    Stir Fried String Beans
    Jon O.

Decent dumpling restaurant in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Our favorites were the tasty egg fried rice, and the string beans with savory mushrooms and carrots. XLB was pretty good though not as good as some other places, and the wrapping broke on several as we lifted them up. Wontons were also decent though more spicy than flavorful, but the truffle roll was dry and made me wish for a dipping sauce like hoisin to complement. The menu is expansive so I wouldn't mind going back to try other things, but I feel like this wasn't a "supreme" experience given the price is similar to you-know-who. Also on the plus side, the service was very friendly and quickly cleared out our empty plates. Great location with plenty of parking options on the streets and in lots.

Carolyn was the young lady waiting on us. Great service, good way better than din tai and dough zone. Came for an early dinner because the freeway is a madhouse right now. The place is small but quaint. I heard it's normally busy, but right now it wasn't busy. Our faves were the xio long bao for sure, but everything was good also. Drove from lent but it was worth the drive. The 405'was closed so it took us 2 hrs. But normally it's only a 45 min drive from our house. Will be back.

Coming to Supreme Dumplings is always a highlight! We had a big group of six this past weekend, so we ended up waiting about an hour for a table. It was honestly worth it, though, especially since a few people in our group had never been before and we were all excited to try it together. Since I've been several times, I was really eager to try some things I hadn't had yet. One of the newer items to me was the Chicken Xiao Long Bao, which feature a bright yellow dough so you know they're chicken. They were so tasty! We also tried the Stir-Fry String Beans for the first time. They were cooked perfectly, and I loved that they had mushrooms and carrots mixed in--it made the dish feel really fresh. The rest of the meal was outstanding as always. We stuck with our usuals, too, like the Supreme Tan Tan Noodles and the Spicy Pork Wontons. We're such huge fans of this place and can't wait for the new Redmond location to open up!

We stopped by this location a little after lunch and there was no line! These dumplings were good, thin skin, flavors packed in the meat and a good amount of soup. The spicy wontons were a little too spicy for me. It paired very well with the fried rice. Everything was really tasty and not salty which was perfect. There was a line of street parking and other streets as well. We luckily found a spot but it could be challenging. There were paid parking lots nearby. Interior was spacious and classy, highly recommend.

Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Don't skip on: Xiao Ling Bao, Pan fried dumplings, Pork Chop Fried Rice, Lychee Beer Wow! This was my first visit to Supreme Dumplings and it was wonderful!! They mirror a lot of the same offerings as Din Tai Fung, but without the long wait times. We got the Xiao Long Bao, Pan fried dumplings, pork chop fried rice, truffle fried rice, green beans, spicy wontons, cucumber salad, and herb chicken. Everything was delicious! They also have a good variety of cocktails, beers, and non alcoholic drinks. I was blown away by the lychee beer - I've never had it before! Highly recommended if you like lychee flavoring. The staff were very friendly and did a great job accommodating our group of 11, and everything came out so fast. The space was well kept and visually appealing when we first walked in. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

The pan fried mini pork dumplings genuinely changed my life. Also the cucumber salad is perfectly spicy and garlicky, a perfect cold complement to the hot dumplings! I come here almost every time I'm in Kirkland and never regret it.

Looking for soup dumplings and wanted to try something new outside of our usual Dough Zone or DTF so we decided to give Supreme Dumplings a try and it did not disappoint. we were quickly seated and settled into the menu. * Pork XLB. They were hot, juicy, full of soup and flavorful. Did not disappoint and we ordered a couple more trays. * Pan fried XLB. This was ok. Had a good crispy bite to it, but lacked the juice. Would rather have another tray of the steamed XLB. * Truffle mushroom roll.....this was my favorite dish and wow did it leave an impression. i could eat this all day everyday. * Porkchop fried rice was a great dish and we enjoyed this a lot. Reminds me of the DTF version a lot. Overall Supreme Dumplings can hang with the big boys and we will add this to our rotation for soup dumpling spots.

The packaging and design is gorgeous and I coveted this bag.

Today I saw the takeout bag from Supreme Dumplings in Kirkland 120 Park Ln, 98033. So I decided that I would go try the food. My first impression of the establishment is that it is very cozy tucked in, and among a very happening area of Kirkland. I was greeted with a smile, and welcomed to the restaurant. The restaurant was very busy with people lunching, but the group of five was seated in less than a couple of mins. The atmosphere is lively and the staff appeared to be very friendly and efficient. This would be a great place to have lunch with friends after exploring the area. Parking is going to be a bit tight near the restaurant, but there's a parking garage within walking distance. I ordered the Chicken Xiao Long Boa, which was quite tasty (8) pcs. I have it in good authority from the other foodie in the office that the Xiao Long Hair is the business! Yum

We always like supreme dumpling. We normally go to the Bellevue location. But since we were around kirkland, so let's go. The restaurant is much spacious. We reserved via yelp. We ordered: Supreme pork Xiao Long bao Mini pan fried dumplings Spicy imperial braised beef bun Pork chop fried rice Stir fry seasonal veggie with garlic Black sesame mochi rice ball 3ct - peanut and matcha Everything tasted delicious as usual Service is outstanding. Super friendly.

We had another great meal at Supreme Dumplings in Kirkland tonight! I tried the Spicy Imperial Braised Beef Bun, and it was absolutely wonderful--full of rich, flavorful filling and wrapped in bread that was both unique and delicious. Definitely a standout dish! We also ordered the Spicy Cucumber Salad and the Tan Tan Supreme Noodles. The cucumber salad packed a serious spicy punch--my friend really enjoyed it, though it was a bit too fiery for me. As for the Tan Tan noodles, they were okay, but not something my friend would order again. The service was excellent--quick, attentive, and friendly without being pushy. It's a tough balance to strike, and they really got it right. It makes the whole experience more enjoyable when the staff is on point like that. This isn't our first time here, and we keep coming back for a reason. The Hot and Spicy Soup is fantastic (we brought some home for lunch tomorrow), and I've had the dumplings before--also amazing! We'll definitely be back again.

Little disappointed at this place. It had a few interesting items on the menu but did not taste very authentic, at least not competitive to Dough Zone (also in the same town). The dishes were quite at two ends, a few were very good while a few were below the average. (See in photos)

A friend suggested this place so we had to try it. They seen to do a pretty steady business. The service was great! We went with the pork chop soup, fried rice and veggie potsticker. It was all very tasty.

Wow, this was a great price for dumpling and being in Kirkland. The variety was slim compared to your traditional dim sum places. But to say the least, it was delicious! The service was quick, attentive and welcoming. They brought items out shortly after another to keep the table not so overwhelming for a party of 4. The bathroom is clean with a baby changing table. Parking is street.

THIS. Is the spot for Xiao Long Bao! Caroline and Sophia provided excellent service. This is my favorite dinner.

I really liked the filling in the football, which contained ground pork and mushrooms, not so much the flour for the outer layer. I also liked the tripe, pea tips, and chicken feet. They were delectable. Other than that, it seemed a bit plain. I didn't really like the chili oil they used, it was more like a sambal. I'm glad we ended with the mango pudding for dessert. You can tell there's real attention to detail, from the way the dumplings are folded to the balance of flavors in every bite. The soup dumplings were the highlight of the meal. The wrappers were thin but held together perfectly, and each dumpling was packed with rich, flavorful broth without falling apart. The filling was juicy, well-seasoned, and tasted incredibly fresh. It's one of those dishes where you instinctively slow down because you don't want to waste a single bite. We also tried a few other dishes to share, and everything was just as impressive. The noodles had the perfect texture, the fried items stayed crispy without feeling greasy, and every plate came out hot and beautifully prepared. Nothing felt rushed or mass-produced, which made the meal feel even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself had a clean, welcoming atmosphere with an open kitchen that let you watch the dumplings being made by hand. Seeing the chefs folding each dumpling added to the experience and gave you confidence that everything was being prepared with care. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service stayed attentive and friendly. Our food arrived quickly, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. What impressed me most was how balanced everything felt. A lot of places rely on oversized portions or heavy seasoning, but Supreme Dumplings lets the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. It's a pretty decent single serving and so happy it was cause it's so good. Definitely not the same soup we had before. The Mapo Tofu was delicious. It wasn't saucy or soupy like it was before, great spices and it's a huge portion. The Kung Pao prawns were excellent. We thought we'd get 5 prawns but there were a lot! The flavor was excellent. Definitely give this place a try for lunch. Many lunch special options. I'm glad my mom and I came and gave them another try.

If you're hunting for genuine traditional Peking duck without the heavy, cloying fat, this spot…read moreabsolutely nails it--100% worth every penny. The whole roasting process is executed flawlessly. The chef roasts the duck long enough to render out nearly all excess fat from the skin, leaving it thin, shatteringly crisp, and golden-brown with zero greasy aftertaste. No slick oily residue coating your fingers or weighing you down after eating, which is a game-changer compared to other local duck spots that leave layers of unrendered lard on the skin. Crack into a piece of skin, and it crunches lightly before melting on your tongue, carrying deep wood-roasted savory aroma.
