I absolutely love Tengoku! It's my go-to in Vegas! I love cucumber wrapped sushi and it's hard to find good cucumber wrapped rolls. But Tengoku has two: The Johnny and the Rock and Roll! I also love their deep fried Oreo on vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce for dessert. The Oreo batter is like a light tempura batter...so yum! I also usually get the miso soup, appetizer tempura and milk tea Boba drink. I've also started recently ordering it on the food apps and it comes package really well for transport. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lastly they are super nice and customer service oriented plus I love their intimate Japanese anime, collector item vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can't go wrong at Tengoku!

I visited Tengoku for lunch while my car was getting worked on across the street and there was only one other table dining. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was very calm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To my surprise the restaurant filled quickly for lunch, they do have a great lunch special. The sushi was my favorite part, it was soft, creamy and delicious. Service was quick and my server was very attentive, refiling my water often. I recommend visiting for lunch for sure.

I've been only here twice but want to make it our go to sushi spot! The rolls are sooo good. Everything comes out really quick too since it's a smaller place. Even the baked rolls! The service is really friendly too and everyone working is so sweet The beef and chicken skewers are also a must too!

The consistency from this tiny place is spectacular! Hidden in an unexpected shopping center in vons... its my go to for takeout sushi on the Henderson side! The quality of the food is excellent! I have dined at this place - the service is great. When I recently placed my takeout order - you can feel the warmth of the welcome over the phone! Pro tip: Order the deep fried oreos!

I really enjoyed Tengoku. Even though I didn't take pictures of the food (because I was on a first date and that would've been awkward LOL), everything was presented nicely, and tasted so so good. The flavors were amazing, and everything was well-prepared. All of the fish tasted fresh and the amount of rice to accompany the nigiri was perfect, too. The baked green mussels were YUMMY, and usually I'm picky with mine. The servers were kind and very attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lighting is dim, not too bright, and I can't recall if there was music playing or not.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Try this place out!!

Change up! No cook Friday. I asked my husband to change things sip and we thought of this. It's close to home and fairly expeditious. Yes they were. The menu items are vast and healthy options available. The portions are large so the pro e is fair. In house sauce is delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is small and quaint but traditional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not much flavor

Hidden AYCE sushi spot that's got lots of appetizer, nigiri, and roll options. We stopped by here for the lunch special and it was quite tasty. Great fish to rice ratio. There was only one server but they came by when needed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a casual spot with few seating and booth seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is the second time I've been to this place for the all you can eat menu. The first time I came in, I was running a little bit short on time so it wasn't as great of an experience as it could have been but that's on me. The second time I went with my sister and we happily both enjoyed much more time enjoying items off the all-you-can-eat menu. I am a sucker for agadashi tofu, so I ordered two of those as well as smattering of Nigiri. Yellow tail is almost always one of my go to and it was great. My sister was excited to be able to order softshell crab, however you're only allowed to order one of those. But since we both got all you can eat I was allowed to order one for myself and give it to her so she could have two! She absolutely loved it and said it was one of the best ones she's eaten. The stuffed mushroom cap was also delicious and I ordered two of those as well except my stomach was getting a bit annoyed with me after a while because I thought I could fit more in there lol I did not care for the kalbi short ribs surprisingly. I felt like they could've been cooked longer and with more flavor, but that's OK because I go there for sushi anyway so it was worth a try. The interior of this place is super cute, very cozy, and a place I would like to be a regular at. I love this as a spot to go hang out with my sister and unashamedly chow down like the hungry little caterpillar that I am. The murals were painted by one of the staff and she was so sweet to talk artwork with me for a little bit. I'll be back!

I was craving sushi while in Vegas and came across this spot, safe to say I'm glad I did. This spot offers a variety of sushi, sashimi, tempura, etc. Coming here with my friend, we got so much food and left with a food coma. The service was pretty fast, never had to ask for refills for water nor did we wait long for food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was nice and calm, definitely would go back![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Date night- this is not our regular sushi spot but we were in the area and they had great reviews! We got there and they weren't busy but we did notice they had a lot of pick up orders so they were "busy". The gentleman helping us was welcoming and it was a chill vibe vs a crazy busy place which I enjoyed. The food was great- most the food we ordered was a hit! My favorite here was the Yuzu yellowtail and the Spicy Tuna Crunch rice and Spicy Crab Crunch rice. Their Super white tuna was a hit for me also- not so much for the husband. We order 3 half rolls on top of our Nigiri orders. Oh! And they have fresh wasabi!!! Everything was delicious. We finished our dinner with Affogatos- not our fave here but next time we'll try the deep fried oreos-thats if we're not stuffed by then lol Overall great place to check out if you're in the area!

Yoms!

This is our locale sushi spot, been going here for years and how excellent the service with the staff and the owner Yen. Our copious amounts of nigiri never changes every time we order that its funny, as soon as we sat down in the room....our usual order is already being prepped and they ask how much quantity. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The amount of times I've brought family, friends from far and wide have always said that its one of the best places to have great sushi goodness and a homey feeling (specially if you're an otaku).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I love it, We love it, and will keep coming back for more Kenpai Ten

I'd love to visit this place when I'm in town! How does the Ayce work?

Each person must pay for ayce. No sharing with people who haven't paid for ayce. Kids ayce are cheaper. Lunch ayce is cheaper than dinner ayce, but dinner has a few more items that you can choose from than lunch. Enjoy.

When will you be open for dine-in :)?

Hmm🤔, Tomorrow hopefully?? ☺️😋

Do you offer Ikura or Inari sushi for AYCE?

We have ikura but unfortunately we don’t serve inari , Hope to see you soon

Can you order sushi a la carte?

Sorry for late reply, but yes you can definitely order ala cart.

So do you order as you go or is it set out like a buffet since it's AYCE?

Hi , you can order as you go . Lunch is $ 21.95 Dinner $26.95 Thank you.

Usually it's just to fly out of Las Vegas for a work trip. This time though, I was in area for the US Post office. Looking for nearby places to eat, I saw that Smoke & Fire was only 10 minutes away! My husband and I stopped by for dinner around 3:30 P.M on a Friday at Smoke & Fire. The restaurant is located near South Pecos Road and East Russell Road. There was plenty of parking spots available. As I walked inside the restaurant, a team member had greeted us and let us know that it was open seating. There were only a few other customers inside the restaurant at the time we had dinner. There was plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant though! TVs were situated throughout the restaurant. There was a variety of sports games playing. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! After looking through the menu, we ultimately decided on the following 3 Meat Platter: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket with Mac N Cheese/Sweet Potato Tots The World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sandwich: Pepper Jack Cheese, Housemade Blueberry Jam, blueberry aioli, and Jalapeno. The service was super quick. I don't think we waited longer than 10 minutes for our meal. It was nice that our meal was served in to go containers as well! The highlight of the meal was the blueberry chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and tender. The blueberry aioli and the jam was scrumptious. This was a first time having a sandwich like this before! I would come back to Smoke & Fire just to get the sandwich. The BBQ pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket was good. I enjoyed the mac n cheese and the sweet potato tots though! I don't normally see sweet potato tots so I just had to try it out! They were super crispy and packed with flavor. The food was yummy here and the service was fantastic! If I'm in the area again, I would stop by Smoke & Fire to have another meal. I think next time though, I am going to have to try out their pulled pork burger!

Turns out she was the owner (Andrea). She was so friendly and helpful and just a delight! Once she seated us she came back and brought us a small cup of some type of cabbage soup to try, which was phenomenal! The menu is ginormous! Like the Cheesecake Factory menu... so much to see it takes a while to narrow things down. Our waitress was a young bubbly lady who was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took time to answer all our questions and just really looked like she liked her job (go figure!). The portion sizes are insane! The food was very hot and very tasty. I struggled to finish mine but once I removed the food from the bun, that seemed to help. Paying the bill was easy as they have the receipts with the QR code that goes right to the Toast app. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert but after we were done eating we did go look at all the goodies in the case. Quite a selection and lots of people in line. Kind of glad we live on the other side of town because if we lived closer we'd go broke from eating here more often lol. I'm a big fan of their sandwiches and they're matzo ball soup and all their breakfast.
