Delicious! Seaside was my first try and it was delicious. Beautiful place and clean and nice restrooms too. My only complaint is that it says Now Open BOGO, so we pulled over and tried it for the bogo. They said that was only till 5. strawberry matcha (50% sweet ; 8/10): pretty decent strawberry matcha! probably my fav between the three we got, i could taste both the strawberry and nuttiness of the matcha but i'd probably even get 25% sweetness or lower. rainbow tea (25% sweet ; 7/10): for tea lovers, the tea was pretty fragrant and the perfect blend of sweet and sour. pretty good but the milk teas and matcha probably outdo the teas. matcha gon' banana (50% sweet ; 7.5/10): was expecting a stronger taste of banana but unfortunately, i couldn't quite taste it as much. compared to the matcha in the strawberry matcha, this one wasn't nearly as strong but rather just a hint of both profiles. any lower of a sweetness, you probably wouldn't be able to get much taste, but still a solid drink! i've always heard of summerfield being a long time go-to spot for late night cravings and hang outs but have never actually gone! taking carl's jr.'s old spot, they're now in their soft opening phase in rosemead, so i decided to check them out. the interior was minimally aesthetic with sage green seen across all their walls and even down to the straws. there is a TON of seating, fitting for studying and to wind down with a group of friends. the line for ordering + pick ups was a bit chaotic given their soft opening but could see bettering with time! read more

I stopped by again to try their popcorn chicken. I noticed that they currently do not have their "happy hour of the same" for $2 - not sure if this is permanent or just because it's the holidays. I ended up getting the roasted oolong milk tea with honey boba and popcorn chicken. The drink was pretty good, it was a nice balance of sweetness and tea flavor, and the honey boba was delicious as usual. The popcorn chicken was pretty decent. It's pretty fresh and tasted good. My only criticisms is that the portion was kinda small and I'm not sure if they cooked it with basil as I didn't see any basil leaves. read more

i had been eager to give this place a try since it opened. it is located on a well known street of valley blvd full of different food and drink spots. there is a parking lot right next to di pilla's. the inside interior was nice with a christmas tree set up. however, there was no music playing and the seating was hard to find. their drive thru line appears to be pretty popular. there are two kiosks to order at. i got one of the snow drinks with rainbow jelly, which tasted very artificial. would not recommend. read more

I HAD THIS DRINK YESTERDAY. It used to taste like a creamy, icee, oreo smoothie- perfect consistency. I stopped by for their grand opening today after seeing their Instagram post about the half-off deal on popcorn chicken and milk tea. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, they had already sold out of the popcorn chicken. I usually order jasmine milk tea at every Summerfield location and have never had an issue, but at this location, all the drinks I tried tasted noticeably different and very watered down. I ended up switching to the original milk tea, but sadly, that wasn't much better. I decided to buy the Aloha to take home and am hoping it'll be a better but it wasn't sadly. On a positive note, the service was good and everyone was friendly and understanding. The space itself is large and perfect for big groups. However, it does get pretty loud inside, so it might not be the best spot for studying unless you have really good noise-canceling headphones. read more

The place has been completely transformed--the interior is modern and minimal, with light wood accents, soft lighting, and a relaxed, clean vibe. It feels like a calm, cozy space to hang out or get some work done. I ordered a fruit tea and it was refreshing and not too sweet, just the way I like it. The menu has a good variety of drinks and some light snacks as well. Service was friendly. Jenny, the server, was really nice and helpful when I had questions about the drinks. Their online numbering system didn't match with the system in the store so they were not in top of getting the order out to people. And these days I realize they have giving very small amount which it's not worth it's price. Like is there a specific amount for each customer? Of course the staff are always friendly and give great service. When I come in the morning, they give me a better amount. Recently went to go try and check out this location as it is closer to me. I tried the popcorn chicken salad, strawberry matcha and the my sister got one of the fruit teas. The salad was actually very good! The drinks were great too! This location is actually great, used to be a carl's jr. There's a lot of parking and plenty of seating inside. I came here two days in a row because honestly the drinks are perfect. Every flavor I've tried so far has been spot on, refreshing, balanced, and not overly sweet.
