Literally the best hot pot in town - forget falls church and happy lamb hot pot (even though I do love them and their food is fantastic). This hot pot spot has the most intimate atmosphere while offering higher quality meat! While the veggie selection may not be as in depth as happy lamb - this is definitely still a location to go to for having authentic SPICY hot pot :)

I went to Supreme Hot Pot during the week for lunch. The price is $23 pre tax and pre tip. I didn't order anything extra, and post tax and tip is $31. For AYCE and unlimited fountain drinks, the price was fair (Arlington). The beef, lamb, and pork slices were thin and delicious. The meats felt fresh. For veggies, they have this bar where you can load up on unlimited veggies, mushrooms, and meatballs. They were pretty good too! I also had the tomato base. The base was super tasty! The servers were attentive. The whole experience was good. Not out of this world amazing but good. I'll definitely add Supreme Hot Pot to my lunch rotation.

I really liked this place! The meats were delicious and i liked that other stuff like the seafood and veggies were a self serve option, so you're only really waiting for the meats, which wasn't even a long wait. the szechuan spicy broth is super spicy, my friend requested to switch it out, and the owner was very sweet and accommodating. i liked the chinese herbal broth best, very similar to healthy herbs at k pot. good quantity and quality, and the atmosphere was fairly calm and not insanely loud like other places.

The food was great quality for the price ! I got 2 soups, which is great for spicy lovers and non spicy people. I got lamb and sausage skewers were great, but the beef was a little chewy. The veggies and sauce bar were nice. The sever was nice ! Public parking behind the restaurant in the parking garage and the sever said it's free the first 2 hrs, which is nice. The restaurant was clean.

慕名而来,没有失望好吃 Authentic hotpot spot offers savory bone broth. Quality meats, veggies and more. Sauce station doesn't have the extensive spread like some others do, but good enough and has all the essentials. Value- reasonable pricing Service- top notch, and very accommodating. I asked for hot sake since they didn't have it they gave me a bucket of hot water. And I was able to warm up the sake that way, which is even better. Atmosphere- inside decoration was mimicking of the traditional Chinese furnishings, solid materials and comfortable. Highly recommend @WineDinenVacay

Supreme Hot Pot is the perfect spot for a family hot pot night! Their extensive menu offers a wide selection of soup bases, proteins, vegetables, and starches. The quality of the food and service matches well with the affordable all-you-can-eat price. Ordering is easy with their online system, accessed through a QR code at your table. My family chose the Chinese Herbal Broth and the Szechuan Hot n Spicy Broth. The herbal broth was rich and flavorful, providing a great balance to the extremely numbing, fiery Szechuan broth--not for the faint of heart! They also have a sauce bar with a variety of ingredients so you can create your perfect dipping sauce. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and the interior is beautifully decorated.

Mostly good, but they need to improve the number of service staff and just be quicker at service...stood there and waited for 10 minutes before they finally noticed that there's a new customer

Delicious AYCE hot pot! The quality of the ingredients was great, and they had a lot of different meat and veggie options. We got the bone and tomato broths, both were good but we absolutely loved the tomato broth. You can order different items through your phone and the server brings them out almost immediately. The servers came by and cleaned up empty plates very quickly as well. This place was completely packed for dinner on a hot day during the summer, which should be a sign for how good this place is.

This is NOT a drill - they are offering all you can eat now which is a foodie's dream!!!! The food is still just as delicious and spicy as ever. This past visit, we ordered half tomato with spicy oil and bone broth as the soup base with lots of sliced pork and fatty beef. I am always head over heels for the lotus root and vermicelli noodles. We jumped out the window with ordering the fish fillet and the potatoes, both of which were excellent. Also their mKe your own dipping sauce is legit. Yea... definitely one of my favorite spots in the DC area and I will definitely be back again and again!

A fun hot pot place in Arlington! The all you can eat deal isn't bad, although the amount you can order is limited by a kind of tricky to manipulate website. The food was good! The crab stick was very big quality, and the beef was good too. The broth wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped, but the sauce bar rocked. All in all, a fun night!

Fantastic hot pot place in Arlington. Service was excellent and the vibes were very casual and modern-- good to come with a large group of friends or family!

On a cold day, hot pot calls esp after a couple days of rich Tgiving food. The AYCE price is reasonable $35/pp but honestly you're then up charged for some basics that should be included. No lamb for meat, mainly squid & fish for seafood, no tofu, a few veg choices and just udon for noodles - slim pickings for your basic AYCE. Crawfish (5pieces) was extra $4 - so total can easily add up. Service was quick and easy phone ordering - but we had to constantly order the same food over & over to feel satisfied. Broth was excellent and beef slices fresh and yummy - but not worth a return visit for us.

This place is a bit overpriced. Our soups were tasty but very oily. My partner and I ordered half herbal soup and half spicy soup (level 1 spice level, mind you). But the latter soup was waaaay too much. Too oily and super hot. The level of spice and oil may make sense for a dry dish, but for soup? It made it hard to slurp. Plus, the oil coated every veggie and meat that it touched. Funny enough, they also give you an extra bar of oil with the name "Supreme" on it - a nod to the super trendy brand. But unnecessary. We didn't end up touching it because - you guessed it - there was plenty of oil all over everything already! (Ask for extra napkins early on because it gets messy!) We ordered fish and sliced pork, plus a mushroom special and bok choy. If you're not familiar with hot pot, you cook or dip your raw foods in the soup to cook it fondue-style. I do appreciate how the menu suggests different cooking times for each dish. (King mushroom - 9 minutes; thin slices of pork- pretty instant). That was a win on their part. There was no guessing game if my food was undercooked! All the food was nice and tasty if you kept it in the herbal soup side. I liked the ramen, as well. The seaweed was a little too chewy for my liking and not as fresh. The waiter didn't seem the friendliest and didn't go out of their way to explain or offer recommendations. For example, who knew there was a whole separate sauce bar station? The waiter didn't even mention it throughout the whole dining experience. Shrug. Also, it took a lot of asking to get more water and napkins. I love hot pot, but was a little disappointed here. We paid a lot of money, so expected more. Perhaps there are other Virginia spots that are better. But so far, I'd recommend going to Maryland for hot pot instead (doh, I had to say it).

Can someone who is gluten free eat here?

Is this place still open? I called several times but no one pick up.

So sorry, there was no power for the whole area a few hours ago. All employees came then went back home, we’ll be open tomorrow!

    Do they take reservations?

yes, you can call their phone: 5716661801

I couldn't get a clear answer over the phone. I'm gluten intolerant. No wheat, barley, rye, or regular soy sauce (soy is okay, but soy sauce has wheat). Can I order there safely?

Yep, we have lots of items without the ingredients which you mentioned.

Are you guys all you can eat?

No, we're not. Customers here could spend a little bit more than AYCE, but higher quality of meat and other things. Besides Hot Pot SHP serve really good Louisiana style…

Are any of the broths vegetarian?

    yes

    When will you open?

Hi, sorry for the deley. We'll be open by the end of this month. Plz check back later at Google maps, the actual open time would be updated around next Monday or Tuesday

Is this all you can eat hot pot?

Hi, thank you for contacting! It is a menu order hot pot restaurant. Will post the menu soon, you'll be impressed by everything we have. Btw we'll be open around late September or early October.…

High Protein, Strategic Eating…read more If you are navigating a serious health journey or, like me, currently in the middle of a "Biggest Loser" contest to start the year, Arlington Kabob is a strategic goldmine. Under normal circumstances, I would happily indulge in their fragrant basmati rice and that delicious, fresh-baked tandoori naan. However, staying disciplined requires a different approach, and the team here makes it effortless. The High-Protein Order Hack: I ordered the Chicken Shawarma platter but requested a total carb-swap. I asked to replace the rice and naan entirely with a double portion of vegetables. I went with the chickpeas (channa) and the sautéed spinach. The result is a nutrient-dense, high-protein win. The chicken is lean and perfectly charred, the chickpeas provide steady energy and fiber, and the spinach adds great flavor and micronutrients. The 50% Strategy: Even without the bread, these portions are significant. I ate exactly 50% of this platter for lunch, which provided an estimated 38g of protein and 450 calories. It is the perfect meal for someone who wants to feel satisfied but stay strictly within their caloric and macro goals. Community Inspiration: I have to give credit to local Northern Virginia foodie Mya Yoon. Her social media posts documenting her own health journey and "smart eating" choices inspired me to start looking at local menus through a more intentional lens. Following the modifications she shares online has been a game-changer for my own progress. Service & Vibe: The staff here deserves a specific mention. Despite my request to skip the core staples of their menu (rice and bread), they were helpful and happy to modify the order to meet my goals. It is rare to find a spot that is both a neighborhood staple for comfort food and a reliable partner in a weight-loss journey. Everything was delicious as always. If you are looking to stay on track without sacrificing quality or flavor, this is the place to do it.

Got the city kabob special and it came with naan bread. In my opinion, this is not worth almost $30 at ALL. Maybe $20 at most. Flavor is good, but meat was dry and the lamb was very chewy. I have been a little scared to do surprise bags from TGTG since i cannot eat pork, or lamb, so I was surprised this option told me what was in it, since it's supposed to be a surprise, but thought it would be a good option as I love chicken platters, and have never been here. When getting to the restaurant, it was easy to find and there was a ton of parking. Upon walking in, the gentleman at the front desk was nice and welcoming. He helped me figure out how to tell the TGTG app that i have arrived. However, he proceeded to tell me 3 times how I should next time order at the counter, or over the phone, since TGTG takes a majority of the money and how their food is fresh and they deserve to be paid in full. I agreed with him, and told him i did not know and next time I will. But he then told me 2 more times, and i felt like i was being scolded for using the app. TGTG is supposed to be for cheaper surprise bags to my knowledge, so them using it as a marketing tactic is smart in a way but I also do not feel like i should be shamed for using it, since it did get me in the door, and that's not what the app is technically supposed to be used for. I planned to use the app, and if i enjoyed the food come back and dine in. The food is good, i do not usually like spice but the flavors blend well together. I just cannot help but feel discouraged from coming back, as those conversations made me feel a little uncomfortable especially as they were said in front of other customers. Once would've been fine, but i said i understood after the first conversation.

Got a combo of chicken kabob and shami kabob along with a side of their borani banjan/eggplant dish. The eggplant was honestly one of my favorite things- it's a must get in my opinion. Homey dish with incredible flavors! Their naan is fresh and pairs well with it. The chicken was good, but I've had better honestly. The shami was a little disappointing as I expected more flavor and it was slightly dry, but good. Their rice was so tasty and I loved the sweetness coming from the carrots an raisins. Of course, the sheeryakh was great- quite a big portion for one person, but I loved the texture. It tastes very similar to the Indian/South Asian/Pakistani ice cream, "Kulfi." CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK: Service needs improvement. The whole time I was there I had to keep looking for waiters to make eye contact with to ask for menu, water, paying, etc. It took about 10 min or more for me to have to call a busy waiter over just to look at the menu- no one came over on their own. Things just took time for a Saturday night- plus they were hosting an event on top of this. Needless to say, I've never had service like this, but the vibe and food made me be not as harsh. The meal looked nothing like the photo on the restaurant's website. The portion was overwhelmingly rice with very little meat. None of the garnishes shown in the picture were included on the rice. For $24 I expected a much better presentation and a more balanced portion. Oh and the meat was kind of dry. Parts of our order were missing, some dishes that came out were incorrect.
