily stop before work. Today I went back since I felt like getting bf Starbucks and not better buzz, ordered on the app, get there in 10 mins... Drink not ready.. store was empty. Standing there for 5 mins for my drink and no one acknowledges me. 1 person walked in, takes their order and then gets his drink before me. I go to my car to get my phone to make sure my order went through which it did. So I'm standing there and watching them make drinks and noticed all hot drinks being made (mine was iced) another few mins passed.. I got irritated so I went up and asked the guy when will my drink be done. He looks over and said they were still working on it. Finally get my drink.. remembered why I stop going here. Used to go here daily. This place has been super unfriendly the last few months that's why I started going to Better buzz. So back to better buzz I go. Whoever was working today 1/23 during 5am shift, should learn to acknowledge customers and have better customer service. I remember another lady who used to greet me every morning when it was my daily stop. I was told by one of the baristas that the coupon is no longer being honored despite it being valid and active on my app by their manager Bianca. The NEW drive thru Starbucks in Scripps Ranch is fantastic! It took over the old taco bell restaurant location when it closed down. It opened last week, which left the old location in the strip mall vacant for now. This new place is huge and offers a new bright, clean vibe for coffee and meetings with friends. The windows are from floor to ceiling and have sun shades when needed. Well done! The tile floors are beautiful and the contemporary, industrial rustic feel is fantastic. There are lots of seats, tables and lounge chairs. The staff is very friendly and fast. The counters are long and spacious to offer customers lots of room. This place is three times bigger than the old place. Tables have electric plug ins and feee WiFi. It simply a great place to have coffee n get work done. read more

Being greeted immediately with this nice gentleman named Ketan. He took our regular orders Dragonfruit Mango Spice but we were forewarned... Starbucks is discontinuing this drink-Sad. Ketan was very professional, with name tag and the green apron. He was very conscious,particularly with their on going promos. The food and drinks are consistent, compared to other locations. However, Starbucks is largely a customer service business. I could make coffee at home, or I could spend $6.25 for a drink at Starbucks. If I'm going to spend money on coffee, I'd at least like to be in a nice environment with friendly, pleasant people. The employees should be kind to the customers. Or at least be neutral! If you're having a bad day, perhaps don't say anything to the customers. More than once when I've gone to this Starbucks, the employees by the drink pick up area were loudly talking about the spelling of my name, with disgusted looks on their face. One employee said "What have names come to?". Today, two employees were looking at my cup, as I'm sitting 4 feet away, and they're talking about how weird my name is. Decent and clean Starbucks. Ordered the Venti Medicine Ball and it was good but thought it took longer to prepare than it should have. Took over 5 minutes to just put 2 tea bags and steamed lemonade into a cup. They also didn't have honey and substituted it with agave instead. But when I pulled up to the window, a young dark-haired (low pony tail) Hispanic girl, with big flapping lashes, handed me my egg bites, my iced coffee, and scanned my phone...She did not say ONE word to me at blew my mind! I ordered my drink on the app and picked up , they said my drinks were unavailable so she can make another one for me free ( in house ) and I ordered another 2 drinks instead. But they refunded only 50c different and when I asked , the manager ( Chris ) came out and said I had to pay , not free drinks even they mentioned that earlier. I good and quite the busy Starbucks. I came in to this location to kill some time and enjoy a Caffe Misto of course with a Petite Vanilla Scone. I ordered the grande with the medium roast which I believe was Pike's. The Caffe misto is their version of a Cafe au Lait. It was pretty good with a little harshness but the hot milked helped it out. One thing I can also depend on Starbucks is providing a very hot coffee. The vanilla scone was good and petite as advertised, but that was what I wanted, just some good to nibble on. There Wi-Fi connection was reliable as usual which I took advantage of and got some much needed work done. Service at the register was pretty good and so was at the pick up counter, but it was so busy that it was hard to hear when one's item was ready. Then when they didn't bring the drink to your car and you go inside and still waited 5 minutes for coffee. Regular coffee. Not a fancy foo foo drink, just coffee. One of my fav snacks to get here is the hummus wrap with zucchini and a roasted tomato dip for the crackers... It is so yummy!!! It's just like any other Starbucks really, the coffee is consistent of course so the only other thing to talk about would be the customer service and location. The customer service has been great each time I've gone. The lines tend to be longer at this location but in my experience they've move fast which is a plus. Per usual, the drinks are made in the order they are received and it usually takes anywhere from 3-5+ minutes before they are ready. I haven't had any mistakes with my drinks....then again, I don't usually request complicated drinks lol. The interior looks like any other Starbucks, they have their condiments table, their wall display with their mugs and coffee near the line, and food/pastries near the register.
