Two shrimp and two fish tacos.

Conveniently located on the way to or from the Chase Center. My first time I picked up shrimp tacos to scarf down on the way to a game. This time I sat down and enjoyed a full meal with a friend. Two shrimp tacos and two fish (tilapia) tacos. Wow. I'm really glad I took the time to savor the food. Shrimp and fish grilled to perfection with delicious spices. The tacos are filled with generous helpings of ingredients and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the location. Limes, fish sauce, and fresh guacamole made for great accessories. I also couldn't even stop eating the corn tortilla chips. Addictive. Had to get two servings with green sauce as well. I can't wait to visit again!

Greetings to all, this review is of the Chicken & Pork Burrito: The service was great. The restaurant itself was ok , with a standard amount of lighting. The Burrito: A combination of chicken- pork wrapped tightly. The bottom line- Lacking in flavor with all of these ingredients that you can see - and the Pork was too fatty. Being a fair person, l will come back and try again, but for now ; They are 3 Stars only.

Gee, I was so used to the tight quarters in their other locations in SoMa and on Haight that I was surprised how cavernous this space was on 16th Street. I actually don't walk in this area very often, but I was on my way to Chase Center for a Warriors game and stopped by figuring it would be cheaper than eating at the venue. I was right about the price but less than impressed with the food. 'Middling' is the only term that came to mind when it comes to Street Taco. I ordered the $10 Street Caesar which was simply a plate of chopped romaine sprinkled with cotija cheese crumbles and croutons with a scoop of pico de gallo. It was drenched in their own Caesar dressing but was unlike any Caesar I've ever had (Photo 7). It just didn't linger in my palate for very long. Only marginally better were the $10.70 pair of Tacos, one with Carne Asada and the other with Carnitas. Let's face it. They're really just bar bites with the slightly dry meat overwhelmed by pico de gallo on a very small corn tortilla. They hide the evidence with a pile of tortilla chips and a couple of salsas (Photo 8). Just wasn't that satisfying for something a bit more than twenty bucks. FOOD - 2 stars...just plainly lackluster execution of Mexican favorites AMBIANCE - 3.5 stars - this one is definitely more spacious SERVICE - 2.5 stars...barely noticeable for better or worse TOTAL - 2 stars...not my favorite RELATED - Exploring Potrero Hill? Came here with a friend and there's also tons of seating here! Good: - Portion sizes are huge and the size is good value - The taco salad was super filling - I liked the taco shell the most, it was very crispy. I got pork for the inside and it was very savory! - The staff are very nice, and the food comes out super quickly - The place is beautiful! Super clean and modern interior Bad: - It feels very oily and not super healthy, so I ended up tossing the last bit of it - The place is super casual and self-service Overall this place as a good convenient location for me and might come back for the other stuff.

Delicious! Good street tacos located in Mission Bay! Service was good and so was my taco's and margarita! I guess I'm not the only one who enjoys this place, they had a steady flow of business from hungry patrons. I can't wait to go back.

Clean, fast, and delicious. I always appreciate having this location available. My favorite is their Al pastor, just delicious with crispy bits that can only be created with a proper spic setup. The order of tacos are overflowing with meat. While I was on keto the sides of meat were an easy meal. Quesadilla (with all the extras on the side) are an easy kids option that lasts a few meals. The guacamole this last time was ok. More creamy/smoothly blended than they have had it in the past.

Street Taco on 16th Street is. Very good place for simple, fresh, fast, delicious Mexican food. We had just finished working out at UCSF Mission Bay gym. We were hungry and wanted food fast as our blood sugar dropped post work out! My wife have driven by Street Taco several hundred times since we live in Potrero Hill neighborhood. We stepped into the very open restaurant and placed our order. My wife ordered the beef Taco and I ordered the Street Salad with apples, walnuts and added shrimp. Our orders were ready within 5 minutes and a first day of March a Friday in 2024. The restaurant space is very large with indoor and outside seating. My salad looked very colorful and tasted very good! Amble portion and very fresh ingredients. My wife Taco was appealing and she was very happy with her selection. Street Taco service was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

This is the single taco with chips. I got the mild salsa (pico) with the other two salsas on the side.

I LOVE this place. First let's start with the people. Everyone here is incredibly nice, with the best customer service. They are always very smiley, and always make me want to come back. Next the food. It's very fresh. I personally tend to judge Mexican places by the quality of their Pico, and it is amazing here. There other sauces are quite good as well. The chips are not overly greasy, and are nice and crispy. The price is also very reasonable! Finally, the last thing I really like about this place is how clean they keep it. It's spotless. The design of the store is also cool. It looks like a chain, but by the way the people running it act, it feels more like a mom and pop store. Great vibes! Would definitely recommend!

For once in my life, I was forced to eat like a civilized man. On the outside, everything looked normal, but in the inside it was anything but normal: I had to open my third eye center so that I could ascend my primal instinct of going to town on this burrito. Equipped with a knife, I sawed thru that behemoth methodically - too fast and she would burst open, too slow & she would give me the cold side eye. I am the burrito slayer. Cash only, was very very well priced for the size (about $13. Receipt didn't make it out alive).

I have dined here many times in the past, and this is a cash-only restaurant. I ordered the Regular Burrito with Beef Steak ($10.25). The regular burrito comes with a flour tortilla, rice, beans, salsa, onions, and cilantro, plus your choice of meat or vegetarian. Meat choices listed on the menu: * Al Pastor - Marinated Pork * Carnitas - Deep Fried Pork * Chile Verde - Pork Green Sauce * Chorizo - Mexican Sausage * Carne Asada - Steak * Lengua - Beef Tongue * Pollo - Chicken * Cabeza - Beef Head * Tripas - Intestines I asked the cashier which meat was most popular, and he recommended the beef steak, which had a slight hint of spiciness. The burrito came with pinto beans and rice. I forgot to ask if I could substitute black beans. The burrito wasn't too salty, and the beef steak was just okay. I also think the $10.25 Carne Asada burrito is a good deal. At other taquerias, carne asada is often an additional charge or the burrito costs more when you choose steak. I usually ask for a receipt even when paying cash. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged an additional $0.25 for "Bolsa To Go" (bag) even though I was dining in and didn't receive a to-go bag. It's not about the $0.25, but I think it's important for a business to have integrity and charge customers only for what they actually receive. I hope this isn't something being charged to other dine-in customers as well. Overall, I would come back to try a different meat, but next time I'll make sure to clearly say dine-in and check my receipt to make sure I wasn't charged for a to-go bag.

I got my food about 10 mins after ordering. I went with what was popular. The Dorada (toasted) super carne asada burrito was great, but I wish it was more toasty. It was softer than it looked and I assumed that was because they are frying it in lard ? But overall solid and great burrito. I thought the tacos are slept on here. Both asada and lengua tacos were incredible. Tortillas were really fresh and yummy, and they stuff it with a lot of meat (). We came here on a random Thursday at 3 pm and surprisingly, the line still almost reached the end of the block. Luckily, the line moves pretty quickly and the food is solid, but be prepared to wait for a bit. My favorite meats here are the cabeza and the lengua. The cabeza is super fatty and tender and has the amazing shreddy quality of a slow cooked meat. It had the soft melty texture of collagen and was super delicious. The lengua is also really good. It was super tender and soft and had the distinct taste of beef tongue but wasn't too overpowering. The carne asada and carnitas had a good flavor but were a little bit dry for me. I think they would be better in a super taco or burrito where you have the extra fat from the cheese and avocado. My only complaint about this place is the price. I realize that everything in SF is expensive, but over $5 for a single taco and almost $9 for a single super taco is pretty egregious. There's food trucks all over the Bay Area offering cheaper (and almost, if not, just as good) tacos in my opinion.
