Guys I don't eat burgers like that but when I walked past it was like something was calling to me. Was it the seating? Was it the fact there was misters? Or maybe the fact last time o walked by this area no one owned it at the time so I was curious.... BUT THATS BESIDES THE POINT. This place was delightful. Upon arrival we just sat at a table as instructed from their signs and then we were immediately greeted by a kind server who was serving FACE. Basically we got a fashion icon serving us and she was so kind. My friends and I ended up ordering a steadfast double with everything on it cuz why not. Then we got fries with garlic aioli sauce. As soon as I began debriefing my friends about my latest life updates THE FOOD HAD IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT!!!! ok speedy service My first instinct was to bite a fry but my burger stared at me with intent. It wanted me. I had to consume now. First bite was like I was being kissed by a butterfly. Delightful. I have no idea what that sauce was. I have no idea why the patties were so crispy as juicy but whatever they doing back there PLEASE BY ALL MEANS KEEP IT GOING. I finished the burger with speed and accuracy all lading into my mouth with a smile. God it was so good. I haven't had a burger this good in the East Valley since.... Well never. I typically go to Tempe but wow thank you for this. The fries were good as well but that garlic aioli was mmmmmmm. We were given a table "fly go away" fan so that was nice:) Will be coming back. Thank you for the food. Imma make this spot one of my "hey I know a place"

Cheese Curds for the win, Pastrami sandwich for the win, Hamburger and Shake delicious!!! Loved everything, including the outdoor seating.

Very cool diner interior and vibe, and it's awesome to have a walkable place in this area that is lacking neighborhood-vibe food places. Staff here is ultra friendly. One server mixed up the dishes we had ordered and handed me something that had gluten, and I have an allergy. Luckily, I spotted it before it was too late. She was sorry for the mixup but didn't do much about it, and sort of acted like it never happened. I had to be aware of things else I could have gotten in big digestive trouble. We all got salads and they were good. Decent wine selection here too. If only the staff was a little more sensitive to allergies, this place would be great. That said, they are dealing with crowds, loud kids, and low pay -- so they deserve a little grace!

I Loved Steadfast Diner. The food was good, atmosphere was great and the service was friendly. My favorites were the onion rings, the ground beef in the hamburgers and the best list. Loved all the local beers on tap!

A small diner with mostly outdoor seating but some indoor seating as well. Service was pretty good and quick. Food wise, I tried the fried chicken sandwich, steadfast double burger, and the farmers daughter (all 3 sides). All the food was very very very salty. The chicken sandwich with the hot honey aioli had chicken that was too dry and not enough flavor (not incl. salt). The breading was ok but it started falling apart. The burger was also very salty especially with the bacon, American cheese, and salty patties. There needs to be some kind of balance with something on the refreshing side, but there just isn't any. The pickles are also salty and the steadfast sauce doesn't do a great job making it any less greasy and salty. The sides were varied in quality. The cheese curds were pretty awful. The cheese was all dried out, chewy, and required you to bite through them with some force. The fries were extremely salty and had a similar problem where it was so fried that it became chewy instead of crispy. The onion rings were the best of the bunch but still too salty. I tried the garlic aioli and the house ranch sauce but both did not do a great job in balancing any of the existing flavors, I probably preferred regular ranch over the house one. Overall, the food makes you feel like you're ingesting diabetes in food form. I would absolutely not recommend this place nor eat it again even if it was free. As a side note, the price is $15/sandwich not including drink or sides. Overall, too expensive, too salty, too greasy.

Our party had the Steadfast Double burger, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries, onion rings, cheese curds and a Coors Banquet beer and a Hey Mama cocktail. We finished it off with blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream. There is ample outdoor seating and misters. Our server showed up very quickly to take our orders. Even though you're sitting outdoors, the service is excellent. Next to the restaurant is a water splash area for kids. Today is was around 100°, so the water area really helped. I have no complaints for this nice restaurant. Perfect for young families with children to have a great meal.

I meet here weekly with colleagues either for lunch or cafe/coffee dates. The food has been generally really good and the service has been solid every time. Its all outdoor seating so cone in good weather but there is also plenty if shade when the subs out.. I know my colleagues aways enjoy the alcoholic drinks as well. They have a very good wine/spirits menu, The Eastmark park is always quiet and peaceful where the outdoor seating is.

Came on a Thursday night around 6pm. There was a small line at the order window and a lot of the tables were full. Cute seating area with corn hole for the kids. The atmosphere is definitely their strong point. Total time between ordering and delivery was about 40 minutes. Food was a bit pricey and was somewhat average. The fries were plain. The steadfast sauce and home made pickles were very tasty. The chicken sandwich was dry however the burger was very good. I would return for the atmosphere but not the food.

This business replaced another diner in the same location. Outdoor seating so be prepared for the weather. Lots of seating. They were pretty busy Saturday when we were there but we got seated immediately and our food came out quickly. I got the pastrami double and my wife got the chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were cooked properly and tasty. The fries were just ok though. Same with the cheese curds. Service was outstanding. The menu is straightforward, salads and sandwiches most.

My son and I stopped in for dinner after a play at the park. We ordered an Arnold Palmer and the Farmer's Daughter. This was around 5pm on a Tuesday. Our waitress was very attentive. The meal came out after a little bit of a wait but the food was so fresh I didn't mind a bit. The outdoor seating is perfect for this time of year. They offer cocktails, mocktails and sodas. Plenty of children and doggos were dining too. Overall a great family dining experience.

The most amazing smash burger! Burger had caramelized crispy edges and soft/light brioche bun. We had cheese curds with garlic aioli. And music in the park was great. Staff was on top of it!

Service here is excellent. Friendly staff and great food. The vibes are chill too. All the seating is open. Eaten here three times now. During both quiet and busy. As expected, slightly slower turnaround during the busy time but the staff checked in with us frequently and updated us on our food. Stoked to have this near by. Brown rice bowl is a banger. Farro bowl is a banger. Smash burgers are all banging. Ruben is a banger too.

Cute diner style outdoor eating area that's great for the family! Somewhat higher pricing but everything is farm to table and the menu is diverse. Good portions (chicken on sandwich was a little small), sauces and drinks were great. We found a table on a Saturday evening and a waiter came right over. The only downside was after we had ordered everything the waiter came back and said it may be a 30-45 min wait, wish they would've told us that before we put our food order in. But we didn't have to wait that long luckily. Lots of people came by to check on our table and make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will come back!

The PB&J burger was disappointing. This is their flagship burger and I didn't think it was very good. You barely taste any PB or J, if at all, and it's just a plain burger with an oozing mess. Would love a stronger PB&J flavor on this one. The inside is fine, nothing out of the ordinary, but I must say our server was fantastic. I'd gladly come back and try other options since a lot of them sounded really good.

At Joe's Farm Grill, the quality of ingredients does show in every single dish you get. Another thing to mention is, when you're done ordering your food at the register, they are pretty fast regardless of how packed the place is which pleasantly surprised me! For the onion rings, I liked them for a few reasons. Starting off, the onions weren't soggy by any means which I love in a good ring, batter wasn't the majority of the ring which is also a great sign, and lastly the crunch was very nice with them coming out fresh. The Fontina burger has a great beef patty that carries its flavor by how clean it tastes alongside the mushrooms that are the other biggest taste factor for this burger. Finally, the baby back ribs were the star for me personally because you can actually taste the pork for its quality. I usually expect a super sweet sauce that bogs me down after with ribs, but these ones left me feeling able to still go on about my day which I love. They aren't shake off the bone tender but I liked the gentle chew they provide. Overall, I recommend Joe's to anyone who cares more about the ingredient sourcing and quality while enjoying a nice family friendly vibe for a lunch/dinner. They have a great outdoor patio seating for times when it's not over 100 degrees.
